I went over to Extra space storage in revere to help my friend Eric to move his stuff I was very impress on how clean the place is who ever is doing the work keep up the good job . When I need a place to store my stuff I will definitely look for this location.

The place was well taken care of clean and secure! The only reason I left is because the price is just constantly keep on going up. Every time I go in there I start up at a great price every couple of months they go up and up and up to the point where it’s no longer worth having the storage. No complaints about the place except for the rates!

I had checked out a couple storages places and let me tell you this was by far the cleanest and well maintenance one ! On top of that the manager Nadine, was so nice and not pushy at all took the time to really go over things with us and our options.if we ever move again and need a unit no thought about it, deff using them again and will recommend to others ! It was a dry place to keep my stuff that had 24 hour access which was all I really needed. It was outside so I had some mice. After almost 2years the monthly price had doubled so it was my time to get out.

Earlier today I have looking for a storage unit and I came across this location. The representative at the time I believe her name was Maria was very helpful and informative. Maria is very customer oriented as to getting to know the customer and their needs. I will indefinitely say I will be coming back to this location as to not just meeting my needs but feeling very welcomed by Maria.

Place is clean and easily accessible, Maria is very good at her job provides great customer service.

Excellent facility to keep the stuff you are not intending to use for a while off ones site. It is clean, very accessable, all automated and no leaks I had inside my unit 5135.There are quite a few options to choose from for the unit you wish to get. And obviously not bad and even better prices.Friendly and very knowledgeable crew helps and work with you to have you going with your needs.I highly recommend this storage place.

I’ve been renting from here for a couple months now and i couldn’t be happier! Selene and Maria are two of the nicest people! I rented from here for 6 months and was happy with it until my rent increased to be 60% of what I was paying with the only warning being very fine print in an invoice. That kind of increase happened because they couldnt get renters in. Thats not my problem. After calling corporate as well as the manager to ask why it was so much and if it were possible to have it changed - they didnt do anything. 60% rent increase for a 5x10 because you cant get people in the door? Thats not my problem.Upon moving out due to the huge rent increase I called Extra Storage Space and asked them, if I leave something in the unit, what will I be charged? I was told by their customer service $50.00. I double checked with them that I would not be charged for rent the next month and they said I wouldnt. They charged me a were unwilling to negotiate. I moved to Public Storage and have had a much better experience. While the facility here is more updated, its just a storage space - its not worth the aggravation for bait and switch. GO somewhere else

This post gets 5 stars because of an incredible employee. I would like to recommend Maria for her great attitude in doing her job. I went into the office to make a payment and discuss my future rental at the facility, and I have to say that she impressed me, as usual. Her knowledge & experience is an asset to this organization. Her cheerfulness and attitude is a precious asset. Whatever shes getting paid, in my opinion, is not enough. You have a great employee working for you, as she has stopped me from leaving the facility twice, so far, with her attitude & know-how, as Im not a fan of the frequency and amounts of your rate increases, and I dont see a point where you will call it maxed and stop the increases. Kudos to Maria for talking me out of leaving.

I have had an incredible experience using this Extra Space Storage location. The facility itself is always clean and you really get a large amount of space for the amount that you pay. The staff is what really sets this location apart from the other storage facilities I have used in the past. They are always friendly and go above and beyond to ensure that my needs as a customer are met. They are very nice and make you feel at home! This storage facility is everything you want when storing items you love, I highly recommend it! Its extremely clean, security is fantastic, you and your stuff feel safe here. The manager Selena and her staff (maria is awesome) go above and beyond their job description and are a pleasure to work with!! I stored my whole apartment here for 6 years and when I finally got my stuff out and home to Florida; I was amazed nothing was damaged from moisture, mice, mold, or moths. I couldnt be happier with my whole experience here! :-)

Units are clean. Great. Easily accessible. I got a unit for 79 total, 68 for the unit plus 10 for insurance every month.I went to remove the insurance and was told my unit is still the same price as if I had insurance because SURPRISE! Rents going up and will continue to do so every 6 to 9 months.Needless to say im glad I used them for the time being but I will be removing my property and giving up this unit because that was never discussed in the beginning with me.

We had an amazing experience as we stored much of what we own for 11 months here. Maria helped us on multiple occasions and we recommend using Extra Storage Revere to anyone.
