Last Sunday night my family and I were driving on the express lanes on 95. Upon entering the lanes, my wife was nearly run off the road by a white utility van. The van was driving in excess of 90+ mph. It continued to weave in and out of traffic at these high speeds and finally before exiting the express lanes, dropped down to 65, where I was able to get the license plate number and company name (Onyx). I called immediately, but what I should have done was not waste my time and call the police. Their office was closed since it was Sunday night so I called first thing Monday morning. When I called on Monday the woman who answered the phone did not identify herself and she seemed indifferent to what I was reporting. It was only after I said, I dont think youd want your company vehicle being driven like that?, that she said, Oh no. Thank you and have a nice day. This is unacceptable. I do not care if my review is not directly related to the service provided- the person driving that car last Sunday couldve killed them selves, someone else or my entire family (my toddlers were in the car too!) As a company you need to be better about 1) how your drivers represent your company when using a vehicle advertising your product, and 2) How you respond when people call in with this type of information. I was very specific about the age of my children in the car and you just dont put peoples lives at risk like that because you want to drive like a maniac.
