Never been to a Big Lots before. Definitely left much to be desired. Only went there to get a Bug Zapper that my daughter wanted! Heard from a friend. The place was very depressing and dirty looking. The positive is that got what I was looking for and the sales associate was super nice and helpful!!

Has everything you need at a fair price... it could benefit from more organization and cleaning.I know it is tough as I have seen people open packages or leave their beverages on the shelves, which is incredibly disgusting and selfish.The staff are very nice and deserve more respect.

Couldnt get anyone to help me find a piece of furniture i wished to purchase. Staff kept walking by me, having conversations with each other. Somebody cane in after me that they knew and they couldnt do enough to help them. Would rather pay full price for good service

Place was dirty as an Iraqi bazaar but I was eventually able to locate the coconut oil. Was ignored by one cashier but after a short wait was checked out. Will visit again just to see if there are any nerf guns.

Some of the items I went in there for were gone and the shelves were bare! I guess the key is to shop in that store before noon and not around 7pm like I did!!!

Your standard Big Lots. Good variety of things, the one thing that sets it apart is the friendly staff.

Excelled as always. Tho labor day weekend, didnt have much left in stock they still had what was necessary and manager was supreme helping save me $100 I just spent, and item went on sale so happy she refunded the difference, especially since only 3 weeks ago I bought the recliner. Staff always exceptional. Greatly appreciated!! Keeps me coming!

I went into the Revere ma Big lots the cashier Peggy was really nice a guy walked out with merchandise Peggy tried calling him back to the store but he just kept walking. Peggy was the only cashier the line was starting form with people she called for assistance and another employee went to try and catch up with the man that took the items from the store without paying.

The manager at the store “Dave” is very rude. I asked him a question he looked at me like I was bothering him while he was at work. And did not answer my question he instead shook his head. I can only imagine how he treats his employees.

I had a great experience and got great customer service. Especially from Natalia who is extremely helpful and very nice. I got an excellent deal on a Sealy full firm mattress, a better deal than I initially anticipated. And I will definitely recommend anyone looking for a mattress and want great customer service you should definitely go to this Big Lots! Thank you again Natalia!😀

Good variety just wasnt told when I signed up for the lease agreement that I would have to pay $50 something today. In fact I was told I wouldnt have to put anything down today and walk out with everything that was available for the lease by the furniture manager.

This place was a mess although they had some good deals it was a mess

I came in just to buy water and there were no water gallons in stock. Rude staff.

I was talked to very rude by manager because I was asking for price check on items without a price then he charged me for something I didnt want & when I said something he just called someone else over in the middle of ringing me up. He did not remove the items. So I feel the store stole from me. I will never buy anything out of there or recommended anyone to go there. I spent over $250. NEVER AGAIN ILL GO TO OCEAN STATE JOBLOT I never have problems.

I love Big Lots. This one is always well organized and impeccably clean (save for clearance areas but thats what clearance is for.) And clearance is usually what Im there for too! Just scored a small iron pan and some post-seasonal holiday goodies for under $5. Place is a bit understaffed, youll probably wait to check out but the staff there are sweet and work hard and the deals are worth a wait.

This is a decent store. Its BIG LoTS. So you always get what u paid for.

Pretty good selection. Workers/employees were super friendly and nice! Got an Ashley sectional sofa/lounge. Paid $750 for it. Saw same make/model and color at other stores for $1000. Not to shabby.

Besides the bags of candy for Halloween, they had a package with 20 small bags of animal crackers in it. I thought that would be something different, so I bought one. My 18 month old granddaughter likes animal crackers, so I stopped in on my way home. They didnt have any more, but they did have one with shortbread cookies that were Halloween shapes & faces, so a bag came home with me. The cashier was a sweetheart and when a couple of items wouldnt scan, she went over to the table they came from & scanned others. Very friendly and helpful.

Still decent amount of products with non essential items not replenishing or shipping as normal, customer service was ABOVE excellent

Always like shopping here, however I found it odd they wouldn’t honor my coupon because it was tax free weekend. Every other store I visited that weekend would, and if I’m not mistaken the stores don’t lose that money.

I was at the store and then I asked a guy who was named David where a certain item was. He didnt reply and was neglecting me, he was very very VERY rude. And I decided to not to go to that shop anymore. The service here is horrible and disrespectful.

Big Lots has come a long way since it became well known in the area. Offering a vast variety of Home Goods, Electronics, Automotive and Food related goods - If you need it, Big Lots is a great first stop.Prices are not dollar store low, but the quality is quite a bit higher as a result. Stop in to your local store, I think it will surprise you.

Not a bad store. Decently sized and the prices arent too bad. Location is good though, atleast for what I wanted to do. I was waiting for my train after work and instead of waiting outside in the cold at the station I browsed big lots. Staff seems a bit unenthusiastic but what can we expect.

This store has a little bit of this and a little bit of that. It is a good place to get seasonal items like summer items - chairs, patio furniture, outdoor decor and Christmas decorations and lighting. Not a place for clothing.

Helping my daughter move.I needed some strong trash bags.Since Big Lots was located a few streets over.We walked over.I was amazed at everything they sold.They had the best blanking trash bags.They came in a box of 20.The bags were stronger then glad force bags.They cost $8.50 but worth every penny.Big Lots had everything from furniture to food.

Bought a very affordable reclinable sofa there. However, after one year the sofa leather is teared in many places and it is hard to lock back in the reclining because folding part on one side of the sofa collapses with the other one. The sofa was never moved after installed and we dont have kids. Only 2 people used it.Luckily I purchased the 3 year protection plan and saved the receipt, which according to the cashier that offered me, covers basically everything. Including wear and tear. So, after calling the warranty line, they told me that they dont cover anything!In short, the sofa to last just one year is very expensive. The protection plan is a total rip off.

I been inside the store and I found 1 item on the shelf with a price on it and i decided to buy it when i get to the cashier to pay i figured out that they want to charged for the item almost double the price . i asked the cashier that`s not the price on the shelf for item and he said i don`t know the on the shelf and you will be charged to what i see on the system. I m just wondering why they put the prices on the shelf then .???????????????????????????????????

We ordered Sofa and a recliner which are in Dark Green color after checking display stock. Next day what they delivered are in Dark brown. Here comes the funny part, I called the store to check what happened and this is what staff explained me Sir, due to lights that we have in store sofa seemed to be Dark green but when you take it out to Sun light it will appear Dark brown. I had no words after hearing that hilarious reply. Still wondering how many things from store would transform colors.FYI - This store doesnt deliver and you have to deal with third party which they recommend for shipping. If for some reason you have to return stuff (like color transformation that happened in my case) you have to pay out of your pocket to get it back to store and replace.Advice - Check with store staff and ensure color what you picked will stick, because as per the guy whom I spoke, when you get your stuff exposed to Sun, black might become Yellow and White might become Red.
