On Thursday June 17, my friends and I arrived to this store to get items for my friends birthday. When we arrived we immediately got nasty looks from the employees, Holly in particular. The employees then started to follow my friends and me around the store. It made us feel really uncomfortable. One of the several employees accused a friend of mine of putting something in his hoodie, but he was only minding his business, taking track of time. Then not even 2 minutes later, holly was accusing my friend of stealing a $4 lip liner. My friend was just asking us what type of lip liner she should get. My friend then went to put the lip liner that she didn’t want back while the rest of my friends started to leave the store. Holly then yelled at a different friend of my accusing her of stealing the lip liner when she wasn’t the one who was asking about the lip liner. We were very confused and uncomfortable. My friend who wanted the lip liner then started to come up to the front to pay when holly then started to call her many different names. They even threaten to ban us and almost called the cops on us. Holly said many slurs to my friend and then holly started to have a mental brake down on aisle 4. That was very unprofessional of holly. Holly shouldn’t bring her personal issues into the store. I believe I even saw her talking to the dead cockroach on the floor. I believe she should be fired for her actions and should go see a therapist. That was a very traumatizing experience for my friends and I. My friend was having a great birthday until we were accused and threatened. The employees of this store should not judge a book by it’s cover.
Great place to get the covid 19 vaccine! We made an appointment online and got the shot 2 days later.The shots are administered inside the cvs by the pharmacy. There was a large sign across thge street for a different vaccination location. Dont be fooled, if your appointment is at cvs, the shot is administered inside the cvs.There is a table at the front to check in at. We were then directed to wait in a short line to get a temperature taken. After that we were led behind a divider/barrier where a very friendly doctor was waiting to administer the shot. It was quick and painless. We then were told to wait for 15 minutes before leaving in a small waiting area by the adult diapers. Overall we were in and out in about 20 minutes.Overall a very smooth and surprisingly easy experience. Looking forward to getting the second dose!
Very rude customer service. A group of my friends went in to purchase a few things and an employee accused us of stealing. She then proceeded to threaten to kick us out as if it was her store or if she was the manager. She then followed us to the cashier and stole right behind us as we paid thinking we were going to steal a $4 product. Her and her colleague, Holly, then talked about us in a bad manor to each other and when we asked for assistance, Holly rolled her eyes many times. Disgusting behavior. I will not be returning ever again to this CVS location.
When my friends and I entered this store today, we were instantly harassed by the personnel. We hadnt been in the store for more than 5 minutes when they accused us of stealing and threatened to kick us out. After that, the staff followed us around the store. An employee approached us as we were leaving and accused us of stealing $4 lip liners. They were both nasty while speaking to us, Holly in particular rolling her eyes at us numerous times. This was a terrible ordeal. WILL NOT BE VISITING THIS LOCATION AGAIN.
How lazy can a store choose to be. A pharmacy and NO restrooms what a joke. Because you choose not to have your employees clean the restroom we the public are expected to hold it or go to Starbucks yes that is what I was told to do by a CVS employee. Facepalm and you think I would choose to shop or support your business. NEVER and I will tell everyone to move to a business that that makes accommodations for its customers. You have lost my business, thank you and blessings to all.
I felt very harassed today when I went to this store. It was my friends birthday and we tried to get him a present and they thought we where stealing. They kept following us around and never left us alone. We where not causing a distraction they followed us everywhere and I was very scared.
Horrible service, I arrived at 9:02 pm, only to find door locked and an employee sending me away saying they are closed! Closing time is supposed to be 10pm. I wouldn’t be so upset but I was going to buy baby formula. So I went to Walgreens who has the same business hours as CVS, luckily they abide by the rules and stay open for their customers! I blame this horrible experience on management. I’m sure they’ve heard this before! this is not the first review about business hrs and the employees closing a entire hr early.
The associates have always been nice on the front end. The pharmacy is very professional. Jacqueline provides excellent service as do all the staff.
This CVS is underrated, service is very attentive and a fantastic atmosphere! Would recommend a visit if ever in lovely Reedley.
This is such a horrible store! People working there are so unprofessional! Oh and not to mention their attitudes! They stare you down if you’re using coupons! They make you get back in line if you’re doing more than one transaction! Not going there again! Corporate does nothing! 11/23/2020
Everytime i go pickup my prescriptions at the pharmacy section.. The staff has been patient, polite, informative & fast.
