They are fantastic. They towed my car to the shop, identified the problem and had me back on the road in an hour. Ended up not needing any parts so they only charged me labor. I was ready to buy a new starter. They could easily have replaced it and I would still have been happy. They cleaned it which resolved the problem without parts.This is a very friendly shop. Everyone seems to get along, like a team. They are ready to support you and get you back on the road. I was really impressed!

DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY. They are an absolute joke. I just waited 5 hours in a Hanaford parking lot while they told me repeatedly that they were just around the corner. Geicos roadside recommended them, but it is not worth it. Im upset I even need to give them one star. They are rude, unprofessional and they, flat out, wont show up. Save your money for a more reputable company in the area. Youll be thankful. Thank goodness for friends with AAA.

I worked for these drug addicts. The whole set up is SHADY. PLACE NEEDS TO GET INTO THE 21ST CENTURY. There are many more reputable in the Lynn,Revere,Malden area. Lots of SCAMS___Be CAREFUL. DONT LET THEM SUCK YOU IN!!!

Geico sent this tow Company to rescue my daughter who is an out of state college student. Her car broke down in a parking garage. This company said they could tow her out of the garage and when they got there they could not! She and a friend had to push her car three levels out of the parking garage! We have been waiting for exactly one month for them to send a receipt from the tow so my daughter could get reimbursed for the tow! Oh and they made her wait for over two hours!!!Beware! Also they charged her $360 to tow under 5 miles.

This place is a fraud....do not go here...got a paint job done and through insurance had a rental for the time needed to do the paint job not only did they take longer than the two weeks allowed they also got an extension for another 2 weeks and still paint job was not done . they said they would pay for rental because they took responsibility at the time of conversation of taking too long when all said and done they said that they were not responsible for the rental and I was stuck with a $1,400 bill. The paint job came out horrible and they managed to break my side mirror while car in their possession...when picked my car up I show them the mirror and they said they would order a new one after calling closed - 30 times and 3 months later they finally ordered the mirror after to painted the same color and somehow they manage to screw that up to it was faded in the middle, they said come back with it and I just ate up my losses in fear that something else could go wrong while in their possession. dealing with them was the biggest mistake Ive ever made and the hugest headache. They are in the business of screwing insurance companies and in turn you...all they care about is their pockets and while there couple customers said same...a guy with his bmw was arguing bout same thing ...they had his car for five months !!! If u decide to go there dont say i didnt warn u!!!

Same complaints as everyone else. Waited 3 hours for a tow. I ended up getting the car going again. Recieved a phone call 5 hours after i requested a tow saying the tow truck was on scene but having trouble finding me. Take your business else where

They charged my son 35.00 cash, for a AAA call that was,saposed to be free. Never even offered a receipt. I am a plus member there was no tow involved just locked keys in car.
