The Starbucks is ALWAYS out of product, or they dont make the coffee right at all. It is disappointing this is the only close to my job and every time I go the employee who makes a simple coffee tastes horrible or out of multiple products. The manager needs to re train staffing on how to make coffee and re train the staffing on ordering to ensure their is product otherwise you will continue to loose profit.

This target is HUGE!! The largest I’ve seen in a bit. Clean and organized! Had a good handful of people today, with how much space that is in that store, didn’t seem like a ton of people in there.

Organic foods and biodegradable cleaning product selection has become pretty awesome and I love the companys stated goal of being a force for positive change in the world. Staff are friendly and helpful as well. I used to think horribly of Target, but their new product lines have won me over, now shop there regularly.

Wonderful location in the middle of great big box shopping heaven. Plenty of parking, lots of spots to return carts, too. Nice employees.And of course, everything you need or want in one place!Oh yeah, they have a Starbucks inside which is always busy but also always good. So enjoy shopping at this location. It is a good one!

I got my birdie there reasonable price so far Im having a blast with it I charged it lasted 3 days very happy. Also I got my TV there and I got my camera by a different Target all very reliable keep up the good work Target...but I hate to say this but I had poor customer service they were rude unprofessional and I was not pleased, but the product was good.

One of the three best targets in the Puget sound area in my opinion. This one as well as the one in Victoria and the one in southcenter are among the best Target stores Ive shopped in. Target is also the best store for those who are looking for vegan or gluten-free options for their diet. They have a very good selection. Their produce is of great quality although it is limited. As is the selection of meats. I would very much recommend people check out their groceries as well as the things they normally associate with Target.

The new policy to charge for bags and the very rude cashier who did not place my items in the bag I brought from home, because it was her choice not to. If cashiers are concerned about germs they should wear gloves. Not bagging your customers items is extremely poor customer service and should NOT be an option for your employees.

Easy to order and very easy to pick up. Also, I tend to keep a list of items I need so when I go to Target I get them all at once. Theyre prices are as good or better than buying on Amazon which I try to avoid since they sell a lot of fake products and the constant onslaught of Amazon deliveries to my neighborhood are affecting the quality of life in many ways. Target is the best option.

This store is conveniently close to home so I come here regularly. The store is always clean, fully stocked and well organized. Today, I decided to write this review to shout out to the best employee they have. Her name is Rosa. I was shopping with my two kids. My basket was bursting with stuff ( because I thought if I get I basket instead of a cart Ill buy less... Didnt work), and when she saw me she immediately offer to help. She carried my basked all the way to the cashier, and even stop to make a little friendly conversation with my children. Thank you Rosa, your gesture made the difference in my day. I wish I come across with more people like you!

Worst Target customer service ever, I want to rate ZERO star.I placed order online, came to pick up at the day shown in app as “pickup by this day”.At store, I was told the pickup barcode already expired, and all customer service people were so unfriendly and refused to help.So disappointed and frustrated

I love Target because its so convienent and I get the best customer service from every single employee!!! This place is a major rip off which is the only reason Im giving it 4 stars. Its like because nothing else is in the area they can get away with it. They also are a smaller version of target so theres a lot of essentials and groceries they do not have. I come here all the time though. Thanks for the great service!

I love Target... the store is awesome

Their online order pick up allows you to place orders for items that are out of stock! Therefore cancelling items, leaving you with a partial order- I get it inventory is not up to speed with demand. However, when you go to place a new order to replace those items as substitutes you then have to wait again (2+hours) for your order to be ready. I called their customer service desk to see if they could just pick my new order with the substitute item that was cancelled (1 item). I was told no- I guess its too hard for a worker to walk down one aisle and grab ONE item- that they CANCELLED to put in with my order…..So I ended up having to make two trips, when they could have just added the ONE replacement item to my original order!

I have always loved the Target chain of stores. They have their own particular type of merchandise that has a combination of quality style and price. The store at The Landing is spacious, bright it flows well and its in a lovely mall.

Decent sized target, it’s more spacious then southcenter. They do charge 8€ per bag now.

I always enjoy my experiences shopping in Target. Things are easy to find because of signage and the store feels organized by common sense. As someone who keeps Kosher I appreciate that the Market Pantry / Good & Gather brands have a lot of certified Kosher items, especially their Habanero salsa! During the pandemic I also have made use of the Drive-Up option and it is great! Target doesnt always have the best produce, so for those items I tend to shop elsewhere. But for all other items, Im a big Target fan.

A nice clean and up to date store.

Target is my favorite store to shop at. The prices are as low as anywhere else. What I really like is how Target employees are wiping everything down after ever transaction at checkout. They are also sanitizing the carts at the entrance. The associates are doing a great job!

This Target probably has the nicest staff. I was at the self check out and the lady who was running the self check out got me signed up for target circle and helped me save money on my purchase. She was incredibly helpful and super nice too.

