Ken and Jay were both very professional, made it a goal to ensure we had a good experience, and delivered on our requirements. The new floors, stair railings and carpet look great.

We just had our kitchen and office floors done by Royal Interiors, and we love our new floors! It took almost a week, which felt like a long time (keeping dogs and children off the floors, and being out of a kitchen / cooking isnt easy), but it was totally worth it. Jay was very helpful in picking out the perfect tile for our home. I never would have been able to decide, if it werent for Jay assuring me that it was the right one and would look incredible. He was spot on. (I even saved money by not having to hire an interior designer to help me with the decision!) The man who installed our tile is a full on PRO. He knows what he is doing. His son came out to help him a couple of the days (with the heavy lifting). They were both very nice. I trusted them in my home!

We recently purchased new wall-to-wall carpeting and padding for our 3 bedrooms from Royal Interiors in Reston, Va. Our experience was wonderful from beginning to end. Mr. Jay Dastouri, the Sales Manager at Royal Interiors, epitomizes customer service excellence. I called Royal Interiors to request and schedule a home visit to discuss and view selections and to have measurements taken toward an estimate. We had already decided our preference of carpet fiber and carpet type as well as color family (tan or gray). I communicated our preferences to Jay. He clearly listened because he brought exactly what we had hoped to see, thus made our carpet selection easy. Jay expertly and patiently addressed all of our questions, then sent us the estimate almost as soon as he returned to the store. Jay went the extra mile for us when he agreed to another home visit to resolve a couple of items that occurred to us after examining an estimate we received from a competitor: re. quantity of carpet needed (competitor reflected more) and padding type (one with a moisture barrier). We certainly didnt want to buy any more or any less carpeting than needed; but we also wanted the carpeting installed as seamlessly as possible. Jay explained that the amount of carpet he indicated presumed a few more seams that would be strategically positioned, thereby reducing our cost. After talking it through, we decided the less seams the better. So he re-measured and arrived at slightly more carpeting needed. We also upgraded to padding with a moisture barrier. Jay worked up the new estimate at our home and we selected him on the spot. Thats the level of comfort we felt working with him. He explained that they have their own expert installers (father and sons) who theyve used for years. Installation of our new padding and carpeting went smoothly. The installers carefully cleared each bedroom of the furniture in it, removed the old padding and carpeting which they would haul away, then competently installed our new padding and carpeting. The carpeting looks seamless and terrific. Jay called us when the work was done to make sure all went well. MANY THANKS JAY and ROYAL INTERIORS!

We have been loyal customers of Royal Interiors for more than 15 years. They have furnished carpets and flooring for three homes throughout the years, and we return to them without hesitation. Their customer service is top notch, prices are excellent, and the install cant be beat. I also know that if there is ever a problem with the carpet (because we did have a problem with manufacturer damage once), they will take care of it right away and without complaint. We look forward to working with them again!

As a long time Reston resident, I wanted to choose a flooring company with an excellent history and locally based. My experience with Jay and Ken in this beautiful new storefront was excellent. I originally met with Jay, (who is patient and kind) and asked for in stock carpet to replace aged Master Bedroom carpet. A week later I decided to upgrade and spoke to Ken personally about what he had in stock that I could choose. He showed me the perfect carpet, and reassured me that it was the right decision with the upgraded carpet. I never felt pressured to make any particular decision, and was able to navigate the right choice easily.I had the room freshly painted the day before and wanted to make sure the walls were not scuffed. The day the installers, Manuel and Alex arrived (perfectly on time) I was nervous about all the furniture moving, etc. They were pros, listened to my concerns, and were wonderful. By the time they rolled out the carpet I had a shock moment at the color and did not like it. They reassured me that they would roll it out, take a look at the color, and were patient while I reassessed. Turns out it IS the PERFECT color, and they have certainly had customers have the same reaction before. They knew what they were doing and were attentive to my concerns.The upgraded padding was the right choice and again, the advise I received from Jay and Ken was excellent.Ken is the most elegant, clear and responsible professional business owner I have come across in a very long time. I met with him again after the job was complete, and thanked him for his honesty, his willingness to change the order, and his excellent advise on the upgraded padding. I would choose Royal Interiors again for all my home flooring. In my career as a property manager and later managing homeowner/condo associations, I did business with this firm, beginning in 1983, and still do. Ken is a gentleman and fair to work with. His firm installed a laminate floor in my kitchen more than 15 years ago and it still looks like new!

Always fair. Ken installed luxury carpet for us 7 years ago. We’re able to get it replaced this year after flooding at home.

Today we went to the Reston store to look for carpets for our new home. The guy that was working was rude and completely ignored us. Why have racist salesmen working that end up making costumers leave? Customers that will never go back there. It is a disgusting thing how discrimination plays role in local businesses. It is unacceptable that the owners have racist salesmen working in these stores. Too bad, we really liked the variety of styles available. What a disappointment!
