I have placed on order with terrible arrangements recently. We were waiting all day! Calling non stop and no one is answered the bloody phone!I had to explain to the BD boy why his gift, balloons, cake and chocolate hasnt arrived to his party.Today I received a call back from some ignorant woman saying she doesnt have any excuse why the hasnt delivered the goods and shell refund me. What?!?!?!?!? Is this 4 real??!?!?!?! First and last time !Never again. I hope you people will learn from my lesson and let this place shot down.

Nice people working hard to make things right!! I ordered 45 minutes before my pickup time and their were ready and fresh for me to pickup glad theres new management at this place very happy with the results. My wifes birthday and she was blast with the birthday box..

I ordered chocolate dipped apples and cookies for my 9 year old for Valentines day. Apples are amazing as always. We had never tried the cookies so we decided to give them a shot. The website indicates freshly baked..but theyre hard and crunchy. What a waste of money

Ordered an arrangement for my daughter for Valentines day. She waited for it all day. I tried calling the store and couldnt get anyone to answer and now they are closed. The day is over, the tracking shows delivered but it was never delivered!Paid a fortune for no delivery and a disappointed daughter on Valentines.I wish I had checked this stores ratings before I used them. I have never had a problem with my local one.

THIS RATING IS NOT FOR THE STORE!!!!! ITS FOR DANIELLA AND SAM ( sorry if I misspelled your names). It’s mother’s day and for some reason this was the only store out of all the stores that was accepting orders. Come to find out the store accepted over 300 orders and had their employees working since the previous night for these orders but still couldn’t fulfill each one. Lines were around the corner but Daniella still managed to handle and cater to each customer and provided excellent service with the help of Sam. So this an appreciation rate for you two. The store itself gets 1 star for not being smart and just declining orders it’s couldn’t handle and wasting people’s time.

I bought a box of strawberries and 2 of them had fungus which is disgusting! i did let them know about the problem and this lady offered me another box. When I went to pick up my box, nobody helped me! I was standing there for like 5 minutes and this guy comes out and asked me to wait even though nobody was there but me, he went back inside and never came back. I waited another 5+ minutes and nothing. the LEAST this place could do is make fresh fruit. terrible strawberries and terrible customer service. they just wasted my time by offering another box. im never coming back to this fungus-fruit place

I helped my mother order an arrangement for my sisters bday. The manager was great, he helped us change the date for the delivery because we wanted to make sure she received it before her trip. Yvonne, was super kind and helpful to me. She made sure what I order was what I needed. Will definitely order again.

Some reviewers have never had natural candy. No preservatives and no high fructose corn syrup means the candies dry out easier and get a big hard. Scandinavians love chewing on hard gummies and candies, it is perfectly normal and how candy gets if it has no added emulsifiers or preservatives. Ive been here dozens of times and their candy is always good.

The manager here is terrible. I understand with covid and on mothers day along with whatever the situation was with other stores and this one making up for all the other stores. But when I go to pick up an order, unaware of how they are proceeding on mothers day and with covid, and all I do is ask a question, if appreciate less attitude FROM THE MANAGER. then to be ignored the next 2 times....30 minutes in between each time I asked for an update on my order, then being told to wait with everyone who is waiting for chocolate covered strawberries EVEN THOUGH I DIDNT ORDER ANY. but you wouldnt know because when I tried to show you my order, you ignored me. So I understand you had a lot going on, I too work in retail. But show us all some respect. You didnt sleep. You drove up from L.A. to bring more product. Well. My dad and grandpa just passed away but I didnt take it out on you. So give respect t o get respect. Give attitude you get attitude. Okay? Because I spent a lot of money. And all I did was ask if my order was ready. So maybe customer service isnt your thing. Good luck to you.

I wish I had checked out the reviews at this place before I placed my order here. I choose this particular place because it’s 6 minutes from the delivery destination. I made my order at 1128am for my sister who lost someone close to her yesterday, to be delivered to her place of work on the same day. By 3pm it still wasn’t delivered so I called directly and explained that the place closes at 4. He said the arrangement which was ONE 12 COUNT BOX OF CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRIES, APPLES AND BANANAS and a balloon would not make the 4 o’clock run... 6 minutes down the street?! And you’ve had all day?! There’s no excuse. It simply comes down to pure unorganization and laziness. That may have been the first time my order was even looked at for the day because I also had popcorn included which he let know at that time, they didn’t even have.The only thing this employee could suggest is that it go out by 10am tomorrow. No thanks! I’m canceling my order! If you want fast and dependable service, DONT place your order here.

I placed an order 4 days before Mothers Day, so it could be delivered on time for my mom. The delivery was expensive, but I wanted it to be delivered on that special day. It never got delivered. I keep calling and I cant get ahold of anyone. Are people even working in this place?! Never again, will I order from here.

