Everytime I get gas in the last few months, the pump is out of paper, so I must go in to get a receipt. The cashier with the painted hair is always outside having a cigarette instead of filling up the pumps with paper to print. Very annoying!

I know this isn’t her full name but Mrs. T is my favorite person. Always kind and always have a warm personality. Probably one of the best customer service I have gotten! I highly recommend going here!

This store is quick and convenient. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. I couldn’t quite figure out how to get my fuel rewards number in and at the risk of bruising my ego, went inside to get some help. The lady who was working that morning was very nice and helpful and got me all situated and fueled up. Excellent customer service!

This store is by far the best gas station I have ever been too. Greatest customer service ever the employees are the best. I can walk in having a bad day and leave this gas station in a great mood all thanks to the employees they joke around and make you laugh. Don’t get that kind of service anywhere else. The new manager has made that store look soo good and makes sure you have everything you need before you leave. BEST GAS STATION IN RENO IN NY BOOKS

Everyone driving to Costco for gas is just silly, go to aisle 1, youll be fine.

The morning Lady cashier do not want to sell a room temperature Red Bull! So rude! She don’t know how to sell products.and her attitude is not friendly. I do not recommend this store.

I’ve had mostly great experiences in the Store save but when calling to ask for a fuel price I was told in a brisk and unfriendly tone that they do not quote fuel prices over the phone. Note, that they were listed on Gas Buddy hence my call. Also, I have been restricted to small dollar amounts on my Raley’s discount purchases in the past only to be told that it is my bank limiting the charge, this also rather rudely explained to me in the store. My bank denied any limitations placed on my card.As to a previous comment about “...just another California based company here in our Nevada.”, do you know of any Nevada based fuel providers? Also, Albertson’s that owns Raley’s was founded and is based in Boise, Idaho... just sayin’.

Nice car wash that prices go from 8 up to 12 depending upon what your car needs. Gas prices are similar to other near by stations, however are comparable to the lowest prices as long as you are a Rayleys shopper and get fuel discounts from your grocery shopping.

Another California owned business in our great state, as well as Raleys, I wish Albertsons were still around

Convenient for gas and car washing. Gas prices are high unless you buy $50 food from their grocery which is also high priced.

Its true about getting 10 percent off for a $50 purchase and 25 percent off $100+ purchase, keep your receipt, the barcode is on it. My one request of Raleys, if they want to be in the gas business, change out the window squeegees. Tom Raley would like you to do that.😋😋😋😋😋
