I have used this product many times on different applications and this team always has the product i need to make the repair right.

Never purchased from this company before but decided to order a thread repair kit from them. As time was crucial for me, I paid dearly for overnight delivery. Luckily the package was delivered the next day only to find the incorrect kit was sent. Called to get this rectified and another was sent only to find out that it wont be delivered for 2 days. In my opinion the 2 people I have talked to there have no desire to make theyre mistake right and are very rude, albeit Im probably not the most pleasant person to talk to after paying a high amount only to be sent the wrong product. Definitely will not be a customer again.
