Decent facility. But all the lights dont work inside the lockers

We use the facility to store our RV. Access and rates are reasonable. Overall, good experience.

I’m renting a 10x10 unit for a great price. The unit is perfect with great lighting and the building is clean. The facility is well taken care of and the staff is very helpful. Won’t be leaving here anytime soon.

The ladies are wonderful and very helpful. When ever I need help the ladies never say no. Even when it seems to be a mans job, they do it. Im so happy there are ladies instead of men at this facility. The men at Storage on 4th are rude and just horrible. Even though U store Renton seems outdated, and they need some major renovations inside, their customer service is the best and PRICE too and i would store with them again when I move back.

Good hours, safe, have had no water issues, but my unit is on the second floor. Everything is in perfect condition a year+ later. Nice people and $66 for a 5x10 unit. Yes, missing a convex mirror and could use some maintenance, but we are very pleased with them.

Great place! Very affordable and easily accessible even with a big moving truck or trailer. Very secure and safe for all your loot. The management is amazing, always going above and beyond the call of duty to be helpful and positive. Highly recommended to everyone who needs storage.

Security video is hands down worthless for nighttime theft. Upon coming to our unit one day, we found the lock intact but the steel door was so damaged the door could not be secured. The management didnt prior notify us of this breach. Some items were missing. The facility indicated they would fix the door that day. They didnt. Subsequently, the entire unit was gutted. We viewed the 24 hour video to no avail. We lost several hundred dollars.

Freaky spot of jackers, had my sofa in a dark room then after 2 days got a call that my sofa is missing. Be careful.....

We rented a ground level unit and it had MAJOR water issues. The building we were in didnt have a proper vapor barrier and water would come up through the foundation. Everything on the floor was wet. The manager and staff didnt seem to care about the issue and knew that there are moisture problems. I would avoid this place if want your things to stay dry...which is the most basic part of putting your things in storage.

We rented a container sized storage unit at U-Store in Renton and their prices were very fair and reasonable. For our year+ renting there, we were mostly satisfied with them (ok gate hours, wide driving paths).However, they have a major problem with their metal storage units. In the middle of winter 2012/13 I went over to our storage unit and found large amounts of water dripping down from the ceiling. I alerted U Store and showed them our unit and they agreed to let us move. They even boasted how nice they were to waive the transfer fee.My last trip to U Store I heard them deny anything about water damage to another customer. Be ware of this issue.

Friendly customer service and the storage sheds have timed lighting so that you can load or unload after dark. 😁👍
