Wow! I am so impressed with the service I received today. I had a battery problem and wasn’t sure I would even be able to get my car to the store, let alone fixed within the same day. Keigan was willing to go above and beyond to help me out. Within a matter of about an hour he helped me get my car from completely dead and undiagnosed to running smoothly with a new battery. If I could give even more stars I would. Highly recommend and will be returning to this location.

This place was very helpful! I have had issues with my cars headlights for a long time and even after taking it into the dealership they didnt last long. I came here before leaving for a trip to find help or suggestions, and I found what I was looking for.When I came in to ask for help the workers where very nice and open, one (I believe the manager of the shift due to his grey shirt) even came out and helped me with my car. He helped me fix my wiring and they havnt gone out since!!!This place was awesome and I really needed the help!!Thank you!

I been working on my project car all summer and this guys have been nice and helpful to find all of the parts I need for it. Even if it meant I have to return a lot of the parts I ordered.

Good customer service. Got the steering gearbox I needed. They sure do get their ordered in parts from hub late though, around noon! Also had a hood prop rod plastics kit I couldnt find at other retailers.

Your employees were fantastic! Our car was having trouble. It would start and run .. sometimes. Totally unreliable. We took it to your Auto Zone center, Rexburg, Idaho, where they read the codes. And, even though the code reader didnt pick up that the massive air flow sensor had gone bad, your skilled sales associate, Kiegan, was able to diagnose the problem because of his mechanic background. So, we spent $130 on the part instead of easily spending double that at a shop. Thank you so much! Keep hiring mechanics.

Austin, Richard, and Nick were so helpful!! They helped me figure out my headlights three different times, Richard even went out into the snow to replace them for me. Austin was very nice about me bringing dumb about the headlights, and when I needed new wipers Nick helped me find what worked best. Great store!

Love AutoZone. The employees are super helpful. However, with it only 16 degrees outside, the store was only in the mid 50s. The poor employees are freezing to death huddled around a space heater. Too bad their corporate office thinks so little of their comfort, health and well-being. Would give it five stars if it had heat.

Ive been in there a few times. Usually I dont need help, none was offered, but thats okay. Last time I was there I asked for help finding some clips and the worker just pointed and said over there he wasnt with anyone. Store was not busy. He totally could have helped me. I spent quite a bit of time finding what I needed. He likely knew exactly where the clip I needed was.Should have gone to Oreileys

Autozone seems almost the same across the country. Great services, friendly staff, organized, and quick. Every time I have ever had a problem with my vehicle, I go to autozone, whether it be this location, or any other in the other states across the U.S. Autozone is just great, simply put.

They had excellent customer service and helped me find everything I was looking for so quickly. I was surprised I was able to go in and out so fast with everything I needed.

Purchased a part in early November 2020, wasnt able to complete the repair till March. Found out the part was faulty, and had thrown out the receipt and packaging. Called the Rexburg Auto Zone, and Keigan answered the phone. He was able to pull up the purchase, verify warranty information, and even had the part on its way for next day delivery! Excellent customer service, and professionalism! Thank you Keigan!

I dont care what any of these Karens have to say about this auto zone. I have never had such great customer service! I was helped by Richard- you could tell he was tired from the last customer he helped something with a check engine light and he did none of the horrible actions she expressed in her review. After helping her he went out of his way and happily helped me install a part in my car and made sure I had everything I needed. I am planning on going to them with all of my car needs. The ORileys was terrible and felt disgusting! If youre looking for good customer service these young gentleman at Auto Zone are the way to go!

Autoparts stores is quite a racket about a million different products on your websites prices from low to high the reality is maybe they have one or two in stock and the price is much much higher. The thing I think would be nice if the websites prices matched the store prices that would be amazing and having some parts in stock would be a brand new experience.

A bit pricey on some items like jumper cables. But they do have a fairly good selection of parts.

