My friend and I walked in with our 3 kiddos and the gals working were so beyond helpful and kind. My 8 year old god daughter was so excited that they let her help out at the color bar and they entertained all of her questions. Hannah and the other lady working (I forget her name 🤦🏻‍♀️) we’re so kind and helpful as we shopped (especially with kids). Not only is the super cute, I would literally go back here just because of the service and experience.My first time and I’m hooked. A great place to buy gifts for a favorite girl in your life (or yourself 😉).

Took my daughter there today, 10/9/20, at 4:30, to get her ring for her bday gift. Store just lost a sale. Two clerks completely ignored us. No customer service skills at all. And they were not even busy. Complete turn off. Not going back.

When I was there the other day a literal rat ran across the floor. Disgusting! Also my Kendra Scott necklace broke immediately after the cashier ripped it off my neck while I was trying it on! Never coming back there again my trachea is scarred!

My family and I were completely ignored by staff when they were not busy at all. No greeting, no assistance whatsoever- just ignorant glares. Company needs to educate employees on common courtesy and customer service. I am repulsed by the disrespect I felt in that store, sorry not going back!

The ladies at the Reston Town Center store were so wonderful and really made our shopping experience amazing! Great customer service!! Will be back!
