If I could leave less than a star I would. Dropped my cat off 830 am . Come 4pm my car hadn’t been touch. I was told to bring it back the next day. Dropped it same time and come 3pm I call and ask will it be done by 4pm because have to pick up my son. I was told “100% it should only take 20mins. Got no call so I show up at 345 and it’s not done. He can’t get a bolt loose. He will try again in another 30 mins. So this is two days in a row I’ve left my car there and wasted the whole day. I told them to just put it together. Now my cars alignment is worse than it was when I dropped it off. Horrible service. I feel not important and I hope others don’t experience this same type of service.

This was one of the BEST Firestone I have ever been to. From my initial call to John to book a time for them to check out the car. Till I walked out the door, excellent customer service. They gave me a discount for having gotten my battery from them, sprayed down my keys and credit card. Also sprayed down my hands when I left. I couldnt have been more impressed with the level of customer care. I had a battery and a terminal put in. I highly recommend going there for all your car care needs! Thank you John!

Caught one of the techs on film taking my car for a joy ride. If it wasnt for the fact that HE filmed himself speeding and using a phone while driving, both things illegal, I wouldnt have known about their techs unprofessionalism. He posted him speeding on his social media which was sent to me by one of his followers luckily.The assistant manager, Chris, was polar opposite, being very professional and taking action right away. Not sure what has been with the tech, but Ill be returning when the manager is in store demanding action to be taken. If this what the tech is posting on his social media, I can only imagine whats done off camera and by the other techs there.

I could not say enough how happy I am with the experience! I have had my car rebalanced 4 times by various shops and none could do it like they can! Roadforce machine at this location is in perfect working order- and for a performance oriented car such as my e92 m3, I am very happy with the result. John is an excellent service advisor and I highly recommend his honesty and excellent customer service to all those looking for a reliable shop.

Went in there to get an alignment on 12/24/2020 after getting my suspension worked on. Went in at 2pm for my alignment appointment (an hour before close). Needless to say they rushed the job, alignment was done quickly (probably 40 min of me waiting). After I left I noticed that my steering wheel was not centered. So I have been driving with a crooked steering wheel to work the last few days, will let the dealership fix it. Last time Firestone touches my truck

Replaced brakes and rotors? Sure, no problem. Replace headlight? Sure, gotcha. Refill wiper fluid? Nope. Cant remember to do that. *sigh* Oh well, cant be perfect.

They could not diagnose the issue with my car they kept telling me I was god took it back 4 times before they had to call in a specialist. Then they did an oil change but did not put the oil filter on correctly and it is now spewing oil! It’s back at their shop they have to “fix it” before I start bringing in lawyers. Do NOT bring your car here and their credit card immediately sells your information and I got calls the next day from scammers.

Booked an apt at this location to replace two very damaged Destination MT2s and an alignment. They had to transfer in the tires (normal for this type). Got in and the tires hadnt arrived yet. They did all the other work while waiting and kept me updated. The manager john was awesome and considerate of time. Will continue to use this location die to the service.

Highly recommend. Great mechanics, very professional, and excellent customer service over the phone and in person. They took the time to take me through each part and labor requirement needed. Ive been going here for two years and the mechanics work is always first rate.They also have a nice little kids area in the waiting room and Melissa & Doug puzzles for toddlers.

Very friendly staff! The manager stayed late when I stopped off my mind car and the person welcomed us as soon as the door opened. Very happy when he put a caller on hold to finish the conversation with us. The staff gave us an estimate as to how long it would take, and they got it finished half a day early. They inspected & pointed out some minor things that wasnt on the orginal list of repairs. Their technician even checked & noted I was a quart low on my oil. During my estimate Chris took me out to my truck pointed frontend parts needed replacing and what parts do what,Chris was amazing. They also have a secure night drop with envelopes.When I picked up my truck they topped off my oil. I absolutely recommend this Firestone.

Had an appointment at 3 pm, front end alignment wasnt done until 5. There seemed to have been an issue with how many jobs were assigned because the technicians started yelling at each other and one of them threatened to quit on the spot. They must have figured it out though because the yelling stopped and no one quit. I felt bad because people were upset but it was kind of entertaining during my 2-hour wait. Ill definitely use Firestone again. The work was done well.

I like to come to this place to do maintenance the car. I dont know if another places the workers are friendly like here. Besides, theyre taking their time to explain you all that concern about your vehicle. I like it.

Great customer service, best place for car maintenance. However, my audio stopped working after they test my battery. Don’t know if it was coincidence or they accidentally blew it. If there is a proper way for testing battery, I hope they follow.

Definitely not the best customer service I think on every occasion Ive ever gone to their shop to give them my business I observed complete rudeness to myself and others. I have never once been able to obtain any sort of services from them. Im not sure how they stay in business.

Been to this location to have the headlights checked on our 05 Honda CR-V. Left the car there for the whole day and wasnt able to fix it saying theres more diagnostic testing needed. I understand diagnosing something is not easy specially electrical problems but the car is needed for bringing somebody to dialysis center. And they are trying to make us pay $270++ for services they have done to the car and holding up the key. Would you pay for it knowing the services are not done???? I pity those employees.... just giving out review its up to you if you wanna bring your car in this station.

