They always are out of something

They have been unable to stock this store with just about anything I dont know what the hairdressers do in Reno thank God its not like that at the Folsom store.

I have gone to cosmoprof at several different locations in different states over the years but this one has an employee (unfortunately I didnt catch her name) who was so knowledgeable and helpful. I was impressed with her patience with me and the fact that she took the time to help me with some color questions!

I dont dislike this ace, I just dont feel that they are on top of things....store is miscomboobalated!

CosmoProf hours have been very inconsistent from the hours listed on-line to what they actually are. Went to the Kietzke location and talked to Elaine, she was VERY RUDE. When I told her about the inconsistency of CosmoProf she told me to talk to governor Sisolak. Very unprofessional!
