She gave us insight on shaping the terrain, rock placement and selected several varieties of unique flora that you wont come across at your local big box garden center. Her knowledge of design, climate, soil and light set our garden firmly on the path to success. Plus, shes really nice.

I heard about Samantha through a friend who had her back yard redone with new patios and planters. I was amazed by how much detail and care went into the landscaping. It was immensely colorful, creative, and just gorgeous to be surrounded by.Samantha is absolutely amazing! Her knowledge of plants blew me away.She gave me a great design for converting my front lawn areas and parkway into both an ornamental and edible yard. Her prices are VERY reasonable since I got many quotes before her and was shocked by just how much the design could cost. Most architects I spoke with were going to charge me $1000 for a design, but Samantha worked within my budget so we could actually get something done.Her team worked hard everyday! REALLY HARD! And they kept my front yard looking clean every evening before they left.After reading some of the reviews below, I can only say that Samantha doesnt sugar coat anything! She is honest and very good at what she does. She ought to be a teacher with this stuff. Me and my family are overjoyed with how everything turned out! Now we are just watching everything fill in so fast!I recommend Samantha for your design and for your installation.I may have her come back to do the maintenance after a couple months go by. Samantha and her team were great to work with. She came up with a great design and selected the perfect plants for our front landscape project. Along with Jorges help, our front yard has been transformed into a beautiful outdoor space enjoyed by the kids and family.

Terra Culture Designs is owned by Samantha, who is very knowledgeable about plants, and also took time to listen to what I wanted and went over the details of which plants would thrive in specific areas of my yard. Her crew is very professional and efficient with installation, and this was a large project as I replaced lawn in front and back yards with succulents and CA natives.

Samantha and her team were great from concept design to finished product. We needed to redo our backyard after decades of neglect and minimal care. The design was approved and then the team cleared the jungle and kept us appraised of what was next. During the project several add ons were performed including taking care of a dog run on the side of the house, digging trenches for new electrical and cleaning up under the deck area. Everything was done well and the back yard looks great. Samantha also gave us a post job maintenance plan which was unique and most helpful to keep things looking good going forward.

Samantha got paid $500 to provide a design for my landscape. Clearly said that she will provide 2 designs from the beginning and agreed that she will keep working on it if it doesn’t satisfy us. Would not provide anything until she is paid in full !!! All I got from her was one design that did not have anything from what I talked to her about that we would like to have. No design for the front even though she got paid for that . Got offended when I told her that we do not like the design she cane up with !!! Waited for her to provide me with another design, all I got was an estimate higher than the first one with no 3D design as she promised !! Wanted me to go shop for what I want?? I thought she got paid so she can recommend the plant that would work in line of our liking!!!Do not get foul by her fake sweet talk initially, this will all change once she gets paid and will not provide the work she agreed on. Gave her a chance to refund me half of what I paid her, $250 for what she provided is more than plenty, she did not even reply. Would not recommend her at all, will report it to the BBB

I found Chris to not only be passionate and skilled in his gardening, yet he is an incredibly hard worker. Very professional and pleasant. I highly recommend Chris!
