Went for a inspection was put in the longest line waited about hour people standing around smoking my son was in line beside me he got his inspected and they broke his shift cable and acted like it wasnt there vault he had to pay to get it towed so I told them I had waited long enough that they could get my car out of line I didnt want my car messed up

Something is wrong! I have 4 vehicles I take for oil change and inspection. It took 1hr 15 minutes for an inspection. Seem to be really slow today. May have technicians in training. I may have to find another provider for a backup.

I had several items to take care of this morning, knew they could be counted on so I started out early. I needed an inspection, tires rotated(like to have that done every time I get the oil changed) and oil change. The guy that pulled my car in was super nice and let me know right away Yes mam we can get all that done for you. I love how these guys are on their game. And exceptionally nice. Went to get my car service for a big trip were about to take, only had an 45 minutes before I had to be at work .. they were busy but happy to make it happen for me. Ron took care of my car with an oil change and was very honest with me about it not even needing a tire rotation ! I REALLY appreciated his kindness and honesty will definitely be my new car place.

Took my vehicle in for inspection and I have taken it here to get it inspected before due to the other place I usually take it to was closed. It passed emissions but the guy failed it on safety. The thing is the thing that he failed on safety has been like that for years and has always passed. My opinion he was just nit picking to fail it on anything he could find. I wont be going back.

The receipt claimed to have vacuumed my floor, but they did not.

Went last Friday for oil change, asked if I had any leaks and was told No...Asked if the tech thought it was running loud also told No. WRONG on both accounts, found out today that I do in fact have an oil leak and a power steering fluid leak, AND a different issue causing loud noise while the engine was running. COME ON DUDES, IT WAS AN OIL CHANGE AND YOU COULD NOT SEE AN OIL LEAK!!!! I have been a customer for years and this is so disappointing I am looking for somewhere better to take CARE of my car.

Ive been getting oil changes and inspections here for several years. The techs are very friendly, and they are attentive to the job theyre doing. All the guys go out of their way to ensure that the job is done as you request before beginning, and truly, prices are quite reasonable. The waiting area is small, but clean, with clean restrooms, and you can watch as your vehicle is serviced. Beats a trip to the dealer, hands down.

First time visiting this location. Requested an oil change, and that is what I got. The staff did not try to upsell me on any other services or parts. One staff member suggested a grade of oil for my specific vehicle, which I agreed to because I knew it was according to the manufacturer specifications. Service did not take long, even though they had several other vehicles they attended to. I recommend this facility for the services they provide.

Forgot to put cap on my wifes car after checking oil. Needless to say oil sprayed over the entire engine. The smell was horrible.

Usually great service, waited 40 mins in line and was told to move my truck, letting a friend of theirs who had been there 10 mins go ahead of all the rest of us. Asked about it, told time didn’t matter, location of car did, then why did I move.
