Honest folks at this place. My wife wanted a white gold diamond bracelet for her birthday so I hit the jewelry stores. To much disappointment even the 1/2 carat bracelets at the fancy jewelry stores were 1500 dollars and didnt have that wow factor. So I got the idea of looking at used jewelry at pawn shops and it wasnt much better. One place had a 1 carat bracelet for $2500 and would not budge on the price and the other place had a 1.50 carat bracelet for $2995 and he offered it to me for 50% off for $1500. I was about to buy the bracelet from the second pawn shop but was a little concerned about the quality of the stones as they looked a little foggy to me. Luckily I stumbled upon this store. He had a 3.00 carat white gold diamond bracelet for sale for $1500 that has amazing looking diamonds and heavier gold than the other two ones I looked at. And to top it off he gave me a discount and I got it for $1200. So I got more gold and twice the diamonds with better quality for a lot cheaper. I dont know how they do it but this place is legit! They take the least brokerage charge of Reno so I always weigh everything first and check my karats and Jacob has never been wrong . Wow! What great customer services and prices in town. I wouldn’t go any where else for jewelry. I must say, I must have been the most annoying customer ever. I had a particular ring in mind and tried on a ton of rings and was disappointed that one didn’t call my name until the owner said hey you know what? I just got one in today you may like it, I tried it on and omg! It was exactly what I was looking for. I am a google queen and when I saw this was the first gold buyer on my list I tried them out. I had a ring that my ex boyfriend had bought me and I know it wasnt the crown jewel or anything but it they treated it like it was a piece of scrap metal. They scratched my piece without even asking me I guess to test its for gold. It was stamped 14k I remember but must have worn off and at one time I had paper work on the diamond as well. After they evaluated it magically turned into 10k and they didnt even mention the diamond. I cant believe how dishonest buyers can be but I can understand I was the only person in the building for 20 minutes they have to make good money off one of the only people that come in. Every time I go to sell gold I cant help but feel people are trying to rip me off. Thats why I like going to the reno gold exchange because Jake tells me what percentage he is paying me and why. I normally get at least 15% more than pawn shops and jewelry stores offer me. I will never go anywhere else again.

Best scrap gold prices in town. They also pay for the diamonds as most places I checked dont. Some of the jewelry I sold they gave me full value because it can be resold and not just melted. I am not expert when it comes to gold but that doesnt mean that I am dumb. I bought the rings the brought to this guy and I know they are diamonds and they told me they werent worth anything but refused to give them back to me. I ended up keeping my merchandise and selling it on craigslist. By the way I see them listing stuff on craigslist all the time so if your trying to sell something why dont you go make a craigslist account yourself and keep the profit I did. Nothing special here but they do have free coffee for that ..... two stars.
