Love me some Jus. Blueberry bowls and juice are very good.

Had a blueberry smoothie and it was good. Then, received a $5 off coupon so ordered a green strawberry smoothie and it tasted like grass/salad blended up :( Would stick with the regular smoothies, especially for the price.. was almost $9 for a large without the coupon.

The juices, shakes and bowls are really good ya know. The people are nice and the service is improving.

The food was ok but this is not Mongolian. Ive been to great Mongolian restaurants and I have to say, not even close. For unlimited you get this tiny salsa bowl for your ingredients. Then you wait for 10 to 15 minutes for it to cook. If anyone has ever been to a Changs Mongolian BBQ, this place is the opposite. Sorry but I would spend your money elsewhere.

Fantastic cold-pressed juice bar! If youre in South Reno and are looking for a healthy, raw alternative to all the fast food down here, this will be your new favorite place.My family all purchases their bowls and smoothies and rave about them.Amazing staff, they actually seem like they enjoy what they do!

Big scoops of frozen fruit with lots of leafy greens blended up into a delicious meal replacement in a cup. For about $5, you cant beat it.

Beware if you are going to be purchasing a juice cleanse from here. As per the website we went in two days prior to pay for the cleanse and scheduled the pickup. I was also sent a even reminder to pickup my juices on the scheduled day. Shop opens at 7am. Go there at 7:45 a.m. and shop was CLOSED. Tried to call someone but mailbox was full. So now we are off to work without our juices and after $300.00, you kind of expect to receive some sort of customer service. I recommend trying another place.

So to start I tried the jus til dinner cleanse.... DISGUSTING. These juices are awful and they are like drinking dirt. ALSO, I did not evacuate myself as much as I was told I would and I did not feel any better at the end of it or the next day. It was literally a torture session. I dont feel this does ANYTHING for you unless you do it for days on end. And whoever would do that to themselves is crazy. 26.00 definitely NOT well spent.

Yesterday I visited Jus for the first time. I love to eat healthy, but its taken me years to visit this place, as I have social anxiety. I decided to support a local business and also support the brand new food truck.The wait took about a half hour. The reason why is totally understandable, though. The food kept running out (it was busy, even an hour from opening) and the food truck can only hold so many staff members before theres not enough room to function properly. Food service can be difficult, so I have sympathy.What I observed around me were customers infatuated with socializing with their friends and dogs. I think because of the price and the socializing, no one seemed to mind the wait. I did not bring a friend or phone to chat with anyone... but that actually brought myself easily peace of mind. I sure was not in a hurry, so I was enjoying the perfect heat and breeze mixture.The truck was 50% off. Why WOULD someone complain? I never witnessed any customers angry, but I did witness customers wanting custom orders done AFTER their food was made. Thats on the customer, not the business. So if you ever shop from here, ask for specialties the moment you order. Its only considerate. If you order something special, food service usually remakes it from scratch in fear of allergies. Dont waste food!Heres two things that impressed me the most:When the staff ran out of food, they ran to the store across the way to grab more food for customers to enjoy. Heres the kicker: I saw employees carrying REAL pineapples. THAT is what spoke to me. None of this food is fake. Its good and whole and made from the heart.The second thing is that the employees kindly apologized and were patient with difficult customers. The cashier actually handed me a $5 gift card for my wait. I have never seen a business do that. This shows me that the business solely exists to be a part of Renos economy.I was impressed and my Avocado bowl tasted delicious. It kept me well-grounded for the cardio I did soon after. Thank you, Jus! You are trying your best. Cheers to working hard.
