Best place to fix your car.$$ very fair prices. Been a customer for over 10 years.

Broadway Motor Service is my go to mechanic shop. I like taking my car to Paul and Tommy because they are very knowledgeable, do good, quality work and charge a fair price!

Great service, great people, great prices. There really isnt much more to want from a locally owned auto repair shop. Highly recommend checking them out for a 2nd opinion/option if you have any auto repair needs

Make sure everything valuable in your car is removed !! My phone holder for the car vent and my sunglasses suddenly disappeared, right after I got my car inspected! I can’t prove it to local authorities, and I never took them out of the car until I noticed they weren’t there after the inspection.

If I could give it less than one star... trust me... I would! Receptionist or whoever picks up the phone is INCREDIBLY RUDE!!! Im obviously not the only patron to give this place 1 star so... be informed and continue to see why this place nets a 3 star rating at best on average!!!

This used to be my place to have work done on my car. But my car had to be towed here one day after hours because my shifter cable broke. I was there when they opened to explain what was up with my car. I was told they would do what they can. I drove my wife to work with a rental car and on my way back home drove by and noticed my car not moved. I went in to ask how the progress was going to be told it was to big a job . very involved. To make a long story short I towed it to a real mechanic shop down the street where they fixed it that same day. I guess helping out someone in the community is to big a job. This place just wants the gravy jobs like brakes and oil changes. They have the right to choose what they work on. And I have the right to never go back to this fake mechanic shop again!

I have been taking my car here for service for several years. They almost always accept it on the same day that I have needed services. The employees as well as the owners are always kind & answer any questions I might have. The owner even employs his mom, Dee, to work in the office. Very smart & pleasant woman. They will go out of their way to help if its possible. Their prices have been resonable too.

Front desk lady said they weren’t taking new cars over TWO HOURS before posted closing time. Both staff members were incredibly dismissive and seemed overall disinterested in my business. I’m amazed they are still running when they are this aloof and uncaring with potential customers. Absolutely baffling.

Great service

I get my car inspected here and they always change your light bulbs without your consent and charge you for it. Every year they claim that the license plate bulbs are out so they swap them out even though Im almost certain they were still good because I barely drive my car (once or twice a week). I now check my lights before I have my car inspected.

Done the job without confirm with you for the price. tripe of fair price go figure.
