I know working in retail can be difficult Ive done in my whole life but when you have a line of customers and you have an employee buying something at the checkout and then starts talking with the cashier and showing off your nails and literally wasting about 10 minutes somethings got to be done. I walked out and I wasnt the only customer who did this as well. Ridiculous.

Negatives: Im always overcharged for something so I do not leave the register until I get the sale price. It doesnt always ring up correctly and I hate that! Also the person waiting on me doesnt always understand what Im saying. That said I do not get a printed receipt anymore. Its emailed to me. I never asked to be changed from printed to email. Ive requested to be changed back 2x. Hasnt happened yet. Positives: Its open 24 Hours a day. No crowds

Every time at the pharmacy Overweight women are so miserable they cant wait to Deny you your prescription every time I deal with the same ladies!! They do a terrible job in doing the Covid19 vaccine. They make you stay in line for over an hour and make here busy despite the covid risk and do not do it according to your appointment.This is not the first, but the worst vaccine site I have ever seen.Also the do not even behave nice.

My doctor sent my prescription electronically to the pharmacy. When I got there they told me there is a two hour wait because they are busy. There is six people in the pharmacy working and not a single customer. I don’t understand how they are busy to fulfill my order.

I got a covid test here and the staff was so unprofessional. The test kit was different from the last time I did, the swab was too long to be put into the tube. I asked the guy if i need to put the swab back to the bag and he said no. I asked him again if he just need the tube back and he said yes. When he got the kit back and checked everything, I asked him am I all set and he said yes. The the report said the test was rejected because of missing swab. At least he should have seen the swab is missing when he got the kit. So this means he didnt even know that. As i realized that when I told him I was here for the test. He took his phone and texted someone back and forth. This is such a waste of my money and time!!! Dont go here and get the test. Or at least they need to change their staff!!!!

I called the pharmacy before heading there to pick up my Rx. I was on hold from Dorchester ma all the way driving there, picked up the Rx and drove to work still on hold. I just want to say, if you guys need help with calls maybe you should of hired me when I applied and this wouldnt happen.

My biggest issue with this specific Walgreens is their phone. Nobody answers your call, hold time is greater than 30 mins, they are always short staffed, and once they do answer the phone they have an attitude.

I want to give 0 stars. The pharmacy personnel is rude and do not help you when you need help. Is just so unbelievably incompetent. I also keep calling their phone number and nobody picks up to say at least hold. They just send it back to waiting. They need to either hire competent people and hire more people to take care of the customers.

Pharmacy staff is always so rude. I understand they get busy, but constantly putting someone on hold and then picking up and putting on hold right away without speaking to the person is unacceptable. No one should be left on hold to speak to a staff member for more than 10 min and then when they finally answer they are super rude and act like you are inconveniencing them.

This is the most rude and unprofessional pharmacy staff I have ever seen in my over 40+ years with walgreens.Im still waiting for corporate office to return my call .Im 65 and have many illnesses that require meds. And I dont want to change as all my prescription is there but afraid to go back.They make you suffer instead of helping and your faxed prescription is always in cloud lossYesterday I picked my hardcopy up told them Ill be going through drivethru so my Dr could see what was being done to me,Laura a tech there told me they are very busy and I would have to wait lolThey always alternate on window so I rang buzzer and said I would be in to get it.There was one person there and they were not backed up.She bent over so she did not have to look at me,rude, bad for business and should be fired along with others there.Im afraid to fill my pills as they might put wrong one in bottle.Techfill them and pharmacist goes through the motions of opening bottle cap and quickly scanning script.I know the drill.Iwant some compensation at this point and I will engage legal help as #1fire this Laura and Chris the pharmacy manager needs to go to how to treat people school.I feel we need to demonstrate to have this pharmacy closed.

Worst store ever people are so rude and unprofessional, I had to go back to take pictures because I was told that if I dont like them I can go back to pick different ones, the lady who was there didnt know what she is doing, first it took her for ever to come to the photo place and she didnt look like she wants to help and when I told her that she picked the same pictures that I had in the morning she said that she has to go she has other things to do????????We ask for the manager he told her to tell me if I dont like them I can take my refund without him showing up....so I insist to see him and he came with an attitude he even told me go away what????????And that I am so rude and Im not gona helpIve been doing costumer service for over 17 years and I never disrespect my costumers never everThis place is need to make sure a out who exactly they are hiring because such employees will put this place down the hill

I had surgery for a kidney stone and was discharged from the hospital heavily medicated. I went from the hospital to Walgreens to fill some prescriptions. I paid for my medicine and went home. When I got home I noticed I was overcharged for it. I went straight back to Walgreens to get a refund and it was refused. I gave them back my medicine and suffered in pain because I didnt have it. I called customer service and complained. They said I would hear from them between 24 and 48 hours. After 72 hours, customer service told me to talk to the Manager of Walgreens. When I went to see the Manager, I waited 20 minutes for him. Then after speaking to me, he said there was nothing he could do for me. I called customer service again and I was told someone would get back to me. No one from Walgreens has contacted me again. When I originally picked up my medicine, there were prescriptions not covered by my health insurance. The pharmacist never brought this to my attention. It is my experience to have the pharmacist explain the price of prescriptions before paying for it. Walgreens only cares about getting money from customers and not about their health and well being. I was ripped off. I have no medicine and no money.