Austin was very helpful. We had gathered a bunch of car cleaning supplies and he stopped us and told us about a deal where you get a bucket with a bunch of cleaning supplies for $15. He put it all together for us and saved us a lot of money!

They seem to never have in stock what Im looking for.

My family and I are on vacation in Driggs, ID. Our battery went out while we were here, and an Auto Zone at a different location was unable to help us with the warranty. I called your location and Austin took all my information and was able to locate our warranty. I drove down there and it was replaced within minutes. Everyone was extremely kind and willing to do what they could to replace my battery. Thank you Austin and the other employees at the Rexburg location!

Fantastic experience! This is definitely a customer service oriented Autozone.

Its fine for most things. They tried to make me buy a tool I borrowed from them because I didnt have the receipt. They took one tool but refused the other until I told them I would contest the charges. Other than that, its an okay spot.

This place is great! The shop workers are professional and kind. The store is organized and clean. Shop workers will help you install certain things and help you pick out your best option. I had a great time and highly recommend this specific shop for all of your car item needs.

Good service and a great return policy if something doesnt work

Super helpful staff they always take the time to get you what you need. Any time I had any questions they would either be full of good advice or if they did not know the answer they would make sure they did their best to find out. Basically my favorite auto parts shop in town.

We had to replace the lower and upper control arms of my husbands Dodge Ram 1500 and ended up going with O’reillys because they had the parts for $10 cheaper. But after driving all the way from Rexburg to Idaho falls to get the parts and getting the passenger side torn apart we realized that they had not given us the castle nut and washer for the lower arms which are specialty parts. We called the manager in O’reillys and they said they didn’t have any and would have to order them due to being specialty and they would give them to us for half off (even though it should have came with the arm we already bought). We called up Autozone in Rexburg and talked to the manager who had amazing customer service and offered to to take the parts off of a ball joint and sell them to us for half off even though they would loose money just to help us out. We ended up getting the rest of our break system through them because the manager was so good and she gave us a discount on everything because of our troubles. LOVE THEM great management they will get all our business now.

I needed a new headlight for my car and when I walked into the building someone immediately asked me what I was looking for and if I needed help. I told him what I needed and even though I had no idea what I was talking about he understood what I meant and got me what I needed in under 5 minutes. He was very kind and even asked if I had someone who was going to install the new light for me. I would definitely recommend this place. 10/10

I had my tail light go out and the ones they recommended were the wrong ones so I went back and they refunded me and were soooo helpful! They found me the right ones and I had such a great experience with them. Coming back here every time.

Came in to buy a light and Nick N. was our cashier and he freaked out about something and threw our light...we don’t even know why he was so upset. Other employee apologized for him. Not very impressed.

Great place to get parts you need for a decent price. They usually have what you need and if not they can get it quick. The employees are there to help and they’ll help you come up with ideas about possible repairs or whatever else it is that you need.

Excellent service, when I went there about a week or two ago I had to get a new battery in some headlights and they install them for me. A technician that I was dealing withwas fairly nice inform me about how things that he had noticed about my car. Downside is on the occasion they do get you the wrong parts but they are good of refunding or exchanging the parts.

I usually like AutoZone. Not the case with this one. They had the part I needed but that’s about it. The service was unprofessional. Young employees sitting around on their phones, cussing and looked bothered that I came in the store.

I had to get a new battery for my car. Eric came outside to help me get the battery in. The old battery was stuck and it took Eric an hour to get the thing off and the new battery in place. He was nice and polite the whole time and even cracked a few jokes. Despite it being under 30 degrees outside, he helped the whole time. I recommended everyone to autozone.

