Never had any problems picking up groceries here. However the pickup area is kind of small so the wait times can sometimes take a while if you go during the evenings.

Worst grocery pickup I have ever been to. Apparently they lost a couple of my totes so I have been waiting 30 minutes and counting for my order. They were not even considerate enough to let me know. I had to inquire.

They are always kind and friendly when I go to pickup the groceries

I received a text 15 minutes before my scheduled time and went to pick up my order. We got there and checked in and waited for 15 minutes and call and was told they would be out in another 10 minutes. After another 15 minutes we called again and were told they lost part of our order and had to go and run to the store and get our order. We spent 45 minutes waiting for a pick up that should have been 10 minutes.
