Happened to be in Reno recently and this shop had come recommended to me by a few friends. Stopped in to see about a gift for my Dad, and I was absolutely floored by the quality of service. The staff was knowledgeable & helpful. They had a good selection of products and really listened to what I was thinking about getting my Dad. I ended up making a purchase (for me and my Dad!). Dad was thrilled with his gift. I would definitely shop there again!

Bryon is a very good businessman. Recently my Non Profit organization held a raffle for two firearms, we paid for them several months ago and just had the drawing over the weekend. He held onto the firearms while we sold our raffle tickets. The winner happened to live in CA and Byron made the transfer very easy for the winner. Bryon told the winner how he needed to go about getting the firearms legally transferred to CA from NV. When we were looking at the firearms several months ago the shop was well stocked and the employee working was very helpful. Thanks Bryon for everything!

I have completed the purchase of two guns so far with ABAM and Bryan. After shopping at a few other gun shops over the years, I have to say this is my gun shop of choice. I spoke with Bryan about the guns I have been looking at and did not push me to purchase right away or try to get me to purchase a different gun. This team is great! Helped me get the firearm I was looking for that was hard to find. After 3 other shops failed they came through with ease. Great experience for sure! Purchased a Sig Sauer online to transfer to Wisconsin, and had a wonderful experience dealing with them. I wish I had a local company like this near me! Had a few hiccups but they were quick to compensate me for the difficulties. This was my first time transferring a pistol, and they were patient with me and my many questions. Bryan and his new shop manager Jeffrey are top notch. I had pre-ordered a Ruger Precision Rifle and Vortex scope a few weeks ago, and made arrangements to come pick it up. The transaction and background check all went perfectly smooth. These guys are really knowledgeable about the products they sell and carry, the industry, and regulations. I eyeballed another IWI bullpup on the display, and they made me too sweet of a deal to not bring that back home with me too. In June of 2017 I purchased a AR15 pistol that Bryan had hand built from ABAM. It cost me $899 before tax.After owning the firarm for about 7 months, that gas block exploded on the weapon. I only used the highest quality ammo and lubricants suggested by Bryan for the firearm. He repaired the weapon and also installed a $125 quad rail I bought from him onto the weapon. I took it out once and put 28 rounds of high quality 5.56 through the rifle, when it exploded again. I immediately told Bryan about this and returned the gun to him, which also had a $350 holosun sight mounted to it. This was in spring of this year.Bryan first accussed me of mishandling and breaking the gun. He said that I put 5000 rounds through it (I never even put 500) and was probably dropping it and not cleaning it properly (neither of which are true). He has had my gun for months. I contact him once a month to ask about the status of the rifle and he never replied to my messages.He claims that the barrel became so hot that the last time the block exploded, it melted to the shroud. I asked for some other opinions amongst builders and they claim that this makes absolutely no sense. I have no idea where my gun is, what he has or has not done to it, and when I will ever receive it back. He makes no effort to follow up on my inquries and usually just outright ignores me.Do not do buisnesses with Bryan. His customer service is awful and I have never been treated with such blatant disrespect from someone I have purchased multiple items from before. I spent over $1000 on this gun alone, and he has treated me worse than dirt.

My wife said 1 more gun before buying a house and knew it was going to be a hard one to find....so I thought.I called up Abam and spoke to Bryan and Frances to see what could be done to find me my dream gun which is a Fn SCAR 17s FDE, a real unicorn on the market right now! They said he had some coming in July but made some calls and got some within a week!! Bryan also got my SCAR paired with a Steiner M536 in 7.62 to make it complete! I have never worked with a Dealer with as much integrity and customer service as them!! To say these guys are top notch is an understatement!! Thank you!!!!

So i starred with the big lot gun stores first ...that was a mistake. My good friend david told me about abam. I went down and saw them and was blown away by how out of there way they went to help me and the pricing of my new sig Sauer legion was 300 less than anyone else anywhere!!!!!! I will only go to them in the future and will not waste a full day messing with other stores.