So today I was running errands with my 1 year old daughter in my wife’s car, and the battery died, it had been having some trouble starting according to my wife and I was aware of it but money has been tight and so we put it off. Well that didn’t work out so well for me, live and learn I guess. Luckily for me the autozone on 2nd wasn’t to far away, so I packed up my daughter into her stroller, locked up the car and headed out to autozone fully prepared to get a battery and walk back with my daughter and install it, but to my surprise, after I arrived at autozone and purchased the battery and told the employees assisting me what I was there for and why, the manager had a helpful employee named Nick drive us back to our vehicle and installed our new battery as well as hauling off the old core. This was above and beyond service and help, which I was very grateful for. I always liked and used autozone for much of my parts needs before this, but after this experience I will be going out of my way to shop with and recommend them to others from now on.

One of the best auto parts stores Ive been to. The worker was helping me install a part I purchased here (more than I expected) when he lost a screw. He made it right by going to Ace Hardware nearby and replacing the screw free of charge. Thanks to him, I survived the snowy winter!

This used to be my go-to parts house used to love this place but the staff they have lately dont know what theyre doing on more than one occasion Ive gone in for parts and they said they dont have it and I pull it up on the app and give him the part number and it says its in stock and he goes in and looks and he finds it

I’ve been working with these guys everyday for the past 3 days now. I have an older Xterra I’ve been trying to get running right again. If you’re looking to hit up a parts store here in Rexburg, absolutely go to Autozone. Seriously the employees here are incredible. Mike and Alex are awesome, and both have years of experience as mechanics. Mike went out of his way each time I came in to go out of his way to help me out. Again, if you’re like me and try to avoid the cost of shops by doing your own auto work, head to Autozone. These guys know what they’re talking about.

Absolutely wonderful! We had to come in about an hour before closing two nights this week and the coustomer service was fantastic! The employees were so kind and helpful! They even spent 20 minutes figuring out a warranty on an old part so that we didnt have to pay as much for a new one! Cheapest prices we could find out of any place in Rexburg or Idaho Falls! Five stars for sure!

Took in 2 RV batteries to be charged and tested. I was told I needed to call back to get a status because they would probably forget to call me. They did provide the free charging and testing service as advertised but didnt seem comfortable recommending the right kind of replacement.

Prices are gauging and customer service was poor. Its over there maybe on isle 4 or 7. Not helpful. Once I found what I was looking for they only had one in stock when I needed 4 others. Employees showed no interest in helping me get the other 3 I needed. GO TO OReillys. The parts are cheaper and the service is 5X better.

Bought a headlight bulb and staff was extremely grumpy when I asked if I could have some help installing it. Staff then took 20 minutes fumbling around in my car trying to install a simple headlight and was unable to do so and ended up breaking the latch. Very bad experience and extremely frustrating. Staff was incompetent, grumpy, and wasted my time. Horrible!

Absolutely useless. Couldnt find any of the parts we needed even though they told us it was in the system. Sent us away without the products we needed so in the end I have to go to another store tomorrow morning to get the product I need. Go to literally any other auto part store in town if you can help it.

Yeah, I dont give a lot of two star reviews. This time these guys earned it. Story is simple: I bought a car, car had Duralast battery that died. I went to OReilly (the store I like better) to see what the battery cost there. The customer service guy informed me that Duralast is Autozones brand and may still be under warranty, then called to confirm at Autozone the warranty was still good. I was told it was (a 5-year warranty and failed after 3 1/2 years.) I then proceeded to drive down 2nd E, during college back to school weekend (seeing one accident along the way) to get to Autozone. It was a nightmare.What am I told when I arrive? If I didnt physically buy the battery, but bought the car, then the warranty is void. Now, Duralast only exists at Autozone, and there is a battery manufacture date on the side of the battery. Autozone is the ONLY company that makes and sells Duralast. So, after being told one thing on the phone, and then being told in person there is nothing they could do, I said I would go to their competitor (since the battery there was $20 cheaper anyway). Why would I spend more money for a battery that I know fails after 3 1/2 years when its supposed to last 5?To the guys at Autozone, dont yank customers around. Its a small town, and there are other options. I will not set foot in your establishment again, and I will spend the money on the 4 cars I currently own somewhere else since my business really isnt worth much to you.
