People here are very pleasant, helpful, and informative. Location is super ideal, since it is right on El Camino, and if you need to go back up to Woodside, you just exit and take the next right. Process for getting our truck was super easy and quick.

Ordered a hitch and installation online. Called ahead the day before and the day of the install to confirm the part had arrived/was in stock. Made it to my appt on time, had to wait in line over an hour just to be told the part was not in stock. When I complained that I can called ahead, the employee told me that an answering service answers their calls, and they dont really know if something is in stock, so its not their fault. Poor customer service. Dont go here!

Very friendly staff but expensive

Needed to fill my trailer propane cylinders... No parking, as most of the spots are taken by cars that havent moved in a while. Got cylinders filled quickly enough, but it took half an hour to pay because theyre so understaffed. Will avoid in the future.

Worst place EVER! The guy could ve take the reservation on his computer right then but he is soooo lazy that he ask you to go on thr phone where the same van is priced at $59.95. If you see a parking lot full of trucks believe me, they never rent them at $19.95. I found what I was looking for 10 min away

Boxes! Theyve got all the boxes, all sizes. Everything I needed for packing: tape, bubble wrap, paper, bags, its all there. Theres trucks and trailers of course, too.

Service fast, extremely friendly and competent. A definite recommendation.
