Great service! The cashier even offered to gift wrap the present my daughter bought for her friends birthday party. They even had different selections of wrapping paper, to include Christmas themed paper. Small store but nicely laid out!

Discriminates- this store discriminates people. Not to mention they are way over priced from other retailers. I would not support this store.

My boys call this the heart store because of the window decoration on the front of the store. The owner is super nice and always strives to have the very best and newest toys in stock. They have the best squishmallows, newest treasure X loads of amazing things for you to discover yourself. Stop in and check them out.

I found this store by recommendation of some friends and I am so floored by how responsive, accommodating and attentive the staff here are. They answer questions so quickly and thoroughly and have been really helpful to me as someone who travels a good bit to visit the store to ensure what Im looking for is on hand. The staff are fun, personable, and really knowledgeable on all of their product. The store itself is super clean. Very easy to browse and walk through, and currently super easy to social distance from other shoppers in the store while still browsing the section you need. It has a very warm neighborhood toy store feeling and I cannot recommend this enough if you have a kiddo at home, or if youre just nurturing an inner child during these uncertain times. Definitely make a stop by if youre ever in the area.

My 7 & 9 year old girls have been begging to go to Learning Express for weeks. We finally made a special trip just for this store, and it was so much fun! They were in fidget heaven! Be prepared for your kids to want EVERYTHING in the store. We bought a ton of stuff, but it was a blast and totally worth it! The staff was so helpful and friendly! We will definitely be going back!

This place is a fun little store. For any kid who loves figets, which is pretty much every kid these days, this place has it all. The workers were very nice and helpful. We live about 45 minutes away but it was worth the trip. Well definitely be back and yes, we highly recommend.

Everything in this store is way over price and you can find every item in this store at Amazon for a fraction of their prices. Also horrible service when I walked to the store no one greeted me by the way I am mexican or even ask me if I need help but as soon as another costumer walked in the store by the way she was white all the people that work there greeted her and even made conversation with her but as soon as they saw me spending 250 dollars there everyone was being nice to me.

Me and my friends were looking at the toys inside the store messing around, as one does in a TOY store, and the owner kept making rude remarks hinting that we were stealing from the store —walking to the area where we were at to check if we stole anything, following us around the store, ect. We didn’t even do anything besides look around and touch a few toys but the owner (i’m assuming) kicked us out for “browsing too long” and for “ruining his business” when there were other parents with their kids that were there longer AND louder than we were. Horrible costumer service. Never buying stuff from here again.

I have been begging to go and it was a great experience the workers were nice and I recommend going it was amazing it is also good for people who like plush, Legos Fidgets, and slime but they are a little pricey, but this toy store is AMAZING.

We’ve always have had great customer service here, even when we don’t buy anything. We’ve come a handful of times to see characters, or get birthday presents or just for fun. Love that they gift wrap for free!! Some things are pricey but those things are built better than the dollar tree so you usually get your moneys worth. And they do have sales as well.

My kids and I love this store! They have a good variety of toys and activities for kids ages 0-12. The owners keep up on the toy trends and they usually have the newest figit toys. They also are very kind and have very good customer service! There truly arent very many brick and mortar toy stores anymore so I am thankful that this one is still open!

Really fun store, and friendly staff

Lied about their inventory for squish night and LET PEOPLE CUT IN LINE when people had been waiting for hours and hours. The owners response was “what do you expect at events like this” rather than telling the security guard to enforce fair line practices. I was on a wait list to get called when food squish came in and never got called. They dont actually care about their customers the way they pretend to.Oh and they delete any comments on their social media pointing out these issues (not just from me but many others too) again indicating that they don’t care about addressing any of it just deleting anything negative and promoting the false narrative that all is well and good.You can see another one star review on here where the owner responded saying the customer “lives in a fairy tale world” for expecting to be called when they said they would. They’re so rude it’s crazy.

UPDATE:The store’s response below clearly shows that customer service does not exist there. According to them, you “live in a fairytale world” if you expect to be notified when the product you thought you pre-ordered arrives. As if they even care about what you ordered. Putting customers’ orders on post-its? Jeez!ORIGINAL REVIEW:If I could give them zero stars I would! I sent them a message via Facebook to ask to put things on hold (from a pre-order) and was told that they’ll write it down on a post-it note. Apparently that means nothing because not only did I not hear back from the store three weeks later when the product came in stock, I messaged them and was told that they only said they would write it down on a post-it note. No apologies was given for not keeping me updated about my hold or for not being able to fulfill my order. They did offer to sell me the item in a size that I didn’t request for but they also told me that if I didn’t like it, I could go open my own store and sell the product myself. What kind of customer service is that?! Rude!

I ordered both my nephews birthday gifts online. They called me the next day to get shipping and cc information. Their customer service was excellent in answering my questions and they were fantastic to deal with! We love coming here! We love to support locally owned businesses and this is one of them. They offer free gift wrap with any purchase when youre in a pinch. Employees are friendly and always enthusiastic to help answer questions. Pre-Covid, they used to have guest appearances by princesses, super heros and even baby shark! My daughter loves visiting this place.

This is my kids favorite store. Lots of fun and educational toys. Great selection of puzzles and games for younger kids. The staff and owners are super friendly and outgoing. We take advantage of the free gift wrapping all the time too. This is what a you store should be.

Our family LOVES Learning Express!!! They have all the coolest toys, and many awesome educational toys and books. They do all sorts of fun events each month, including character meet-and-greets. Their birthday box program is so smart. B the offer free gift wrapping. The owner even knows all of us by name, which is a great plus! All the fun of a big toy store with the personal touch of a small store.

We love this toy store! We never fail to find lots of interesting things. Its one of our favorite places to go to find unique gifts. The staff is knowledgeable, playful, and helpful. Whether youre spending $5 or 500 they are great to work with. While it is not inexpensive, they offer things you cant find anywhere else, and you can tell that theyve taken the time to stock the store with items that will be loved.

For being a small toy store, I can only imagine it must be hard to compete with the big toy stores. But they keep their prices very competitive, and often have a great sales.They offer free gift wrapping, and the parking garage is located right next to the store making it convenient to access with children.If you have not been here before, its definitely worth the stop. This is our favorite toy store around. And during the holidays, they wrap gifts for free!

Do not support this store!!! My daughter and her friend were at the store and playing with one of the demo displays. They left and sat at the Regal waiting to be picked up and the owner followed them and falsely accused them of stealing some sand from one of the displays. Called them thieves and filthy liars. When I got there and brought them back in he admitted he did not see them steal anything but that they were back there playing with the demo. Isnt that what its there for. He said he was sorry and that it wasnt his finest moment. A grown man to verbally assault two young girls is disgusting and I will never spend a penny in that store again.
