The staff is very friendly and thorough. The staff helped me to understand my condition and how hearing aids will benefit me beyond just being able to hear what is going on around me. If I do not get the hearing aids my ability to hear and understand /comprehend what is being said will continue to diminish. I am grateful to the staff for helping to understand the magnitude of my condition.

You would really have to meet the doctor in person to understand how personable she is. What an informative, down to earth, and reassuring doctor. She wants to figure out how to help you because that is her passion…helping YOU. Try finding that type of dedication in another doctor’s office. She has an adaptive expertise, meaning her solutions are not cookie cutter. She understands the vast number of ways in which your symptoms can occur, and be treated. Clearly, I was positively impressed by this doctor and staff. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.10/4/21 My second visit to this office for a hearing test resulted in the same impressive outcome. Dr. Keyland was just as helpful, friendly, and enthusiastic in getting me tested and well-informed of my results. The process is unusual, but there is nothing all that uncomfortable about it. It’s quick, it’s easy, and if you’re like me; someone who assumed they were half deaf, you MAY be as surprised as I was to find out your hearing is absolutely normal. It’s worth checking, and nice to have a baseline to compare to future testing. Hey Google, is it possible to give this office another five stars?

I have a patient of Key Hearing since 2005. They have always been professional and very accommodating. It is time to replace the hearing aids that I have had for 7-plus years. My recent appointment started on time. Dr. Keylard listened carefully to my expectations and then reviewed alternatives. She made a couple of recommendations and we reviewed the pros and cons. She provided a set of demo hearing aids which I have been using for several days. They are superior to my former aids and meet all of my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone with hearing disorders.

Although the instructions indicated to call once waiting outside, the office folks noticed me and invited me in for my temperature check and to go over my paperwork. Once we made sure we handled the administrative bits, I waited outside on the first extremely nice day of our spring. That was a harbinger of the rest of my appointment, too. Dr. Leah was very professional and very kind. She is definitely an educator and was clear in her explanations and instructions.

Great experience at key Hearing Audiology in Renton. Very thorough exam led by a very professional and caring Audiologist. Her explanation of my hearing test was clear and understandable. She did a perfect job of explaining all my options in regards to the hearing aid that would benefit me the most. The whole staff there was a pleasure to work with.

The actual testing was quick and painless. When she was done, she shared the results in a way that treated me like an adult. Dr. Leah keylard was super helpful in testing me and finding the nitty gritty details about my dizziness, headaches, and hearing loss. She told me what she was going to tell my ENT and explained the structure of my bodies that was being tested and what wasnt responding. She was very detailed and energetic and would recommend her to anyone that needs any VNG testing. The receptionist was also very nice and communicated with me well and energetically as well. Such a great experience over all (despite being slightly dizzy)!

The staff was courteous and the test I received was excellent, however when I called to schedule my appointment I specifically asked for a certain test to be done which I know I have problems with and I was told the appointment would be very thoroughly done. But when I went to the appointment the test I wanted and asked for was not done just the general test so now I have to go back a second time to do the test I really wanted. So it’s a half hour drive there and an hour drive back at that time of day so I would have rather done it all at once.

Everyone here was so nice and friendly. The technician that ran my test was wonderful, engaging, and attentive. I would recommend this business to anyone in need of their services!!

I first met Dr. Leah in the spring of 2015. I was suffering for 9 months before I stepped into the clinic. This would be the day my life changed. Immediately. I was tested for vestibular issues as I had been dizzy, spinning left, and nauseated and plagued with Tinus. I was at my wits end. She made me so comfortable and had incredible knowledge on what it may be. Indeed she did. She fit me for hearing aids, the came a week later. We put them in and adjusted them. Wham! Life change! I remember crying when we were all done, I had absolutely no spinning, no dizziness, no nausea and the hearing aids I chose came with a program to my phone. I used this to help with the Tinus. She is my absolute favorite person. I should owe her my life. I recommend this Clinic and their doctors to everyone!

Dr Keylard is a very knowledgeable and helpful person. She talked me through every procedure, respecting my intelligence. Her treatment for my vertigo was effective and the test for my hearing went very well, since she let me know what to expect ahead of time. I highly recommend her treatment to any who have problems with their hearing, or problems with vertigo and balance related to the inner ear.

Downgraded my review that I gave them a year ago from 5 to 2 stars. My dads recent experience with them was not good at all. I took him to the appointment that was scheduled few days prior to the appointment by Cathy and she was professional as she used to be. When we arrived at the office we were checked in by the receptionist Sara who was not welcoming and not ready despite the fact that we got there early enough. We paid what we had been told to pay over the phone. We then met a young doctor Sara Shafy who was nice and professional. She took care of my dads hearing test. We then moved to the 2nd part of the visit that we agreed about over phone is well and that was the hearing aid fixing. They cut off the tube and the mold without asking us before they do that. My ended up getting a temporary mold with a short tube that caused a lot of troubles and beeping. We had to either live with it or accept the hard selling offers for a new hearing aid. We left and said were going to try it. It didnt work so we had to book another appointment to fix the problem they caused. Phone with Cathy went fine and she said that this is a follow up visit. When we got there we were surprised tha the receptionist Sara was trying to get us paying for the visit until we had Dr Sara Shafy coming out. We went inside with her but this time she was trying to tell us that we were supposed to pay more last time and we have to pay today to compensate for the missed payment. When we complained about the short tube she made a workaround it which was completely unprofessional solution and no fix for the beeping. We have to wait for two weeks for the custom mold that we will pay for and well have a call from them to tell us about the availability of the longer tubes that come from the east coast. They promised to call the next day but they didnt. We decided to never go back there again ever. Its not pleasant to see good ones deteriorating.My last year review:Doctor Leah is a great doctor, very professional and expert audiologist. She helped my dad with his hearing aid and set it up for him the it should be. She didnt try to offer unneeded devices and she didnt charge extra for the tips and advice she gave him. She also went the extra mile and ordered a special software from the manufacturer to help her setting the device up accurately and she didnt charge for that. I strongly recommend Dr Leah.
