Nice clean Lowes Food Store. My mom finally found her gold yokon potatoes shes been looking for a while since the other name brand food chain grocery stores are always out of them. My mom also found her sweet onions she has been looking for a while now & etc. Cashier Carlie was not so friendly I guess she may have a off day today. The lady who bagged our grocery was really nice wasnt able to catch her name. Overall really excellent Lowes Food Store.

This place is so overrated and HIGHLY OVER PRICED. I could not believe the price of things. If a gentleman had not used his store members card for me it would have been highway robbery. Will never return to this place

I usually have no complaints regarding Lowes but I had to call out a section of disgusting brown nasty hamburger meat trying to be sold on discount, I just couldnt believe my eyes. When I said how can you sell this? To a meat person, she replied I didnt do it, I didnt see it. The point being, it was gross and should have been thrown out! She said she would take it off, hope so. Should it ever happen again, Ill be sure to track down a manager!

Store was extremely dirty, found moldy products on the shelf (both brought to the attention of their departments) and all around a store that needs an overhaul.

This is the grocery store I prefer since moving to Reidsville. They are clean, have an excellent variety of products...produce meats baked goods...are just a few of the products they sell in large variety. The customer service is A-1!!! All employees are kind helpful and knowledgeable about the store. I wish I lived closer to Lowes Foods cause like I said this store is my preference!!!

Forgot yeast rolls stopped in for several dozen well to make a short story longer,they were just being boxed and still not labeled for sale yet,the ladies in the bakery put tags on em and they were still warm and granted warm fresh bread is almost too r rated to put in a review. Boy they were the best Ive had from even lowes other stores which still is worthy of a R rating yet not as good as the fresh ones at Reidsville store. Well thats my review

The staff are always incredibly sweet helpful courteous and very fast I’ve never had to wait in a long line here prices are modest and affordable

I just moved from WI to NC hoping to find a great grocery store in Reidsville and I found Lowes Foods. Store is very clean, good selection of food even what I call speciality ones at reasonable price and very helpful employees . Will go back shortly for sure.

I found the Valentines Day flower area to be an awesome area . There were so many great arrangements to choose from . I looked at the pictures you had for this store (159 ) and it has surely grown since you took those pictures.

Clean and Courteous always! Many neat items, wide variety and good pricing. Produce is always fresh!

Lowes to me had the best choice of meats that I have seen in awhile rib eyes are by far the best.

Possibly the best and freshest selection in Reidsville, and I noticed they have also recently refreshed the fresh seafood counter which will save me a trip to their Gunters Crossing location.

Handicapped parking available. No waiting in line. A good selection of fresh baked goods. A little pricey on some items.

This store has so many healthy options that other stores dont have. I almost always find something new that I can try as I continue to plan healthier meal options and lose weight. Everyone is always friendly and more than ready to help.

The staff there is ALWAYS so helpful and courteous and their deli/bakery, seafood and floral departments are better than any other chain grocery store in the area.

Clean, well-lit, and well-stocked grocery. I appreciate the wide aisles that dont have displays set up between them allowing only one cart to pass through at a time. Good varieties and selections are available in produce, canned foods, baked items, wines, etc. and a small floral station offers plants. I especially like the quality of the meats at Lowes.

I really enjoy shopping at Lowe’s Foods! They also have great customer service for the most part. Some of the employees could be a tad more personable, but overall they’re nice! I would love to see this store be updated. It could definitely use it. The lady in the bakery was so accommodating when I wanted some fresh garlic bread and they didn’t have any made. She had it ready in minutes!

I purchased a couple pieces of cheesecake..they were really good..I will get more there

Produce is consistently good. Meat department has nice nice cuts but limited selection. Deli has good selection and meats seem fresh. Bakery always has some delicious treats that taste great. I love the wine section, so many good choices. Prices are a little high but the good selection makes it worth the cost.