Very easy to order online. However, one confusing aspect: did curbside pickup go away? If so, why are there special parking spots still available? very confusing... I ended up moving to a regular spot and walking in. Kind of think if curbside went away, i probably wouldnt have ordered online.

Who would ask? Its Target. They are however charging 8 cents a bag now. I certainly will be making my shopping list much smaller from now on.

I used to love this store. Their customer service used to be good. Now they are like Walmart. I been coming to this store since their opening. Today I bought some swimsuit I spend 200 on them. One of them didn’t have a tag and I told the cashier I have the same design but it was other color she completely ignored me, didn’t say any word. He called someone to check the price and same happened then he just grabbed a swimsuit from the bag without even checking if it was the same design and gave me a 3 times more the price. So disappointed today. Save your time and go to other store.

All Safety guidelines are being practised as far as I could see; signage on front door stating masks are required, wiping of shopping carts, hand sanitizer easily available, 6 signs on floor, employees masked. Now for the Target inventory: fully stocked, clean orderly items, when something was unavailable signs were posted. Whats not to love about Target?!

This store is ok, not very clean and organized, but not too bad. The biggest disappointment is that some of the products are way behind their expiration date. Just look at this Kefir (today is 06/13/2019). The worst of all, they put it in the first row, so someone would buy it without looking on the date. Not cool, Target, not cool.

I came in today for a power cord. I searched and couldnt find what I needed. I found Mark and he spent some time helping me figure out what we could do to make it work. He went above and beyond what I would ever expect from retail nowadays. I cant thank him enough for what he did. This type of service from the manager shows on the people working the isles and register. It was a pleasant shopping experience all around.

Clean store and well stocked. Used the Renton, Wa instead of one closer due to reliability in stock.

Great updated store with a nice little mens section for clothes. Helen in the self checkout area was particularly awesome!

Poor customer service in this particular store all the time. I returned items in the store never got the refund. The person who returned the item did not do it right at the time. Transaction never showed in my card. Contacted red card members customer service and corporate office denied my refund. No more shopping in target. Little local stores do much better job than this corporate store.

Target is a place that you could find pretty much everything you need.

Some of your worker are rude. 1 guy with a cart that works there dang near ran into me.

Staff is excellent. Short on supplies during the pandemic, even though Factoria down the highway had plenty. Bulk options are plenty, single options are scarce. This is a poor area store so healthy options are not presented. Even during the 100+ degree heat, only pop & energy drinks were stocked in checkout coolers.

When I ordered a product I was told it was in stock at my store. when I got there they said that it was not in stock, and I had to check another store. I had to travel an extra 10 miles to get to the other store when I got there over two hours later they said the did not receive the order and I had to wait another 2 hours for it to show up on their screens. I canceled the order and went to their electronics department, and had to wait for 45 minutes for a salesperson to appear after repeatedly pressing the button to call a person. not a happy customer

Great service. Friendly associates that went the extra mile to answer my questions and help me make the perfect selection of what I was looking for.

This is always my preferred Target to shop at! The employees here are friendly and are always willing to help out, and the store itself always seems to be clean.The store has great lighting compared to other Targets, and usually has what Im looking for with plenty in stock. Check lanes are always fast and Ive yet to see a long line.Oh and the parking lot is HUGE. Theres no way you cant find parking here. Will continue to shop at this Target for a very long time.

Would highly recommend using their pickup/drive up feature, IF you enjoy sitting in your car waiting and calling repeatedly with no answer. Got to bring my crabby children inside (entire point of drive up?) Just to see employees sitting around chatting. Thanks.

Great for picking up household accessories - cheaper detergents than Costco - and always a clean store. Good selection of pet supplies and health supplements too. Can buy everything needed to stock a house or apartment at a good price.

Good deals and I found everything I was looking for.

My son has been saving his money and doing extra chores so he could buy a toy he saw somewhere else. Target was our third stop to FINALLY buy the toy except we couldnt find it there either. Luckily, an employee working in another department (electronics) took the time to help us. He looked up the item number on the Target website and got one from the stock room. My son LOVED that the gentleman interracted directly with him and treated him like an adult.

Fast service, he helped load the dog food in the back, very friendly. Love this service so I dont have to load/unload kids.

They have everything. I had a classic mom shopping with toddler kind of visit. Good selection of kids clothes and toys. They have VERY affordable Halloween decorations, candy and costumes. Plus, its nice to just wander the isles aimlessly just to get out of the house for an hour! :)

Dont know why Im giving 2 stars. None earned.Another wasted trip, wasted time, wasted gas. Tried to unsuccessfully buy products online. Not available for shipping, but theyre in stock addy your local store. Really??! Neither one was in stock. Would not be so frustrating if this were the 2nd, 3rd or 4th time this has happened. It is consistent with Target. Cant seem to get their web site synchronized with actual inventory.Off to a competitor....

