I work for a signage contractor and design signs. We are in the process of manufacturing a monument for an apartment building. The client asked us to match the stone he used on the building and provided a receipt from PBM. The monument only requires a small skirt of a couple stones so when I reached out to place an order they ignored me and Steve actually blocked my email. Great customer service guys. If you dont do orders that small just tell me, dont block my emails. A good company would have suggested other places to try.

Overpriced but well stock materials.

I went trying to return material i had bought, their return policy is not the best, I explained to them that the quality of the material was not up to my clients approval because of the inconsistency in size, they do not offer the best customer service, after I explaining to them the disapproval of a product I was promoting for my client to buy. they insisted on not waivering the restocking fee.

Peninsula Building Materials is convenient but expensive I can get material cheaper in Hayward but Peninsula is closer to where we work
