Velocity made an unfortunate situation at least tolerable with outstanding communication and a high degree of professionalism. They called almost every day with updates as the accident was 600 miles from our home. They worked with our insurance company providing a high degree of detail of damage which escalated as they pealed back the cosmetic damage to find significant frame issues. They were always empathetic and had our 6. We could not have asked for a better experience and would give 10 stars if possible. Thanks to you all at Velocity.

Excellent work and customer service.I was side swiped by a drunk driver and needed some buffing done and a mirror replaced. They handled a difficult insurance company and go the work done quickly. While there, I had them repaint the hood which had complete paint failure on it. The paint had spider web cracks all over it and was coming off in chunks down to the sheet metal. The quality of work done was excellent. They went above and beyond finding a hard to find replacement mirror for my car. After 3 different mirrors, they got the right one and got it installed.

I used Velocity Auto Body for a repair to my 28 year old Honda del Sol. They did an amazing job! It looks like a new car. They contacted me with updates, worked seamlessly with my insurance, came in on time and budget. I live in another town, but they were worth the time it took to research and travel to work with them. I recently purchased a car from an owner who had the car for about 10 years. Because some much time had gone by, the old plates were naturally harder to take off. The rear plate would not budge. Having no tools to fix it, I brought it over to Velocity, however, I was doubtful this was even worth their time. Without hesitation they were willing to help. The license plate screws were to the point where they needed to be cut off. I know for such a small job, they easily could have thrown in the towel but they went the extra mile to not only cut the screws out (without any damage to the vehicle) but inserted artificial screw slots so I could get new plates back on. Friendly and professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I can’t see in a positive about this group of professionals. Their work on my vehicle was done expeditiously and the highest quality standards.Their customer service is excellent. I always feel like I am their top customer when I go in. They remember my name when I come in after months of not seeing me and they remember my vehicle. Other places in town make me feel like a burden when I come in. I’ve never felt that way here. I can’t recommend them highly enough. They even washed it before returning it. I am so impressed with their service.

Brought my car in with a broken sunroof to get it fixed. Instead of fixing it, they took out the motor and left the felt open so we can’t ever close it. Charged us 600$ and when we told them this wasn’t what we wanted they said “oops sorry” and that’s it. Do not go here.

My wifes car was missing a radio antenna and due to a little bit damage, the place where the antenna attaches to had been bent and I was unable to attach a new antenna on it. I was told to take it somewhere where they could be able to fix it, after being turned away by two other places I went to these guys and they fixed the problem in just five minutes, it ended up being a much easier fix than I thought. No job is too small for these guys! They even came out and fixed my problem in the snow. I will definitely recommend these guys to anyone who needs some auto body work done.

Excellent work!! We recently had an accident (elk vs. vehicle) and had extensive damage to our vehicle. Velocity Auto Body completed the work BEAUTIFULLY & our vehicle was back to us in TWO WEEKS!!! Our vehicle looks new, paint match is perfect! Velocity Auto Body is a preferred company for our insurance company too so payment was very easy too.

I work for the Madison School District and one of our 15 passenger vans had a window that wouldnt close because the rivets popped out of the frame of the van. I stopped into Velocity to get a bid and to schedule the repair. A staff member came out and looked at the window and he asked if I had about 10 minutes to wait. He then said they would take it back right at that moment. in about 10 minutes, the staff member came and told me they had replaced the rivets and then he told me there was no charge. Pretty amazing. Thank you Velocity!!!

I unfortunately had to use Velocity for auto body repair on my Kia but fortunately I chose to use Velocity. They did a FANTASTIC job repairing my vehicle and in a very timely manner. They made sure all the parts were correct instead of trying to make wrong ones work. They even detailed my car after. Alan is extremely easy to deal with. I hope to never need them again but if needed I would go back in an instant!

After just five days of owning my car i was in a wreck. My car was crunched in the front and I was so worried that it would never look the same. I called up velocity and they could get me in faster than the other place I was thinking of and I decided to bring my car to them. Hit a deer in my truck, called Velocity and they got our truck in right away and had it repaired and looking amazing faster than we expected. We were called with updates and they were always very friendly during the process. When we went to pick it up we could tell they were proud of their work, told us everything they did, gave and itemized list of repairs and guarantee it all. Worked very fast and efficient with our insurance. Highly recommend them!

Walmart Auto made us believe we had a wiring problem with our break light. Velocity advised they usually dont help with these wiring problems, but they were willing to look at it. Turns out we only had a bulb out and they were willing to help free of charge! Great service and super friendly!

If I could give negative stars I would. I have never been treated so badly. They wanted to total my car when it was just fine. The man that helped me was rude to me and told me without glancing more than once at my car that it was totaled. I went to Christensen’s and they were so kind and fixed my car, nope it wasn’t a totaled car. Velocity obviously gets something out of it if they total a car and that’s all they wanted to do. Don’t go here!

