I’ve been seeing Dr Henderson for over two years. This is my 3rd set of hearing aides, the 1st from Silver State and by far the best experience. The hearing test itself is through and just had a repeat Monday. Afterwards she tuned up by aides and I can hear better than ever. I really like her, she has a wonderful personality.

Nancy gave me the most thorough hearing test I have ever had. Which includes 30 years in the military & 50 years of FAA physicals. Since I have VA benefits, she also recommended I be seen by them for my equipment needs.

Dr. Hodes was very personable and pleasant. Rarely do you find a doctor who explains the answer to your questions as he did. I was incredibly nervous when I arrived and the gal at the front desk eased my mind. They took me back to the exam room early. Dr. Hodes came in and talked to me, answered my questions, explained exactly what tests we were going to do. This is a spectacular office and the star attraction is Dr. Michael Hodes.

The technician was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable through the whole experience.

Dr. Henderson went above and beyond to help me. Id had a dramatic hearing loss in one ear and she took me back to her office and called my ENT immediately to see if he could get me in. She walked me to the front and made sure that the receptionist faxed my test right away. She even called me that evening to see if Id been able to get an appointment. I was devastated by the loss hearing, but her professionalism and caring made all of the difference in the way that my appointment went.

This appointment was for my mom who has severe hearing loss. She was so worried about this appointment and Emily Ball was just amazing! She was so knowledgeable and explained the options to my mom very clearly. I would highly recommend this place

My 96 year old mother and I share a hereditary hearing condition. The customer service, professionalism and attention to detail that have been exhibited by the entire staff has been outstanding!Most importantly to mom is they include her in discussions and don’t treat her as though she is not there.

My mother had her hearing aid earpieces damaged. We were fully expecting to need to purchase a new set of hearing aids. Christine was personable and professional in a comfortable, relaxing setting. She was able to make repairs on my mother’s hearing aid on the spot and made recommendations should we need a new device in the future. Highly recommended!

Audiologist Christine Schellin was fantastic. Not only did she determine my general hearing history with detailed questions; she also delved into my tinnitus history and how it can complicate general hearing.When the testing was complete, Christine explained how and when I can hear and how and when I cannot.We discussed what causes spikes in my tinnitus levels. The team at Silver State H&B was superb.

I worked with Nancy Henderson, a certified audiologist, who was outstanding in conducting my hearing test and then carefully explaining the results. Really nice people, clean, comfortable office and thorough experience with the exam. I could hear people in the other room in the sound proof box during my hearing test, however. Would have been 5 Stars but for the “office charge”. I was in the waiting room only till my test and the test was covered under insurance then as I was leaving, they presented a bill for office visit. Very sneaky. Usually you pay any copay before any services, not after. I will discuss with insurance company. If I buy a hearing aid from them they deserve an office visit charge for the fitting and programming.Just stating the facts. The technician that performed the test was friendly and informative.Thanks

Have been a patient of Dr Zamboni for years, hes great, Dr Johnson is too. Recently got hearing aids and like them but have had to call from out of state to talk to a tech twice but both times had to wait over 2 hrs for a return phone call. Last time was 3 hrs.

This was my first visit to Silver State Hearing. Office was very clean and the staff were very professional and friendly. Dr. Johnson tested my hearing and got my old hearing aids working better than new.I will definitely return in the future.

Appointment was to perform an initial hearing test. Dr. Johnson was thorough and took the time to explain, in detail, the results. I especially appreciated the doctors insight into what hearing changes to expect in the future. Very, very satisfied.

I certainly wish I could give them less than 1 star. They brag about the great reviews because theyre in it for the likes. I was sent to these folks by Voc Rehab as I am profoundly hard of hearing. I was diagnosed and fitted with very expensive hearing aids. That was the extent of their service for more than 5 thousand dollars. My hearing aids were never programmed...ever. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I was unable to return within a given period of time. Once my situation was dealt with, I could not find them...for months!! Once I did, they brushed me off and had no concern whatsoever about whether my paid for in full and insured hearing aids worked or not. Which, would have been my only concern had I been in their shoes. So, no...dont go here...they only care about the money....go to Lakeside Hearing...they are SO CARING!!!

In the last nine months I have had appointments with 5 different specialist and doctors. I had 11 prescriptions prescribed, and 14 different scans and tests applied. Within 17 minutes of being with April and Dr., I was cured of spinning and had answers that no one else could give me.. thank you so much for making such a massive difference in my days!

Good experience with the staff trying to find a reason for my Vertigo. Dr Hodes was great and removed debris from my ear and took care of it since it was irritated. The person who did my testing was great as she explained everything to me as she went. She made me feel totally comfortable. Her name was Martina and I want to thank her for taking good care of me. Nice clean bright office and good staff. No long wait either. They really cared to try to find the reason for my extreme vertigo issues. I would recommend them to anyone who needs testing done or need help hearing.

Drs. Beebe and Bush pulled me out of the depths of despair over relentless vertigo with their efficient and supportive knowledge of the Eppley maneuver. The world is a much better place when it is not spinning uncontrollably in my head. Thank you to these gentle, efficient heroines.

The staff was very knowledgeable and was very quick at the repair of my hearing aids. I dropped my hearing aids one day without an appointment and they called back next day letting me know that my hearing aids was ready to be picked up.

I was at Silver State to have tests for my hearing prior to hopefully being eligible for a Cochlear Implant. The Doctor who did my testing was very nice. She explained everything completely. The staff was courteous and friendly and the visit was nicer than I expected.

Silver State Hearing and Balance has a very friendly staff, welcoming environment, and awesome Doctors. I went for the very first today after being recommended by my wife and it will be the only place I would like to visit for any hearing or hearing aid issues I may have. We had a great experience at Silver State hearing and balance. I took my six-year-old there for a hearing test on a referral from his pediatrician.
