Shortly after they opened, I received a call to schedule a service appointment and was able to schedule the service for the same day. Josh came within the the time frame I was told and was able to replace my garage door springs with some additional tuning up in roughly an hour. He was courteous, professional and did not try to scam me for additional services or repairs. They will be my go to company for any of my garage door service needs.

Mayan Garage Repairs Company is fantastic. Had an issue late Saturday afternoon and called hoping for someone to get to us and get my heavy wooden garage door fixed and closed. Jesse got to me in less than an hour and a half and fixed the door quickly and well. Did not try to sell me a new door even though I know we need one and said I would be ok till later to give me time to decide what I wanted to do. Was much more reasonable than I could have hoped for. Very honest and skilled.

On a routine maintenance of my garage door, I was informed by the technical manager of Mayan Garage Door. that he had sent two technicians who were to take 15 to 20 minutes to arrive. One hour later, there was no sign of their arrival and I was running out of time as I had an appointment with my dentist. I called the manager who promised to find what could have happened. Five minutes later he called and explained there was a traffic accident along the way and they were trying to find an alternative route.