I went in for a free break inspection because my car was making weird noises and received a phone call from a man named norman to let me know I needed new calipers and the awful noise was my wheel bearings needing to be replaced and quoted me for it. I already had new calipers they couldnt put in but the bolt was stripped. I asked if he could just replace the bolt so I could do it myself and he said he would have to replace the entire caliper to do that, so I requested he put my stuff together and get it ready for pickup and Id take it somewhere where they could replace a bolt. He asked if he could talk to his boss and call me back in 10, which he did and when I spoke with him next there was no issue, he let me know he got the ok to replace the bearings and just the bolt ($2 for bolt and possibly another $50 for labor) as I asked so I allowed him to proceed. I get my car the next day and the sounds gone which is great but when I go to replace the calipers, I see he never bothered with it. I go back same day and talk to norman who I had been working with and he gets incredibly defensive I never said that, i cant replace the bolt without replacing the whole thing!. I asked him why he changed his tune when I mentioned going somewhere else then, I had yet to spend a dime during our convo. You legitimately had to call me back so you can ask if this is something you could do and quoted me for it. His response was I thought you meant the lug nuts were stripped but I never had a problem with it. WE WERE TALKING ABOUT CALIPERS THE WHOLE TIME. I TOLD YOU I ALREADY REPLACED BREAKS. He had the audacity to quote me to get the calipers replaced now. I felt myself getting irrationally angry so I left. Itd be one thing if the convo was I misunderstood what u meant on the phone it was busy, but it was constant no no no, I never said that... your lucky the machine that says your phone call is being recorded is inaccessible too. Not saying this is a one star establishment but it was a 1 star experience. Do better Firestone

Went in for new tires. Had 8am appointment took 4 hrs on a Saturday. Dropoff and pickup was fast and easy.

Great service. Good explanations of what you might need done. They never try to upsell you on anything, and they will offer suggestions on what you may need for the upkeep of your vehicle.

I live in Kent and called the Kent location but they were too busy. I went to Covington but said they didnt have my tire in stock and wanted me to buy 4 brand new tires even though my tires were new but one had a screw in it and wouldnt fix it. So I called Renton Highlands location and Chris went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of same day!! Awesome customer service!

Very nice facility. Courteous knowledgeable staff. Ive taken my 2004 Lexus IS300, 2005 Toyota 4Runner V8 and 1991 Honda Accord LX here for multiple services including: oil change, alignment, tire install. Service is always good. One major thing I appreciate is that the staff seems to have a wider knowledge of 4x4s and sedans compared to other shops. Occasionally two of the sales guys can push more than I like however they have given me rides home while I have left a vehicle for longer services. I would highly recommend them over the Highlands Les Schwab or Goodyear.

I came in to change my tires which took 8 hours. But that wasnt the problem. They did an inspection I didnt ask for and when I got my car back the ventelation was no longer working. I remembered they said they checked the air filter and I called back to ask them about it and he claimed he did nothing but change the tires. It didnt make sense considering he said he had done an inspection hours before. The air filter is in the car, he mustve gone in. Anyway, he said hed only check my car if I paid a fee of $100. This would not include fixing the problem. I later found out something was moved around the air filter and it was indeed tampered with. He took zero responisbility and continuously laughed in my face when I asked him to please check it. I wouldnt recommend this place, considering he had poor customer service and contradicting himself multiple times. Its not like he gave a customer a wrong order at a restaurant, he broke something in MY car which couldve been expensive to fix. I would give them a zero if I could.

Just got my oil change here. They charged me $95 after tax because I needed full synthetic oil for a turbocharged car. Normally I can go to Volkswagen and pay around $60 - and theyll wash/vacuum my car. Huge rip off. Also, Im suspicious of them taking my car for a joy ride after saying, this must be a fun little car! and missing nearly a quarter of a tank of gas when I picked it up. Ill stick to Volkswagen, thanks Firestone!

Went to Firestone for the first time yesterday, they told me my tires and battery was bad. I knew my tires were fine since I bought them less than two years ago so I got a second oppinion. When I arrived at Les Schwab and told them what Firestone told me they told me my tires were fine as was my battery after a little cleaning.Its disappointing that a company tries to take advantage of young female customers. I will not be back to this establishment. I recommend you do the same.

I called and asked for a price on 12mm1.5 lug nuts. I was told I would have to call an auto parts store. Online, said they were open. Walked over there in snow and rain. Yes, literally snow rain mix. As I shake out my umbrella, I try the door. Locked. Two people just stared at me. If someone is walking in snow and rain, I would help them out. Not Firestone.

Staff was prompt and very respectful. This place is unlike the others which get rated poorly due to both staff and customer discrepancies. Cant beat the lifetime alignment.

Has been a regular to this store for all my auto services for both of the cars. From oil changes, new tires, new brakes, alignments and scheduled maintenance services. They do provide excellent customer services.

By far the slowest service. Saw several reviews about them being inconsiderate of peoples time and trying to charge to random other things, but thought I would give them a chance. Not coming back to this one. They will continually give you false service times so you end up waiting and wasting your day.

Ive been a long time Firestone customer, and just moved to the Renton Highlands a few months ago. I needed new tires, and unfortunately Firestone doesnt carry the brand I desired, so I made the (poor) decision to get the tires from a different shop. After the *other shop* put on the tires, my TPMS alarm was triggered. I made an appt with the *other shop* to get this addressed after driving around for a week with this alarm on and drove 30 minutes to get there, only to find out that the equipment they needed to address this issue was broken. Needless to say they didnt bother calling me to let me know before I drove there. I drove all the way back home and stopped at this Firestone on a whim. Luckily not only did they have the necessary equipment to assess my issue, but they did so quickly and with a smile, even though they werent the ones who caused the issue. I would recommend this Firestone to anyone!

Friendly staff, except for the up selling. .. went in for a battery, already know I have a bad battery, interstate battery coupon mentions free battery check, was charged for electrical system check.. I.e. my starters, alternators would be checked too... got charged for it, charged for installation (Les Schwab charges also). When I received my paperwork theres no indication anywhere about the status of my alternator or starter... like I said I know my battery is bad and I just wanted a new battery..
