Worst decision of my life was buying laundromat from pws. They will rip you off charge arm and a leg, when it comes to service on your machines forget about it, they rip you off some more and leave with machines not fixed.

We bought a new machine for my motel in Gilroy, but your sales guy is very hostile, rude and not very helpful. We ordered a front loader washer from you and it hasnt been one week and the final spin is not rinsing really well. The gentlemen who sold me the machine accuses me of washing comforters. I dont think a machine that is one week old would break down this fast. I could understand over time. I have a technician coming out next Tuesday, but its too early to have a new machine being repaired already. I feel that PWS is ripping off the company that I work for. If you want to get yelled at by the employees of this company then go ahead and buy. Look elsewhere. Hopefully they can fix my new washer I recommend that they replace this unit or give me a full refund. Better to buy from home depot or Lowes.Mike

We purchased our washer and dryer from PWS on several occasions in the past two decades. When it comes to their service department and taking care of maintaining or repairing your machines, good luck . I made an appointment for service due to the fact that they only have one technician they booked me for three weeks later, today the technician shows up one day late to inform me I dont work on electrics and walk away!The sad thing is this is not the first time we have had the run around with these guys. I keep going back to them hoping they have improved their service . Since we have purchased the machines from them, I though it would be best to have them work on repairs. If I could give a minus star I would do so. This is a company who should not be in business.Do not trust them!