Update: The manager of this store did reach out to me and agreed that this was an error in their end. He assured me that he was taking steps to prevent this from happening again.While I usually enjoy Lowe’s, this store is lacking in customer service and common courtesy. Today the cashier refused to check out an elderly black woman with only 2 items and grabbed a white woman from the next lane over with several items of alcohol in her cart instead. Then when I pointed this out to the individual running the front (Kim) she tries to tell me its company policy to grab the next customer and sorry we “felt that way”.. Really? from another register? When you already have a line? When the next customer is elderly and has TWO items? She was rude and flippant. It was disgusting and I no longer wish to support this store.

My card chip malfunctioned. They refused to allow the swipe. The upgraded system doesnt allow it.

Overall prices are high. Can usually find mark downs & good sales. Produce is fresh. Best seafood selection in town. Store is clean. Employees are friendly & helpful.

Don’t get the lobster tails here got them twice and they were mushy and had no texture when cooked Waste of money very disappointed. Never happens with lobster tails from foodlion.

Cleanliness and tidiness is the first impression I get in this store. Staff is kind and helpful without being too much. I really like to shop in this store.

I got muffins that were dry and stale. I got a flat out of date diet Mt Dew out of one of the refrigerators close to the cashier. Another time I got moldy salsa. This Lowes Food needs to be severely updated. This grocery store is very close to my home and I will go further out of my way to get better quality food.

What impresses me about Lowes Foods is their customer service. Your groceries are unloaded then bagged and Im always asked if I need help taking them to the car. Compared to Food Lion its a pleasure shopping there. Their meat is a much better quality than other local markets.

Great store for a small town like Reidsville. Huge wine and beer selection. Gourmet foods. Matches in quality with Harris-Teeter. Boars Head meats 7 cheeses. Homemade gourmet breads. Ready-made salads. I love this store!!

Went at 1 pm hardly any employees. But love their fresh cut products & Boars head meats. Would give it a five but the Lowes Foods on N. Church St. & 150 is the best Lowes in the area worth the extra miles.

This store is smaller than other Lowes Food. I guess because of the location. Good customer service. I was greeted by several employees.

I like the company itself, however, when I was in line to check out my groceries I saw a blonde cashier making a joke to the tall male bagger about a customer that had used an EBT card, the customer didn’t hear as she had already grabbed her bags and left. Otherwise I love Lowe’s Food. I just don’t think I will be coming back to this location after seeing that. Everyone deserves to be treated equally no matter their social class.

Lowes is convenient to my home and they do have a great deli, wine, and seafood selection. But they do not have the same level of service as the other locations. I dont mind paying more for good service, but to go in and have only one line open, and to see the employees glance away from the patient customers-that is why they only get 3 stars.

It was the first time Ive ever made a purchase. Everyone was so nice. It was refreshing.

It seems like every time I go in here I have issues. Ive had a cashier complain to me about her job and how they do clearance pricing. Even after pointing out the clearance tag, she still rang me up full price. I had to go to the customer service desk because she walked away as soon as I got my receipt. And then rolled her eyes at me while I was explaining to another cashier what happened! They really need to get more customer service oriented people in here to work.

I just left the store and I’m so disappointed with the behavior of the cashier. She is an older lady and her name starts with D. I was looking for a cash register open but I didn’t see any cashiers since it was fairly early in the morning. I walked up to register Number 1 and she rudely told my that cash register 4 was the only one open (the light on Number 1 was on). I said, ‘oh, I’m sorry I didn’t see anyone over there’. She then said again very rudely that cashiers had jobs other than standing at the register.I have no idea if she was having a bad day, but I just stopped talking to her. I didn’t deserve that attitude and I will happily spend the $35.00 I spent on a few overpriced vegetables and water I purchased somewhere else.Be nice to customers, please! I really did like this store and everyone else was very nice. I did absolutely nothing to deserve such rude customer service by this cashier.

Probably better than any thing you find in Reidsville, at this time. Been doing business there for the last 5-6 years. If you are going be there early, be there at 9. Am. In and out in less than an hour. Keep your money in your hometown. Dont like it go elsewhere. Just my opinion.

Wanted a rotisserie chicken, but none was available. Got frozen grilled chicken strips and they had tons of ice/frost on the meat and in the bag. Otherwise, staff was friendly.

I like the deli dept. I buy quality sandwich meats cut to my specifications and Lowes also has lactose free cheese, slicing for that also. Prices are a little more but its worth it for the quality!
