Worst experience Ive had shopping for shoes. Staff were unapproachable and rude. Do not recommend this location of Journeys, the staff at Guilford were much better.

Was there on august 10 th around 2 pm. The 3 girls working there had terrible attitudes and did not help any customers and just sat behind the desk laughing at people for reasons I could not understand. If the owner reads this get new empolyees and get rid of the 3 girls working there right now and you will see sales and customer service get much better.

Terrible service. Staff are to distracted talking to each other and playing on their phones to help customers.

Been there alots of time but first time buying at the store and the girl that helped us was very nice and even told me how to take care of the shoes in the rainy season because the material does go bad which was helps out alot

Amazing! I always love journeys because they have the best quality and cutest shoes. I went in just to browse and was immediately served by two lovely ladies! They were a huge help and had amazing attitudes! If you go in definetely ask for either Ariana or Desiree! I now have a new pair of black boots that i love thanks to them! They deserve a raise!

Great store! Super helpful staff, they didn’t have what I wanted in stock so they helped me order the proper sizes and ship to my house.

Husband and I went in to look/purchase some shoes. Staff was too busy talking to each other that they didn’t even both with a greeting even though we were the only customers in the store.