I found the perfect swimsuit! Mission impossible accomplished! I went two other major department stores with crappy selections- I shouldve just gone here first. TARGET has a good selection of different styles and sizes! Im so happy! (The fitting rooms could use a good sweeping though)

I have loved Target since the first time I walked into one, back in 1989.

The whole process was very easy and had very clear directions! And I think I maybe waited outside for 1 minute, before my order was outside my car.

Drive up order is missing items every single time. Employees are very rude. I had sick sleeping children in the car. Hence why I chose the drive up option. I tried to call the store for 20 minutes to ask for the rest of my order. No one ever answered. I was missing 3 bags and 6 large items.

I cant find most of what I need here due to the fact the shelfs are often empty when sales occur. I gave up on their clothing selection because theyre tailoring their products to the heavy set crowds or petite crowds.I had a classmate work here and the scheduler/manager about 5 years ago was rude, and discriminatory towards her. She had nothing but scheduling issues and it was obvious she was picking on her. I think I heard this individual finally got fired.

The customer service reps are friendly, the store is well laid out, and the products are easy to find.

Place to find everything nice

Best Target I’ve been to since moving to the NW! Nice people at Starbucks and throughout store. Plenty of products, bright, and good rotation of products. Parking lot actually fits suv and sedans without the dreaded dents to cars (unless you happen to score a horrible person).

Target usually has what you need and the mobile pick up ordering is so convenient!

Ordered online where it said I could drive up pick up. When I got to the store, I had to go in. It was crowded and there was no way to social distance in the pickup line, which was in the middle of the entrance.

Poor customer service. I visited the store and asked for help finding an item. The person sent me to another store. They both Showed stock online but neither had it or would go look, which I asked at both. So I ordered it online and 7min later it was ready at the first place.

I felt cared for by the employee who helped me.

Good prices and most of items are in stock.

Lots of hand soaps were nonexistent. Very few masks. Long lines.

My experience tonight was awful. They hire these kids as seasonal help. No one could help me find earmuffs. Two not move just looked at each other. One said go ask someone in the back of the store. I left. That is why I shop at Fred Meyers they are helpful to seniors.

I love Target! This one is medium sized. Watch the fresh food. I have found expired items. The rest of the store is well stocked and maintained.

The store is very clean with a decent amount of variety, but if youre looking for something specific then its generally best to look elsewhere. Shelves dont seem to be stocked on a regular basis (or they dont get shipments of certain things in enough to fill holes). Employees are pretty friendly for the most part but one employee made odd comments about my purchases the entire duration of the check out, which was very awkward and uncomfortable, as it wasnt a oh this stuff is great! kind of way but more of a ew this stuff is gross I cant IMAGINE using/eating/wearing this. Checkout lines can get kind of long but employees are generally helpful and nice overall!

I understand that a cashier cannot leave their station but when you call a second associate to help, that second associate shouldve done their job and assist with the problem to do a price check not a customer having to go take a picture come back and show both associates the correct pricing. Shouldve gotten more training before putting yourself out on the floor alone.

Not much to say here, other than its Target.Actually its one of the nicer Targets Ive been into really. The staff here has always been really helpful and happy. Theres rarely anything laying in the aisles or anything.Theyve also got Pizza Hut and Starbucks options inside the building. Its a pretty complete Target.Being located in The Landing helps too because you can eat, catch a movie, etc, before taking your shopping home.

Target has great deals, clearance section, price match and lots of gift cards to choose from. Recommended!

I was told they lost a product in the back of an item that another Target said they had in stock...(how do you lose a product?) Then got told three different stories. Two from the same person. You dont just say oh were out then get asked again and say oh we have some in the back but we dont know where its at, we lost it. I dont like getting lied to. As a person in retail, my understanding is to help customers with what they need. Not lie to them and hide items from the customers. In retail, were supposed to give good customer service. Renton Target, especially electronics...needs to learn better customer service. Wonder why I cant give less than one star, if I could itd be no star.

Just saw an employee go into the family bathroom. No cleaning supplies. Not to be THAT person, but seriously, not cool. The regular bathroom is clean and empty.

I shop here at least twice a week and use their pharmacy. They have a good selection and I never have any problems. I also use their online order pickup service sometimes. I go to the Starbucks far too often. Love that they added self-checkout.

Waited for 3 or 4 people at the check stand. Thats fine.the lady in front of me qualified for a discount if she got a credit card. Filled it out while I waited. After 5 minutes I walked out. It is a check out stand. Not customer service

Large and clean facility. Some staff super friendly and others less than. Good quality items and prices.

Target is a chain pharmacy and general we have everything store. This one is at the Renton landing just kids exit 5 from I405. This is our families main target :) We stop here once or twice a week. Its clean and has more friendly than normal staff. Lots of parking. Get the target red card to get 5% off most purchases. And check the $4 list for cheap generics.
