The Redwood city store was efficient and very kind.

When you call, they hang up whenever you choose a department. A huge store should be able to set up their phone system correctly.

Pretty good Target. The layout is a little bit different so I had a little trouble finding the pet section. Also they seem to have a lot more security in this store than other locations.

Apparently they donʻt accept printed coupons that 3 other Targets accepted . Smh! I donʻt see why? And the coupons were not copies, they were original coupons I printed straight from the pg website. Definitely not going there, good to know that they have different coupon rules for different Target stores.

Very clean building and super friendly staff. The isles are filled from the toy section to the electronic section unlike some other stores that seem to be out of everything all the time. Definitely recommend to come and see if theirs something you cant find at other stores here!

Beware the online inventory system. Went to buy an in-demand item after seeing it listed as in stock and for in-store only purchase. The item WAS there in the back, however a store associate apologetically informed me it was locked in a cage in the back and could only be brought out when the third party vendor arrived to put them out. Told me they didn’t know what day the vendor would arrive. Felt super deceptive- like a ploy to get people in the door. won’t be bothering to look for this item again at Target.

I love their system they have. I do my grocery shopping here with target now, b/c of this pandemic my kid and my infant can’t risk to go out if not needed. I would most definitely recommend to shop here. Oh though! The customer service aren’t to Friendly. I wanted to make a purchase at electronics, I need it someone to help me because I’ve never purchased this particular item. when I called to make sure that they did have it, ask some questions, they didn’t answer. I called front desk, a young girl answer. I ask questions, she say they don’t have any particular item. I ask why they didn’t answer and electronics? Her answer was “phone are not working”. Her tone of voice was not really professional and she was being rude, so I asked for her name. She end the call. I am a loyal customer here at target to be treated that way, it’s unacceptable. Of course I really needed this item so I had to go in person something I usually don’t do. Once I got there, I asked to speak to the manager and explain her the situation. This was a big sale for them, I just cannot believe this person didn’t care and was about to lose my business because of her being unprofessional and rude but I know there are other people in there that do know how to treat customers in for them I decided to make the purchase and continue being a customer with target, like the manager who helped me that day. To the person reading this whom is in charge to do better at this business. In this times of the pandemic, phones and online services must be working, this is now the only way we communicate the most. Thank you target and keep up the work to be better. See you next time.

Your standard target. Although smaller in scale than others, but offers all the necessities. Go early in the morning on the weekends to avoid large crowds.

The new Target Cafe is awesome. The Pizza Hut in here has new toppings like chicken and bacon. Make your own pizza for $6. It tasted amazing, especially the toasted crust.

Today I ordered this mouse for pickup but after I got it I realized it wouldnt work with my kind of computer! So, I went to the target chat and a nice person named Anthony helped me!

Be careful, the employee at the self check out tried to steal my debit card. She just walked up, canceled my transaction, pulled my card out as I was asking and looking around for a manager. I asked another employee if she even worked their and he said yes. Luckily I got out of the store with my debit card in hand.

Better price than Amazon and able to pick up at store for urgent use.

The level of disfuntion is amazing here. There is no reason to restrict the exits to one when its clear that the employees dont follow their own rules. After spending an hour looking for items that used to be available,bit was obvious that the merchandise was either discontinued or not stocked. Either way a disappointment.On the plus side, the store was clean and I found an available check out and the items I purchased didnt cost that much!

You must pre-scan EVERY ITEM You buy ! Half the time the item scans Higher than the shelf price ! A 10 pack of Sharies said 4.88 on the shelf and the item number matched the shelf number, but at check out, it rang up 1p.00. Same whem I check pillow prices on shelf and scanned them. Scan all items beforehand !

The ease and simplicity of target. Everything is out in a very organized and orderly way.

This Target used to be our go-to, but weve stopped going to this store after them being completely out of stock of 25-50% of the items we go shopping for any given day.At this point it makes more sense for us to drive further to the Foster City/San Mateo Target (which is better stocked) so we dont have to make such frequent trips to get things that were out of stock the last time.

Terrible customer service!! Main concern being managers and supervisors need training on how to handle their job under stressful conditions. This store location is convenient but from now on I’m choosing a different location because this store lacks the respect, common decency and value of the customer. Today I witnessed a supervisor yelling at a customer for not wearing a mask. When they were there to look for some. I understand this pandemic is making people rude, aggressive and flat out selfish but as employees you are the face of the store at the moment and if you cannot handle the stress of the current situation this isn’t the job for you. Allow someone competent, thoughtful, respectful and kind to step in. This negative treatment at any store should not be tolerated.

