I got a dope outfit there. They always got pretty decent stuff. The clothing is a little pricey

Im not sure what the one star review before me expected. Why would any store accept a hat return during a pandemic? I have nothing but love for this location. The manager Rosa, is an amazing person and employee. The whole staff is extremely courteous and understanding. Along with Burlington next door, this is a spot I go to every week and never disappoints.

The policy is okay... that is something that I cant argue but the customer service is bad! If you dont like to work with ppl, just go and get a different job.I bought a hat and the size was too small. I came i less than 24h and she was no change .. thats it... Its absurd... Bad customer service and experience... Go somewhere else! First and last time buying on this location at least

Well I went to buy the new air Maxs and couldnt get help to save my life when my mother Finley got someones attention they said ya sorry thats only the for the kids we dont have those in adult sizes and walked away like really are you kidding me right now I wish I could just give there store a big fat zero because its bull with the sieves and for the prices they should be on there game not sitting around messing with one other.

I wanted to take second to acknowledge the excellent customer service the Store Manager at Eblens provided me. I believe her name is Rosa. Often times folks in retail dont get acknowledged for the good, but Rosa provided me with outstanding service while shopping at her location during the holiday season. Im one to appreciate good service, and she was patient and courteous. I wanted to make sure I acknowledged her. A++ in my book.

It is true that the staff does not approach any customers and that they dont always have every size but this is like an outlet store where you can get great deals...well worth the trip