I ordered an arrangement for my sons birthday since I couldnt be with him and they notified me just before 6:00pm that they couldnt make the delivery and it was too late to make other arrangements. Update: delivered the next day after I asked for a refund. It was missing the pineapple cupcake I had paid extra for and looked nothing like what I ordered: missing melon altogether, pineapples slices and strawberries stuck on sticks in clumps. Completely unacceptable and a total waste of money.

Yes hi, still waiting on my moms stuff, I mean you all took my payment real quick wish u would have delivered what I paid for. Ive called and keep getting v.m istfg if no one calls me back in the next 20 ima show up to your storefront and raise hell deadass. Horrible experience... i really rhought reviews were exaggerated but they are true.1- i made an online order for pick up. It was not ready at the set time. But 3 horas after2- never recieved a confirmation email3- the product i recieved looked nothing like what i had order.Very disappointed, it was supposed to be a special gift for my mom. Im out of state and wanted to give her a special gift. It did not happend.

I was skeptical about this place due to the reviews but I ordered an arrangement for this Thanksgiving dinner I had the gobble gobble platter. I went I with having my doubts but they have change around. I asked the girl in the front and she had told me they were under new management who actually cared. I loved my arrangement the fruit was fresh and the chocolate was delicious

I spent over 250 buck on 2 large arrangements and the fruit dipped in chocolate was broken off and damaged. The guy at the front did nothing but stare at me. Really????? Well he offered to make another and deliver it tomorrow.....no, I needed it tonight. No discount or nothing. Piss poor service. The woman helping me out in the morning when I placed my order was nice but not knowledgeable about the computer system she was using and was going to charge me 2 separate transactions. .....uuuuugh. I will never go here again. Go some place else. There are other locations.

I ordered a Mother’s Day arrangement for my mother at 9am! Waited ALL DAY UNTIL 9pm for it and it never arrived. So disappointed. My mother probably thought I didn’t even make an effort. Good thing I FaceTimed her early in the morning or else she would have thought I didn’t even care!!!! I called the support center 2 times to check up on the order and was told that the order was “pending” by the store at around 4pm but that they probably just didn’t “update” my order and I shouldn’t worry because it would be delivered even if the store was closed for business. However I couldn’t contact the store after closed obviously so I was left to trust in the store for my overly expensive fruit to be delivered. Needless to say I called early the next morning for a refund. Didn’t get an apology. Thanks for nothing terrible terrible store. No wonder you have a 2 star on yelp and a 3star on google, I should have taken into consideration your yelp rating!

I originally placed an order for pick up, but ended up calling to reschedule for delivery and the Manager actually hung up on me. I called back to confirm whether it was a mistake or intentional and he responds with I thought we were done and I was stunned with the lack of customer service. Most companies will say good bye or ask the question as to whether or not there is anything else they can help you with. He made me feel like I was a problem for him because I wanted to change the order to delivery, all the while having no issues with the additional $10 charge. His customer service skills were SO VERY BAD and he claims to be the manager!! Unbelievable. He proceeded to argue with me over the phone and continuously talked over me as I am trying to get my order processed. I ended up cancelling the order and will NEVER EVER use them again. Terrible, horrible service. Very sad and very unfortunate.

Ive purchased from Edible Arrangements many times, different locations. I ordered an arrangement for the same day pick up. I thought this was the saddest looking arrangement. the fruit was scattered. There were bare spots & spots that were cluttered. it looked thrown together. I hope this was a one time problem.

The bad review are very real TRUST THEM! had the worst experience ever when I ordered a few days ahead for pick up and my item was never ready! I got into the store 20 mins after my scheduled pick up time to see 8 people waiting for their items (one guy was there for an hour) only to have the lady in the back come out yelling saying it’s not their fault they took too many orders and only have 4 people working. I couldn’t understand how that was not their problem when you knew you were over doing it . The workers were VERY rude, unorganized and extremely unprofessional. After I was there for an hour I just left without the item I paid for and luckily was issued a refund.. It was a complete a waste of time.I would never go back there again.

I like Edibles; never had any issues with My order before; Valentines day is defenetly the busiest day for them, next Valentines I poblaby wont do an online order, was just to Chaotic in the store with so many orders. Decided to pick up the next day instead, service was great and they gave Me a little gift for the incovinience.

I ordered my mom an arrangement for her birthday. It was guaranteed delivery by 5pm. She didnt receive it on her birthday, but the day after. I had to call the store and talk to a rude woman named Ella. This woman has the worst customer service. Rude and nasty on the phone. Im sure if it was her arrangement that got delivered late she would be upset as well and wouldnt appreciate a care free attitude. Corporate is just as worse. Closed out my complaint like they handled it when nothing was done to compensate for the situation. I at least wanted my $14.99 rush delivery fee back as nothing was rushed bout this order.

Placed an order on 1/26 for a delivery date on 2/14 (Valentines Day). The order was never received and none of my calls placed to the store on 2/14 were returned. Spoke with customer service at the 800 number and they proceeded to tell me the stores system crashed. If that was the case a phone call should have been made the following day to let me know. Very unsatisfied.
