I would give it a half star rating but I have to give it at least one star for taking my call. very disorganized down there dont think theyll be in business much longer. They were lot better 2 years ago. If they dont have it in stock, good luck!

Couldn’t check inventory on a specific bolt 7 minutes before closing as they had already shut off all the computers for the day. More like couldn’t be troubled to do their job during business hours. And what other store closes at 4pm?

Went there Friday morning and tried to order a metric screw assortment kit. They told me to comeback in a couple of hours to give them time to assemble the kit. Called 3 hrs later and was told the order will be ready next Monday. Thats why everybody goes with Fastenal instead.

Need more help behind the counter

Came into get a few fasteners, called the number on the door and a lady came out to greet me. She came out to tell me she is about to go on lunch break, come back in an hour. I needed 6 bolts, it wouldn’t have taken her much more time to find them than to tell me she’s going on break. No I am not coming back in an hour, people have busy schedules. You just lost me as a customer and a few more that tried to come in while writing this review.

Special order by phone only. they wont let you look for what you need. I wont give them my business. If you have a specialty part and dont know exactly what youre looking for, how is that helpful ?

45 minutes at Reno Harley Davidson looking for a simple 3/8 socket cap screw and acorn nut. They couldnt pull it off. 5 minutes at R&E I had 10 of them for a ridiculously low price!

I have been bringing my business to these guys for a long time I own and operate a automotive repair shop and have always used them but today they have lost my business and any perspective client of mines business. The lady at the counter not only refused to help but she almost mocked the idea that I would even ask for the bolt that I needed. She did not so much as even take a thread pitch finder or ask other possibly more knowledgable employees if they knew where i could find such bolt. I have always said, if you want to really hurt a business do not give them your business. I will take it a step further and steer people away from said business in the future.

Service was crap, the 2 guys at the counter did not seem interested in helping me at all. I just needed a few parts, I could tell as soon as they realized that my order was small they told me it was a special order. Go to fastenal, they help no matter how small your order is.