A few weeks ago I took my truck to Velocity Auto Body to get the drivers side window fixed. About a week later, it was not working again....So I went back to Velocity, and they fixed it right then and there (while I waited) for no additional charge. It turned out the repair needed was a bit deeper than the first repair they did, but they still did the additional work for free! Highly recommended business! Thanks!

My drivers side window was shattered by a rock on my way to Rexburg. The great people at Velocity removed the remaining glass and put heavy, clear plastic over the window space so I could get home. They were so kind, efficient and helpful and didnt charge me. They made a crazy experience much more manageable.

Super friendly staff and a great manager! I was going around to get a few estimates from the different body shops around town and they did the best job by far! We had an actual mechanic come out to look at it so that they could make a better estimate and were able to point out damage that I hadnt noticed before on the back of my car. These guys are super nice and openly honest with their customers. I havent met such helpful Auto Body employees in a long time! I highly recommend going to them! They work well with State Farm insurance as well.

I brought my F150 in because they were recommended. Just got the estimate and they were very nice and thorough in telling me exactly what my pickup needs and costs. They are right on contacting the insurance company and getting to work on my pickup. Very nice people and I will use them again if I need to.

These guys changed out my bumper on my 2018 Tacoma a year ago and it’s held up great. The bumper had become slightly dislodged with a minor run in with a snow bank, and these guys popped it back in 5 seconds. Thanks guys.

This is the best auto shop in the area. I have gone to other places like Jasons Auto and Christiansons Auto, neither can compare to the quality and respect I found at Velocity. Allan helped me when my hood needed repair, he got my car in and out in less than 2 days. Much quicker than other places. BEST BODY SHOP IN REXBURG, hands down! Prices are the best for any poor college student. I wouldn’t look anywhere else. My insurance was only offering $600 (trying to screw me over as usual) to get my bumper fixed and these guys were able to negotiate up to $2,000! So not only was I able to get my front end fixed, but I had enough money leftover to get a custom steel bumper w/ a winch. Accidents suck when they’re not your fault but in the end it worked out much better than I anticipated! THIS IS THE PLACE YOU WANNA GO!

My car had been backed into and a friend of mine recommended that I take it to Velocity to get fixed. I went in got an estimate and then asked how long they thought it would take to fix. About 3 days... they said. So I gave them my keys and within the hour it was already in the garage being worked on. Three days later they called me and said my car was done. They did an amazing job! What a great body shop. They came to my rescue at no cost. I was driving our new family car of 1 month old. I came out of the store and found a shopping cart sitting against my front door. I could not believe this had just happened to our new car. I went to see Kevin at the body shop. He came out and looked at the damage. He thought it just needed to be buffed out. He took the car inside his really nice and clean shop. I was not allowed in for insurance reasons. But I watched from inside the waiting room. 15 minutes I was on my way at no charge. The front door looked new again. Now that is service. They cared about me and my situation. Good service is hard to find. I definitely recommend this body shop.

I was very impressed with velocity auto body. My car needed to be fixed from getting hit in the rear. They took me in the same day and it was ready in 2 days. My car needed a new bumper I brought it in again and they fixed it in 30 minutes and I was on my way. I hit a pot hole and the water cover on the bottom of my car broke. Velocity took me in and fixed it in 10 minutes. Velocity is by far the best auto body shop that I have been to! I was very impressed!

This auto body shop was great when I got into an accident. They came over the next day and gave me an estimate then got my car in for body work by the end of the week. What a great experience! I went in for a door that got broken from the wind blowing it open. The staff was very friendly, patient, and helpful. When I dropped off my car, we had just gotten back from a trip (with kids) and it was dirty both inside and out. When I got it back it was clean inside and out! Had a door handle get knocked off our Audi. Brought it in, they took a look, spent 10 minutes to put it back on right, and told us to come back if we had any other trouble. Charged us zero dollars. Fantastic guys!

I called and asked about getting tar off my truck. They politely told me to head on over and they would take a look. I regret not asking his name, but a very nice man came out and looked at my truck and taught me how to remove it myself! Instead of being charged to get it done, he got some lacquer thinner and a rag and showed me how to do it. I also noticed my mudflat on the front was very loose and he got a riveting tool and popped in three rivets and now it is solid. I started walking in with him to pay him for his time and he thanked me for coming and told me to have a great day! I will definitely be going to Velocity Auto Body when I have a future problem and need their professional help.

I do a lot of tint, paint protection film work for local shops and velocity is at the top of body work. It has to be oem quality paint job for the paint protection film to not pull the paint off. If you want it fixed right the first time go to velocity
