I got 4 shirts printed for my Personal Training business. I made my own design on Canva and Monique was able to take that design and replicate it perfectly on the shirts. Im so happy with the finished product and will definitely return for the next order. Thanks Monique 🙂

I had a late request for a custom tee shirt for a friends offensive tee shirt birthday party -my design had some off color language for the host :-). Custom Pressed Tees were quickly able to design my idea in to a print and had lots of choices of T-shirts in my size (2XL). I was able to pick it up later that same week. - I am surprised by some of the negative reviews I see on here, as my experience was VERY GOOD. It has been over a year since my purchase and I have every intention of returning when I need help on my next adventure.

Monique is great. I placed a last minute (and very large) order and she came through. I had called 4 other companies, all of which turned me down due to the time constraints. The shirts were high quality. She even allowed my daughter to watch the process because she was curious. She stayed after hours for us to pickup and at the end she even escorted us to the car because it was so late. I will never go anywhere else. In fact I came on here to get her number to place another high quantity order. Best of the best!

Seeing these reviews I decided to take a chance because an unexpected death happened in the family and they planned the funeral the next week. I wanted to get shirts done in his memory. I was working with Monique and we came up with a really nice design, called me the next day and they were finished and they were really nice!! Now that I know they are literally arpu d the corner and did a great job I will definitely be back to get other things printed. Monique was very nice and very helpful!! Monique bent over backwards for me. She stayed late and started early, keeping me in the loop and answering any questions or concerns. Any issues were promptly corrected. Only real problem is the lack of selection for thicker ladies. The prints turned out AWESOME regardless! Thank you, Monique! Im glad we got everything situated.

How is this even a place of business? People like this give black owned business a bad rap. Despite all the negative reviews my business partner and I decided to have 2 test shirts made. Stopped by the shop Monday & Thursday no one there, came a few hours later thinking she may be at lunch.. nothing. 2 weeks and $80+ later...nothing. I personally called today, the ever elusive and mysterious Monique actually answered the phone. Said she would call me back in an hour...nothing, I waited 2 hours, called back, says she would call back around 3:30pm...still waiting. Stay away from this place of business. We should have noticed the early red flags when my business partner informed me that she required payment up front! And now Im seeing in the reviews that someone took her to small claims court? And she still hasnt paid yet?!?!? Wow! You go out of your way to support local business and this is how they act?

Very friendly owner. I wanted to get my name screen printed on an inflatable life vest but couldnt because of the heat required to set it, so she printed me a stencil sticker of my name for free so I could paint it on myself.

Our experience was pretty much the same. We had a time sensitive order, and the finished product was late, and was nothing like the proof that we approved. The logo was not the same size, and the shirt was of lesser quality than approved. We went to small claims court where she rescheduled several times but was a NO SHOW in the end so the judge ruled in our favor. The debt still remains UNPAID, and is accruing interest. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company. Monique is a chronic liar and unreliable.

Terrible customer service. Monique needs to learn how to treat her customers. Poor quality printing. Inconsistencies through and through. Tried working with her realizing she was a small business, mom of 7 and minority owned, but she disrespected me for the last time. Sent proof completely different from my expectation, I rejected the proof and she refused to print as directed. Sent me product with no printing at all to avoid reimbursement by PayPal. SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE; STRESS and HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE. Additionally no business requires all the money upfront! Poor business practices through and through. Shame!

I love that its a one stop shop I can get screen, print, embroidery and a banner, and they also are about to start selling great gifts, earrings and other things.

I shop at the Fred Myer and while there are other shops in the plaza, such as Feast buffet, that is my main stop.

Went to get a qoute for about 20 pressed shirts on 5/31, arrived about 10am, door locked, looked at hours sign, and I have never in my entire life seen a business take such an approach (see pic). I tell you what CPTs, if you dont know exactly when you will be in, then im not exactly sure if I will ever be back again! Wow! Maybe their prices are so inflated, and they make so much off one order, they dont need to be open all the time. Pretty cool! Way to represent downtown Renton.....smh

I had only 2 shirts printed thru them as “test before the batch” (mainly cause of all the horrible reviews) and maaaaan they were so bad! The print was SQUASHED and our company logo was nothing like she showed me how it would end up on the computer. On top of that, it took two whole weeks to print only 2 shirts !! AND it cost over $60 for 2 custom print tees! They showed no remorse for this and their attitude is was really negative. Almost like you’re a burden to them! What kind of business is this?

Horrible Place to do business. they misspelt my company Name, even though they were given the exact logo. they even screwed that up. they did not deliver my order on time. They do not return my calls. they wont give me my money back. I called today, they pretended not to be able to here me. I went in and paid for my order up front. I would not recommend that. you would be better off giving it to a charity. Everything was substandard and very armature.Being a small business owner myself, If I treated my customers this way, I would not have any. I cant say enough bad things about this place.DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH CUSTOM PRESSED TEES
