They have gone downhill since Baxter took over. They told me they would contact me twice for the same part (once they researched the availability of it) and we never heard back.

They sold me some parts that they claimed were compatible with my car only to find out a week or so later they werent. Customer service isnt great. Women seem to get shunned and belittled for auto skills from both the male clients and employees. 2014 experience.

The guys behind the counter are full of automotive knowledge real helpful I asked questions and I get real answers not like the people auto zone and orielis hire

Great service from one of the last independent parts stores around. Prices are reasonable, and the staff are all car people who know their stuff.

Not the best customer service. Sold me some windshield wipers that were not comparable with my vehicle even though they told me they were. Terrible smearing visibility issues.
