Every inquiry and request I made was met with a Yes! along with additional suggestions to make the gift (monogrammed baby blanket) even more special. The specific color thread I wanted (mint green), the quick turnaround to ship (ordered Thursday-arrived Saturday), the beautifully wrapped gift with handwritten note (big satin bow)...this is just the beginning of Lisas incredible customer care.
