Placed an order over $100. I usually wear an L or XL, so I went with a 2XL and they were too small. The return policy was Id get about $25 back. I got a Willie Nelson mug when I ordered a doggie mug. I couldnt afford to return everything, I just donated brand new items to the thrift store. I cried because I really wanted everything I purchased, customer service attitude was like, oh well too bad for you that you are bigger than you thought you were. Not our fault not our problem.