Overall Im happy with the products offered and the service received. I am, however, incredibly disappointed that Target continues to use plastic bags, and doesnt even offer paper bags as an option. This is NOT acceptable. I typically bring my own bags, but on those occasions when I need a bag, I DO NOT want to be forced to pollute the earth with more plastic. I typically regard Target as a company concerned about the communities it serves, so this is a HUGE FAIL.

Fakes inventory to get customers to come in looking for something they dont actually have, hoping the customers will buy something else.Went in because all the stores near me showed not having any nintendo switches but this store showed as having both grey and neon blue and red.wasted 2 hours, gas and paid toll just to find out they report fraudulent numbers of their inventory just to get customers through their doors.In case anyone is thinking, be smart, call ahead to check, I did call before driving there but they said they cant confirm inventory over the phone. So yeah, they dont care what their lies costs their customers as long as they have a chance of selling a few items.

I really like this store but the customer service is lacking. Also, I tried calling on more than one occasion and they NEVER answer the phone. Come on. Customer service is very important.

The most important reason for the score I selected is customer service. On this date I met two of the most stellar young people I have come across in years. Victor (who I met on the floor) was extremely conscientious and so willing to help it was quite refreshing. He is a Godsend and I was extremely blessed to have made his acquaintance. He is definitely a keeper and I applaud the company for hiring him I see big things in his future. Also Anna at the register another breath of fresh air who was as equally as conscientious knowledgable and compassionate to my plight they both made my shopping experience quite a memorable one. And are certainly an asset to your company. Thank you.

Went to Target today, Saturday, January 11, 2020 to buy a toaster. Selected a toaster - couldn’t find any Target staff to get one from the back of the store. Three staff members refused to help. One said “I just do online sales”. Another said “I’m on my lunch break”. A third said “I don’t work the floor”. Eventually when I complained at the front counter, an 18 year old “manager” at the front desk walked to the rear of the store and got one for me - after explaining that she’s not supposed to leave the front area - she was doing me a favor! This is absolutely horrible service. I will definitely avoid this store in the future. That’s all my Targeting for 2020. Target needs to train its staff about customer service.

Confusing promotions, poor inventory levels. I have grown to dislike target over the past couple years. Its decreasingly possible to buy what I need in a single trip and their stores have become much more difficult to shop.

Went for baby shower gift. Stock was a little thin, but we found something nice.

May 31,2020 store closed before 9pm. I got there at 14 minutes to 9pm and all the carts were lined up across both entrance, CLOSED! I wasnt the only one that was there before 9pm. That was totally wrong and an inconvenience.

A little pricier and smaller than Walmart, but well worth it for staff that act like real humans instead of a zombie horde.

Check out lines can get very long without an express lane, and the store can be very difficult to navigate when they are restocking around 8 each night. The employees are also very unlikely to be helpful. What was a simple inquiry for string turned into a half hour long hunt passed off between several employees who didnt know what string was (and asked what its used for) until one employee spent the last fifteen minutes starting at a shelf, wondering where it could have gone. If you know what you want, and where it is, its a great place to shop. Just avoid having to ask anyone for help.

I went there for toys for my toddler. They had well stocked and huge selection of toys. Friendly staff and checkout was fast as I was there during day time.

Great TargetJust dont bother going here for Pizza. They either dont make them anymore, stop making them really early or never carry any cheese. Lots of excuses.

I am a Target-frequenter (my brother is in management for the corporation) so I find myself shopping at Target stores quite frequently. This is one of the nicer Targets in the area with ample parking, a good standard discount retail store selection, and a decent grocery selection to boot. I stop here probably 3-4 times per month to grab something for home or pick-up small things for dinner. I am docking one star because the wait at the checkout is predictably long at busy hours - think a minimum of 10-15 minutes for a cashier and 5-10 minutes for self-checkout. This is so predictable that is should be remedied by staffing, but in the 2.5 years Ive been frequenting the store it hasnt gotten any better.

When you first walk in, theres this disgusting smell. The customer service is the WORST. They need to train their employees more especially when it comes to price matching. The policy is RIGHT on the wall. Took 20 minutes and 3 associates to help me. There are better ways to communicate with the customer rather than show attitude and talk about the customer right in front of them! The manager finally took over and price matched an item for me. Target is one of my go-to stores but never again at this location.

I ordered an item for in store pick up and it was not even there when I got there. I ended up going to the San Mateo location which they had it in stock.

Today it was pretty neatly stocked. No Apple pay or Android Pay. Staff at cashier booths not trained to answer my phone pay question. Abandoned my purchase because I forgot my wallet.

This Target is pretty good, though the set up is sort of difficult to navigate (e.g. baby pharmacy products are in the baby section, not the pharmacy). Produce selection is limited but whats there is usually fresh.
