Took a chance and drove 5 hours to buy my vehicle from Fournier. Car was as described and Ted was more then accommodating. Everything Ted told me over the phone was accurate. Would not hesitate to purchase from this dealer again.

Please do no continue doing business with these people I will not sit here and watch people get scammed Brian sold me a Honda Civic si that he claims “ran great for me”, purchased the car and parked it drove from purchaser straight home next day I go get an oil change at Honda and car needed a new clutch, low trans fluid, oil change, VTC actuator, valve adjustment, and had the shifter bearings replaced I am not saying this only because of what the dealer told me I am simply saying this as I realized myself all of those faults myself dude claims I got a “great deal” this was one of the worst cars I’ve ever purchased in my lifetime ended up being about $3000-$3500 in parts. Brian claims after I left his shop that “I” burned the clutch, after going to Honda they laughed at me and told me it needed to be replaced 20,000 miles ago and were surprised it even went into gear! Never was compensated all I asked of Brian was a few hundred bucks to help with the clutch and he refused, will NEVER EVER do business with such place and I Suggest no one else does either 0/5 stars does this look like the people you want to do business with?

I can’t say enough great things about Ted Fournier and his staff. I purchased a Jeep Wrangler in November as a Christmas gift for my 16 year old nephew (with lots of help from my family). I mentioned that it was going to be a gift and a surprise. Without asking they provided one of those cool giant red bows and helped us add some accessories in preparation for the big day. We were also having a hard time finding a place to hide the Jeep and Ted allowed us to leave it with him until we could get it to my moms garage. The entire staff is knowledgeable, helpful, honest, responsive and their customer service is top notch. I had a few minor issues after my nephew drove the Jeep for a few days and they addressed them and resolved them immediately. I have already started recommending them to my friends and family. I can say that I have been buying vehicles for almost 30 years and this is my first 5 star recommendation. It was a positive experience all the way around!! Thank you Fournier for taking such great care of us!!

Just purchased a 2017 F350 from Ted, the entire experience was so easy and relaxing. They handled everything, from financing to registering. It’s good to know that smaller dealerships take care of their customers, especially during a pandemic!

A couple months ago my aunt purchased a 2013 Volkswagen Tiguan from Fourniers and it was the worst purchase we have ever done. They were cooperative with fixing one issue the vehicle had 3 times “check engine light” weird thing is the light was on when the purchased it and cleared the code I went to get it inspected down the road from the dealer and just about almost failed cause there was a stored code for a “FAILING TURBO IN THE ENGINE” now turbo is fixed and vehicle has been knocking since the day we got it back not only that we went to get an oil change this week and there’s about $4,000.00 worth of work that needs to be done

For the pass 20 years deal with ALL car dealership its been a nightmare. Buy a car feel like make a financial big mistake. The experience change the day I contact FOURNIER AUTO TRUCKS !!!! if I can put thousand stars I would I would do happy!! Brian is one hell of a guy. Very friendly, made the transaction very smooth sailing. I had to wait for the MV50 form (a week) but he was great with communication and got the car in a week. I cant wait to buy more cars from them. Rare to find dealers who care about their customers.
