Great service. The optometrist took the time necessary to help me with several prescriptions for glasses and contacts and the opticians were equally as helpful. I was also pleased with the discounts and the selection of petite frames too. Ill definitely be back again!

The doctor and staff were so personable, warm, and friendly. I went in for an eye exam along with an elderly friend and they took such great care of us. In addition, there was an incident while we were there of an unsupervised child breaking a glass bowl, and the staff was patient and professional in dealing with it. Simply top notch customer service!

Kirsten Combs is very nice, I cannot explains about her. I really appreciate to her but one person his name is from M I forgot name I think mike. He is very rude, don’t no how to treat customers. Thank you

Both my husband and I had a recent appointment at vision Works Reston. The staff there was extremely attentive and helpful. After spending a long time with me trying to choose the right frames the manager then found a variance in the pricing. She was extremely diligent & attentive and resolved our issue. She was patient & kind & funny. The Dr and all of the staff went above and beyond. In a day & age that service can be sorely lacking, this experience exceeded our expectations! I rarely give 5 stars on service but it was definitely earned in this case.

The eye doctor was really nice and she made me feel okay, about the situation I was going through with my eye. And they didn’t charge me a lot for the service. She also gave me medicine that would help my eye heal. I would go again.

Dr.Latifi is the best. She’s a professional with a lot of kindness. The only one me I trust with my eyes.

I’ve always had a great experience with Southlakes Visionworks and my recent visit was no exception. Everyone is so knowledgeable, even a new employee was well informed and supervised on the complexities of insurance, promotions, rebates, etc. Easy, pleasant visit.

The front staff is rude and every ounce opposite of empathy toward their patients and customers. I had good experience with their docs but dealing with their reception, the experience of getting glasses was totally numb. Im done with them.

Today was my 2nd visit to the Visionworks located in Reston. Doctor Tracey Hering was amazing. She listened to my concern and answered all my question. The doctor took time with the exam and didn’t rush to get me out of the office. The staff were also friendly (but the doctor was amazing). I will definitely go back.

Dr. Tracy is the best eye doc in Reston!!!! Dont go anywhere else but to see her! She really helped my left eye, and Ive never known any other eye specialist to take such a keen interest in the whole person. My eyes were really bad for a couple of days and she went way out of her way to see me that day. She even saw me after hours. Who does that? Within 24 hours I was doing much better. She is super caring, compassionate, and smart as a whip. Happy to say she is my new eye specialist

Well, If I can leave zero stars that would be it. I was a first time customer, would nt go back neither would recommend to anyone. Their terms are not clear, when I asked about the buy one get one free offer, they said what cheapest that works for customer thats how they bill and in my case they would nt honor despite my bill was around 550$ and I paid around 160$ out of it and rest was from insurance. On top of it all, I had to go not once but twice for the pickup since the glasses clearly were nt ready despite the pickup time promised to me and not even a single apology, they gave a pack of cleaning liquid saying thanks for my patience! Never had such a terrible customer service experience!

As a first time customer, I called around 2:30pm to make an appt for an eye examine/glasses and was prepared to make it for next week. The gentlemen on the phone asked when did I want to come in, so I asked when was the next appt and he told me that I could come in the same day at 5pm. So, I booked the appt and I arrived and little early and they took me right away. Since I had provided my insurance info over the phone, I didnt have to fill out extra paperwork (bonus) and only have to fill out 2 short forms. Shortly after, I was examined and I was told that I could possibly get my glasses the same day since it was a low prescription and I had my own frames. Next thing I know, I was getting into my car and headed home. I looked at the clock and couldnt believe that I was able to see the doctor, get examined and walk out the door with my new glasses all within an hour.In addition to quick service, the ENTIRE STAFF was super nice with great customer service.

Very friendly and professional staff, I am more than pleased with the service received. The doctor explained my eyes condition with a lot of details.

Do not trust what the employees say and do not expect the manager to listen to you or act professionally. The employees lied to me about two things: 1) They submitted my claim to my supplemental vision insurance and then gave me a form and told me to mail the form and my receipt to my primary insurance and the primary insurance would cover my out of pocket expenses. Two months later I found out what they told me is not true. 2) They told me they are in my insurance network when in fact they are out-of-network.

I went to the Reston VA store at 3pm (I have a confirmation email) and was told I scheduled the appointment for 3:30. When I said no it was 3pm. The clerk rudely told me I scheduled it wrong. I told him that was not true and he didnt need to be an ass. At which point another man said he was the general manager and what did I want to do. Had either one of them just apologized that there was a flaw in the system I might have waited. But respect for my time and me as a customer was nil. They are an extremely rude group and I would not recommend them at all

Love our doctor not the staff on the Floor. The gentlemen who helped us was rude and short not just with us but almost everyone he spoke to.

Reston-South Lakes Plaza Visionworks—Great place!My son went to the Herndon highland Crossing Visionworks for his eye test and contacts. The doctor and salespeople were ok.I wanted to see another Visionworks and picked the Reston South Lakes Plaza strobe.Awesome experience!!We had an appointment on News Year’s Day and Doctor Homa Julie Niazi was great.She took her time and gave an extensive checkup on my daughter’s eyes.The front desk salesman Massih was Terrific! When it was time to order the contacts _ I mention would be ordering the contacts thru the online Hubble and he said they would price match. Awesome especially when we left there to go to the Herndon Highland Crossing store to pick up my son’s contacts_they wouldn’t give me the discount price I got with the Reston store.Don’t go to the Herndon Highland Crossing VisionworksOnly use Reston South Lakes Plaza visionwork5 stars for Dr Homa Julie Niazi5 stars to Massih

Super Great Staff - Got my contacts order in the same week of the exam! Helped me fix an old pair of glasses.

Refuses to email prescription so you can order contacts from a competitor. Wants to fax it. Complete BS.