Quick and fair vaccine process
I have been going to this pharmacy for over 5 years. I think the pharmacy does a good job for the most part. I usually get my medication filled without problems and if there is an issue they usually call me. The cashiers for the most part are nice and helpful. Once in a while youll run into a rude one, but not often. Theres always a bad apple in a bunch. Most of my experiences have been great for the most part.
By far the best pharmacy staff very helpful. Would have rated a 5 but when I have been helped by Lisa she just never really helps and ALWAYS gives a snobby attitude. Other than her that CVS pharmacy employees have been the greatest and provide a good customer service!
Very rude customer service!!! Priscilla is very rude and has poor customer service. She is very ghetto and does not know how to speak to customers. Why she is apart of the management team, still blows my mind! I stopped going to avoid dealing with her, but now I will stop entirely!

Store closes at 10 . went at 9:20 the store was already closed. With the employees still inside locking the door not letting anyone in.
I have specific needs in the pharmacy and after talking to the manager,who by the way is a great guy all my needs are met on time, every time!

Ive always had good experiences here . Today I got there 9:56 pm and their doors were locked with shoppers still inside . Someone else showed up right after me and we were both waved away by an employee with a few large tattoos.Lesson : Dont go super late
Their supervisor Grace still has her job after sexual harrassing me. I guess CVS will even keep you after you sexually harass someone. Good to know i guess.
Except for the long timer employees dont seem to know much about the store and store policies. I go everyday it seems like their is someone new, maybe they have too much of a turnover to train properly. For example no one can tell me why you have to be 21 to buy bloody Mary mix? There is no alcohol in it. Save Mart and other grocers dont require you to be 21. Ive taken alot of my business elsewhere because of the decline in customer service.
Mixed feelings. For the most part, the pharmacy is good. Most of the staff try to help. There were a few times they screwed up, but they made it right. Depends on who youre working with. The overall wait time in line at the front it RIDICULOUS. Theyre always understaffed. It makes it really hard to find anyone that will open another register. Some of the staff will go out of their way to help find a product. Some dont. I have been followed several times in the store by undercover security or just regular staff. I find this very annoying unless they want to help me find something. But if Im just browsing for stuff and want to take my time, quit following me around like Im a thief. Its annoying.
I returned one of a couple items on my receipt, and the cashier (Alisha i believe is her name), stated if you return the item Ill have to take away your cash rewards. It was the way she said it. I asked her politely why? She said it was a store policy. I guess if its a store policy they should implement everytime you return something, not just when they are in a bad mood. She was also rude to the person in front of me...and she is part of the management team... smh...
Ive shopped at cvs very few times. However lately Ive been trying to learn to coupon due to being on a budget and being a new mom. Ive seen that theyre is alot of great deals at cvs so Ive decided to purchase. This was my first time shopping at the cvs on 1065 w manning ave feedly ca 93654. I was in town for the holiday. My cashiers name was Jazlyn. She was extremely rude. I messed up on my first transaction which was small and she gave me an attitude. She had a friend who was behind me in line and she was talking to her with a kind soft voice and when Id ask her a question about the cvs card she reasoned to me completely different. She rolled her eyes at me when I messed up on my transaction. Even after I apologized multiple times to her. She kept tapping her fingers on the counter as if she was inpatient with me when she asked if I still wanted the things or not. I will not be shopping here again.
Every month at the same time I have a perscription to fill for my 5 year old daughter. She needs her medications to function normally in her day to day life. However the last several months this pharmacy not only is out of her meds but also doesn’t think it’s necessary to tell me. They repeatedly tell me it will be ready later that day or the next day and when we get there it is still not ready. I hate this store! Walgreens here I come! If I could give them any less than 1 star I would!
This pharmacy repeatedly is out of the perscription we need month after month. And they lack the pre thought to either let us know a head of time. Or just keep what we need stocked. It is unhealthy and not safe for us to be out of these meds.
This girl with long ass nails with a broken leg was so rude I was paying and I had different transactions and she made me wait for the other people Whn it was my turn and she gave me such a dirty look never goin Whn she is working
Does anyone else have problems refilling prescriptions online? The manager there says he has not heard of any complaints, yet every time I scan a prescription and give them more than three days to fill it, they say they have never received the order. Its the same line every month. Frustrated!!!
Long waits, rude staff, you can be dying and they wont give you your prescription on time!
They just have quite a few things other stores in town dont.
