My washer was broken. I needed a new one. My home is filled with appliances purchased from King and Bunnys. But to do my due diligence, I checked all the websites from Lowes to Home Depot to Best Buy for make and model I wanted. King and Bunnys price beat the big box stores.To make the experience even better, I have a limited space for my washer and dryer. When I was speaking to Jason about it and trying to figure out what would work best, he said he would come to my home and measure. No big box store would do that. Eventually, the model I bought would require that I take the door off my laundry space. When the guys came to install, they were able to work it so that I could leave the door on and preserve the esthetics of my kitchen.King and Bunnys has my business for life!

I had a great experience here. My dishwasher went out and I want to stay away from the big box stores. I’ve heard I’d get better service and plus support a small local business so I stopped in and worked directly with Jason. He listened to what I needed and showed me multiple options. He ordered the dishwasher that best suited my needs and he didn’t even charge me until it arrived and was installed! He thought it’d be here at the end of May (global supply chain issues) but showed up 4 weeks earlier than expected. A tech came out and installed it and works great. We knew what wanted after browsing Lowes, HD and Albert and purchased a Maytag Laundry set. No hasseling, friendly and professional with Brandon. We wanted to support this small and reputable local business even though each set was $100 more than the others but they were able to deliver 2-3 sooner. Only neative was after they left was talking with the neighbor and she picked up a shiny new appliance screw off my driveway. Then after she left I found 2 more. Very frustrating as this was on the ground after I moved my 911 out of there way and then back in the garage only to find screws. Hope I did not pick one up in my tire as they are expensive to replace. Would have easily gotten 5 stars if not for the screws. Oh and a broken water valve collar to....on the ground....

In late September our 20+ year old dishwasher failed. It (and other appliances in our kitchen) was biscuit in color, which is hard to find these days. We went to the K&B website and quickly found what we were looking for. They have a great tool for narrowing your search. A comparable model to my old washer was available and, with Jasons help, I determined that it would work and fit, and it was delivered yesterday. Its been a year since I purchased a new refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and stove from King & Bunnys, and I couldnt be more happy. My toddler recently poured a huge bottle of dish soap into the dishwasher which ultimately resulted in a lot of issues. I called just to see if they had any recommendations for an appliance repair person, and they told me to hold on to my money and helped me troubleshoot over the phone. As long as this place is in business, I will only shop here.

Our freezer which was supposed to be delivered on 4/23 by Costco, was back ordered again until July! We didnt want to wait any longer. Washer went out on Friday night just as the holiday weekend started. Checked the website for a stackable and they had it in stock. Called on Saturday morning and ordered it for delivery Monday. Install scheduled 11 to 1pm, delivery crew showed up right at 11am and had the old one out and new one in under an hour. Crew was great, professional, pleasant, polite and knowledgeable about my unit.

This place is wonderful. I searched around and came here. I wanted a local store and to help my community. The people are friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and interested in their customers. Their products are very nice, top of the line items, but something for all price ranges. Prices are competitive. But, when you look at the warranties, the quality, a local store who has been around for years, you get what you pay for. They have their own delivery, so no one hired from another source.The delivery fee was $50 from Renton to Kent East Hill and they remove old one at no charge. The two guys who delivered were careful, friendly and not rushed. This has been a very good experience. I did not choose a chain. Also, I bought on a Thursday and received it the following Tuesday on time. If you want something to last that cost $$, come to King and Bunnys!

We went into King and Bunnys and show them the price of the dishwasher we were looking at and there dishwasher was more expensive for the same model but they match the price. Our fridge went out over the weekend and we first went to a box store and they said it would be the start of September before they could deliver it. Albert Lee couldnt do the job that King and Bunnys did. It took Albert Lee two weeks to set up a delivery and in the end they couldnt get the job done. It took Albert Lee an additional week to refund my money. So, I went to king and bunnys, and they knocked everything out in about two hours.Thank you King and Bunnys.

Friendly, personable guys that were VERY careful removing my old appliances, bringing my new ones in and installing them. Ive bought an oven, range, 2 washers, dryer, and dishwasher from King & Bunnys. Ive always been happy with their service, selection, and price. Ive only had one problem, with a new dishwasher with a defective part which resulted in significant water damage to my home. It was a product manufacturing issue -- not anything that King & Bunnys did -- but King & Bunnys went the extra mile to help get it resolved. Thats the kind of hometown service that sets them apart from national and big-box corporations.What else sets them apart? They are involved in the community. They know their products and are there to help. They care about what they do. They show up, on-time. They even delivered to my vacation home, 45 miles away!I could go on and on, but Ill just say this: Im a customer for life.

In and out with a new freezer on a Sunday afternoon in less than ten minutes. They had the only freezer in stock anywhere in king or pierce and the price was still 100 dollars under MSRP.

My dryer stopped working, so we went here and found a new one. The staff gave great advice and service and we chose a model. When they delivered it the next day, they discovered an electrical problem. Once I had an electrician fix the problem, my old dryer worked just fine. King and Bunnys gave me a full refund on the new dryer without a hassle. Ill definitely be back next time I need a new appliance!