ZERO star for this pharmacy. Omg, I have never seen anyone so rude (pharmacy)! These people at the pharmacy department have no idea how to treat their customers. The first time I went there to pick up my prescription they had my address totally wrong and I asked them to correct it they said yes but didnt. Second time I went there to pick up my prescription my address was still wrong. I asked them to correct it again and the pharmacist looked at me as if it wasnt a big deal at all. Another time I went to pick up my meds, the line was super long (as usual), there was a woman there giving them a piece of her mind (she had all the right to do so), I asked them for my meds and my address was still wrong but at that point I wasnt going to bother with them anymore, then I realized that my med was full price not even bothering asking me for my insurance. I asked them why is it so much money they said my insurance is not active, WHAT???? I told them Ive been going to the doctors with problems so what could be wrong now? She said to call my insurance. I called my insurance in front of them they insurance is active with no end date when the insurance asked if they could speak to the pharmacist, pharmacist was so nasty, didnt even look up to talk to me because she was way too busy to be bothered with me, she was all loud and have them call here then. I was so upset I turned around and left. And by the way there was a gentleman in front of me picking up his meds when they asked him for his dob he said June they told him it was May not June as if the guy didnt know his own date of birth WOW cant get any worse than that.

HORRIBLE. I asked the lady (young Hispanic with purple Frame glasses) to confirm if the Medicene prescribed by my doctor for my dying son is available she said yes wait 20mins I said ok Ill wait just make sure you have it she went back spoke too 2 fat white men with blue capes (managers) they told me yes we have it just wait. I waited 45 minutes passed they told me oh were out of stock I ASKED politely why didnt you confirm ? They response with anger we cannot control everything we dont know its not our fault. I asked whos fault it is? The response was I dont know. My son died the same day.

Worst experience with a pharmacist that I have ever had, and I work in the field. I have never been treated so inappropriately. The pharmacist was rude, ignorant, and degrading. I will never revisit this pharmacy, and I strongly urge that you do not either. If there were an option for zero stars, I would have chosen it.

How is it that you advertise a product on sale and you place product in front of the sale sign and when a customer gets the products rung up at a different price and you let the shift supervisor at the store know of the error the store has made by placing the wrong product in the sale area, and of the prices being incorrect and you let know that it needs to be corrected either taking the sign down or removing the incorrect product and again yhe store supervisor catches an attitude and for the sake of not arguing you let know that the location has given you a bitter taste about the store for its the 2nd time in a week that situation happens and all the customer gets ia an ok dont come back and walks away....how unprofessional and disrespectful is that...is that what you teach your supervisors, is that how the company wants to be seen as another company not even worth coming to or dealing with anymore. I have been a customer of Walgreens my entire life but not any more. Your location on Broadway and Fernwood St in Revere Ma shall never recieve my business again and I shall be sharing this negative experience for the 2nd time on social media. Your supervisors are very rude and nonchalant about how they treat customers. Sad...very sad.

I don’t like complaining about customer service but I feel like with this I need too- this is by FAR THE WORST PLACE EVER!!! 10 freaking hours to get antibiotics for my son ! We usually go to Rite Aid across the street but because He is allergic to amoxicillin he needs a special kind of antibiotic... Walgreens was the only pharmacy around that had it ... they told us at 1pm that they would call as soon as the prescription was ready (2 hours they said) because we were already waiting for a few hours trying to find this medication. We call them around 7pm because we never got the call back only for them to tell us that they don’t have the medicine- Why couldn’t they call us and let us know that the medication was not on hand sooner knowing that we were looking for this specific medication??? We decided to go directly to the store to find out if any other Location has it - the baby really needs the first dose as he has a bad ear infection and needs to be treated ASAP... While I’m in the car, my husband calls me and says “ they have the prescription” ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!!!!!!!!!!! Their excuse was “it was put to the side” HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW WHERE THE MEDICATION IS AT ALL TIMES?! The cherry on topIs that they asked if my son has a phone number AFTER taking down his birthday (his birth year 2016) really? A 1yr old with a his own phone ?! Right !! Then they put Rite Aid number as our number AFTER we specifically wrote down our number . We gave them our address and they got that wrong too. Needless to say it is now almost 11pm and I did not give my son his dose of medication and I’m not planning on it until I confirm with the Manager tomorrow morning because at this point I DONT TRUST THEM !

Very rude pharmacy staff! And liars also! Beware !! They lost my prescription had to ask the Dr. for a new one! Pharmacists at this pharmacy are rude and liars dont work with sympathy. They lost my recipe and then said I never delivered it.
