The owner named Roger spent a significant amount of time when we were looking. He made sure to listen to why we wanted one and what it would mainly be used for. He helped us pick one that met my medical needs and when delivery day came He was àmazingly just as kind going over all directions, maintenance, etc., as the install occurred.His staff was quick, polite and just all around professional. Roger also makes sure you know that can reach out any time if have questions or concerns.. Even more he has done step by step videos to help as well as typed overview which is amazing..I highly recommend!

There’s only one word to describe my Cal Spa hot tub and the service Roger and his family provided…LOVE!I waited a couple months from the time of delivery to leave my review. The entire experience was tremendous! I use every seat, as each one provides a different message. There is one corner seat that has so much power, if you want, it literally pushes you forward and feels great. It took me a couple weeks to get a hang of balancing the water, but after that it has been pretty easy to take care of. The tub seems to maintain its temperature without having to kick the heat on all the time. Overall I couldn’t be more happy with the entire transaction. I did a lot of research, went to stores from Warwick, RI to Framingham, MA. I actually saved thousands of dollars compared to similar models I was looking at. The EC767L is highly recommended by my entire family and Four Season Spas is the only place I will send my friends and family! Thanks Roger!

Roger is the real deal! First, his pricing is highly competitive but more important to me was his customer service level. All interactions I had with him were extremely professional. He really cares about your hot tub experience and wants to ensure his customers are highly satisfied! He always responded to my questions in a timely way and was very open and honest with the process which certainly had some challenges due to the pandemic (supply chain challenges which are out of Roger’s control). He takes the time to answer all questions and has never been dismissive—the experience comes across as if your talking with a friend.I ordered a classic Nordic tub, and we been in it nearly every night since it arrived. Four Seasons is the best! During the very relaxed and easy sales process Roger was very honest about options and prices. All decent spas are on backorder these days, yet he managed to give me an accurate timeframe on when wed get our spa and when it came in, promptly arranged delivery. The delivery was skillful and smooth; despite a difficult set of yard obstacles to navigate, the spa was placed gently exactly where we asked. Roger spent a lot of time with me explaining how to prepare and use the spa and gave me a generous starter set of test strips and chemicals. Due to his helpful expertise everything was perfect when we got it wired and started using it. I strongly recommend Four Seasons!

My husband bought us our hot tub about 6 years ago for my aches and pains hoping it would help well, let me tell you how wonderful it is! We go in pretty much every night unless it’s raining (planning on building a roof over our deck for that reason). As a first time hot tub owner, we had plenty of questions and decisions to make. Roger graciously fielded every question we had, and he was immediately responsive to our inquiries- even on weekends. You will not find better help, more knowledge, or most importantly better pricing at other dealers. Shop anywhere else and you will find the hot tub pricing to be astronomically higher, and then delivery, startup chemicals, insulation, etc, are all add-ons at considerable costs.
