Very happy with my purchase of a 2019 Heritage 114 (3k miles). The Sales and Service Teams were VERY nice and helpful! I feel I over paid slightly - but due to COVID - there werent many Bikes for sale there (compared to past years).

Paid 30.00 to uber here only to find out that they were closed but nothing was stated in website about them being closed. There were several of us there too and its a shame to have wasted time and money for nothing. Well I guess I should have checked for events but I wasnt looking for events going on I. So shame on me I should have called to confirm hours.

My boyfriend & I previously bought from another Harley Dealership & had a horrible experience. Not sure where to start!! Our experience at Boston Harley was wonderful from start to finish. Went in to just look at a bike, and ended up buying another hours later. The staff here is so accomodating, I could never dream of going anywhere else...and we live an hour away. I am impressed to see a Harley Davidson so close to a city with horrible traffic 90% of the time. I am an often returning customer of the Harley Davidson Boston location, and I have used all of their services. I attended the basic rider course earlier this year hand learned a lot about proper operation, some maintenance, riding techniques, and most importantly safety. Our instructor Sheryl was extremely patient and shared a lot of her experiences to the class. I still keep my journal and pen on my bike even though it’s almost full already. The course includes a written test and a riders test. After the course they were able to provide me with all of the necessary paperwork in order for me to get my license. Being an official residence from outside of Massachusetts, they were very helpful to provide me information on the process.The dealership is amazing. They do have a large selection of used and new bikes. Word of advice, do not buy the first bike you sit on, get the bike that you cannot take your eye off of . . . but make sure it’s comfortable. I got my first motorcycle from this location, and I am glad I followed this advice a fellow biker gave me. My Road King Classic felt like a steal because it was such a great price. David was my sales person and he truly made me feel like part of the Harley Davidson Family. He introduced me to almost every employee at each department, gave me advice and tips from his experiences and others, and went out of his way to make sure I got the best customer experience. Thank you Dave!The financial department offers great interest rates on both used and new bikes. I recommend using them as opposed to your bank. I personally used my bank for financial payments and am kind of upset at myself for doing so (long story, involves the gov. shutdown). The sales department has a large selection of gear, safety equipment, and merchandise all for good prices. I do recommend signing up for their MVP as you get so many discounts which makes the pricing that much more impressive.The motorcycle parts and accessory department (I am not sure if it is actually called that, but typing it felt right) will work to get your orders in at the soonest availability if they do not have it in stock. This is probably my favorite department at this location as I always get great customer service. I will be swinging by here more often in the winter while the bike is in storage for further customizations.The service department surprised me. Having this being my first bike, I was expecting to get ripped off at the service department like every car maintenance shop, not here though. I received great customer service, and the maintained was completed fast. Under-promise and over deliver, and not as expensive as I was expecting. Overall, this is a great Harley location. Ride safe google users.

This review is an average of service reflecting showroom and sales (5 stars) and the service department (1 star). Let me start with the good. My husband has bought three bikes from this location with great satisfaction with each purchase. Great selection, sales staff are genuinely friendly and good sales are hit or miss on the floor.Now the bad: the service department. I wish we had something more positive to say but this dept has been a repeat offender in the unnecessary length of time it takes to conduct simple maintenance checks even if you have the priority plan, parts have gone missing, or most recently was returned with a directional literally dangling by the wires.Looking to buy a bike, new leather or helmet - yes, great store!Looking for an oil change or bike repair - sorry to say, take it to another location.But thats just our opinion.

This place recently had my bike for 5&1/2 weeks for a cracked oil tank, which was under warranty. only to find out it was mis- diagnosed and nothing at all was wrong with my bike... seemed very sketchy so even though they told me what happened i dont trust it and will still be getting my bike looked at by someone else. Another time they didnt have the right parts to finish a passenger peg install, and a 4 hr job turned into a two week one. This is the second time ive used them for service and the second time they have burned me real bad. STAY AWAY

I felt welcome and appreciated from the moment I walked in. Evonne was at the reception desk and greeted me warmly and pointed me in the right direction. Joe closed the deal. Sean was very helpful and thorough with sales and financing work. Rich in parts gladly helped with my needs and the guys in the shop got me up and riding quickly. Ive been back several times and everyone still remembers my name and addresses me when I come in.

Excellent experience at Boston Harley. I can tell you, my friend and I went to every dealership looking for the best deal on our bikes. We could of saved a lot of time had we just went to Boston Harley. We went to High Octane and Manchester Harley which were absolutely miserable experiences. When I went to Boston Harley, it was a friendly environment and every one was great. We got the best deal on a 2019 Road Glide Special and 2020 Street Glide Special. These guys received our 11 motorcycles having been shipped from Seattle for a 3500 mile ride back. The shipper put the bikes on an OPEN trailer. Tofer and crew replaced windshields, repaired other damage, and washed them all before we arrived. Has to be one of the best H-D dealers in the country, and we visited many on our ride back to Seattle. And 3 of the bikes were not H-D! Many thanks Tofer & Boston HD!

Customer service is comparable to the average Boston personality. Being from NH, people in Mass just dont have the pleasant demeanor that I am use too. Aside from that, even the clearance prices are some of the highest compared to most all other H-Ds in all of New England. We go because it is a part of the tour card and because it is close to in-laws, but certainly not my favorite and I usually buy little to nothing.

Had fun looking at the variety of bikes. And on top of that, we had a free Cold stone ice cream sundae.

Was looking to test drive new live wire, our salesperson Tony, was super helpful. But there was another salesperson or manager (McDick) that was extremely disrespectful and rude. We were attempting to test ride a couple bikes when salesperson Mcdick became almost belligerent over multiple bikes going out on test rides.When attempting to sell $30,000+ motorcycles, a little respect and friendliness goes a long way. Will never return to this dealership and will be making my purchase elsewhere.

Poor service. They dont make you feel welcomed and just want to rush you away. They dont care about your concerns or your experience. My bike stayed there for a month to have a simple leaking gasket changed. I called 6 times to see when would it be ready and no body would return my call. The bike came back more dirty than how it was. Even the simple wash was not done. Also I had a loose mirror that I reported, that was not addressed, I doubt that they even do the multi point check.. not a happy customer.

Just bought a 2020 Heritage from Joe “Cowboy “ Brooks at Boston Harley Davison. I was having Forward controls installed on my Roadster. While waiting, I kept checking out a used Dyna on the floor, Joe asked if I wanted to test ride, so we strapped on the buckets and rode. Cool bike, Joe and Dave Romanow worked up some numbers and suggested for a few bucks more the 2020 Heritage would be a better choice and they could give me a better deal. So Joe took me on another test ride...... Oh yeah, I was sold. Joe “Cowboy” Brooks made sure I was comfortable riding the Heritage and gave me his personal number to call him later, after I took the bike home to let him know how my ride was and to make sure I was satisfied with my new purchase. Highly recommend Joe and the Boston Harley Davidson crew, everyone really do make you feel like family 🤘🏍🤘

This is a great dealership. I was shocked at how big it is and the huge selection of new and used motorcycles they have to choose from. The sales staff was very friendly and super helpful. The knew the products and could easily explain all the details. I was also impressed with their parts and accessories department. Again, so much to look at. The number of stocked items was astonishing. Revere is not in my usual travels, but Ill definitely make it part of the journey next time.
