ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND this place! My salesman Felipe was EXCEPTIONAL! Buying a mattress can be daunting, especially knowing you are going to deal with pushy salesmen, but this place is not like that! Felipe was awesome! He was knowledgeable, extremely friendly, down to earth, answered all my questions and not once did he pressure or hover over me or seem annoyed that I tried half of the mattresses in the store and asked him a million questions. He was so personable and calm that it made my experience in buying a mattress so easy and stress free! I mean this is a big, long time purchase and he made the process so easy. I went to Jordan’s and was planning to go to a few other places, but you can’t beat their prices or their personable staff! Even better, during this crazy time, they have tons of stock and the mattress I bought today is being delivered tomorrow for FREE! I absolutely love this store! My friend recommened to us. The guy was very patient and offer us good advise basic on our needs. The store also has a great delivery and set up service. I strongly recommend!

Staff gives you all the information you need without being too pushy. They are well versed in the differences between their mattresses and it didn’t feel like I was being forced to “buy up.” Delivery was inexpensive (I think around $40) and I was able to schedule for the next day. Delivery crew was good at giving a heads up call and efficient when they got here. Would shop here again.

I HIGHLY recommend Mattress Superstore!! I called them at 1pm to order some bed frames, and by 3pm the frames were delivered, setup with box springs and mattresses, and all other furniture moved back into place. This store is friendly, honest, capable, generous, and all around AWESOME!!

Amazing service, super friendly and helpful

So after moving into our new home we wanted to get new beds for everyone in the house. Went to several places for good prices and delivery options after looking at many local places I finally found the store of our dreams not only did they have everything we needed they were able to work within our budget to get the extras we wanted . The customer service is unparalleled. The products they sell are exceptional. I cannot thank the entire crew from the general manager to the sales man whom I cant thank enough. From the second I walked into the store to the final part of the delivery he was right by our side making sure he showed us the very best service he could. Thank you to the delivery staff for setting everything up and even help with removal . Moving can be very stressful but these guys made everything so seemless. I recommend this store for all your bedroom needs and WANTS.

I highly recommend this store. The owner, Bill was exceptional to work with. I was from out of state moving my daughter to the area and needed furniture fast. I wasn’t able to get to the store and Bill took the time to listen to what I was looking for and personally emailed me pictures of what they had. He made what could have been a stressful situation run extremely smooth right down to the delivery on the day and time I needed it for. This store also was the only place that had furniture in stock. All the big name places were back ordered for weeks or months. We were so impressed with the quality of everything we ordered. I couldn’t be more pleased. So happy I found this store. Went to the store today for a mattress and box spring. The customer service was phenomenal. The employee was so helpful and knew what he was talking about. He never tried to pressure us to buy anything and the prices were listed on everything. We had went 3 weeks ago to sweet home furniture and got robbed. Best place for mattress and bedroom sets. We will be going back soon for more items.

I got a mattress two months ago and Im just not getting a good night sleep. I know wish I never got rid of my old mattress... I wake up and my back hurts my body aches. I hate to complain but my body aches.. hi Im back I regret saying what I said I was impulsive and angry at the time having said that I received a message back and a phone call from the owner Bill and Bill was feeling bad that I wasnt getting a good night sleep and he reassured me that he would do anything to make things better for my sleeping. Im Happy to say hes a man of his word kind and very genuine.. And went out of his way to make sure I was happy... Barley able to walk in the store, because of severe back problems that day, We were greeted by Bill....WELL just having someone ask how can I help. NOT WHAT CAN I SHOW YOU was great.!!! Bill listened to what I was looking for and was sure he could help with his advice and and knowledge of what he has for mattresses, we were able to find something to suit my back problems. I did not purchase till the next day only after trying the mattress again, and with Bills assurance if it wasnt right he would.make it right. Good place, My mom get me a new bed. Its a hypoallergenic twin size bed. Its super comfortable and feels awesome! Love this mattress store. I say it is better than Sleepys and Mattress Firm.

I have a very sensitive back and my mattress that I got from his store was the best purchase I have ever bought. My 4 year old in a bunk bed was in need of a new matress. The salesmen were very helpful and we let our 4 year old pick the mattress. That night she decided it was not comfy anymore, and I called and got the same sales rep. He was so understanding, took back the mattress that day and gave us a great deal and recommended a great new mattress. The have super low prices, and excellent customer service! I highly recommend.

For the last 20 years, Mattress Superstore has been mine and my families go to mattress and furniture store for all our needs. Conveniently located off of RT 1 in Revere, there’s no excuse to shop elsewhere. I’ve tried to place orders with Bobs Discount, Circle, Jordan’s and Bernie and Phyls, but their high pressure sales and inflated prices just made it for a horrid experience.
