This is the second time I’ve used Fine Line for accident repair. They’ve done a great job with my repairs. Provided great customer service. I would have given 5 stars, but when I picked up my car it was dirty on the inside. The seats had dirt and shoe prints on them. It would have been nice if the dirt was cleaned up.

I would definitely recommend this place.I got into a collision my trunk wouldnt close my whole bumper was damaged, furthermore my taillights was gone.They told me they would have the car ready within two weeks which was the deadline for my rental.They actually had the car ready before that.Everything look so nice the job was well done.In addition to the body work, one thing i really appreciate is how they kept me updated throughout the whole thing. Update: with the work complete I can say these guys really went above and beyond. Walked in here to get a quote and they immediately took over, call the other guys insurance company, got them to agree to pay and set me up in a rental car. He accomplished more in 15 min than I was able to get done in a month. Ill update the review after they finish the work but the service is amazing!

I loved the level of service I received from the staff at Fineline auto body. The staff was very kind and professional and also gave me a rose when I came in to drop my vehicle off to get an estimate. It’s the little things that matter and that made my day. They were consistent with updating me about my vehicle and when I picked up my vehicle I was so excited. They cleaned my car and had it looking like a brand new vehicle. My car got scratched on the door and had to do a bit of shopping around for a body works shop. They had the cheapest price and they arranged a rental for me as I dropped my car with them. They did an awesome body works on my car and honesty my car looked newer than before. They did all the back and forth with my insurance. Will definitely recommend.

It was 2 weeks of wasted time, we wanted some parts removed from one vehicle to another. This company agreed to do the work, but we never received a written estimate. Everytime I called, I could never get accurate information so had to travel to the office and talk face to face for every update. They eventually told us that they could not do the work . Highly disappointed with the whole experience and will not recommend their services to anyone. We found another reputable company to do the work with a wriiten estimate and they guaranteed the work as well.

From the day I walked in (8/23) to the day I picked up my car (8/31), Fine Line and its staff did nothing but provide quality customer service and support throughout my experience with them. I was assured that the damage done to my car would be handled properly...and it was. *Please see pictures for before and after.*Like anyone in an accident, especially to no fault of your own, its a frustrating experience, but because of my full coverage insurance, I not only had a $0 deductible, but had access to a rental for up to 30 days at no out-of-pocket cost. With that in mind, my process with Fine Line went very smoothly - from the explanation of the process itself, to regular communication/updates. And being less than 5 minutes from home was also a plus! They even washed and cleaned out my car, while allowing me to leave my rental at their location for pick-up.I would recommend ANYONE in the Columbus/Reynoldsburg area, with auto body needs, to come to this business for your needs!

Before I left, they already had the parts ordered and set up an appointment to have the work done on my next day off. Reckless FedEx delivery truck driver swiped my parked car in front of my home, causing damage to both of my bumpers. Fine Line Auto Body did a terrific job! Nathan was so awesome and helpful, I dont know how I would have got through this accident without finding him. I was so stressed out dealing with everything because Ive never been in an accident before. He took care of everything for me, even dealing with the other persons insurance which I was so worried about! The customer service at the Brice rd fine line was great. They were very helpful and hands on throughout the entire process. Fine line gets five stars. I was in a wreck in Columbus and I am from a different city. They take care of you from the rental, mechanical work, towing, etc. They communicated with me sometimes on a daily basis to go over the stauts of my vehicle. They have a very good ethic. My car was finished very quickly and I was able to receive my car back in no time. I really am fortunate that I was able to come across this place!!

Ive used Fine Line on Brice several times. Mostly, not my fault, but that doesnt make a difference. I have never been disappointed in the quality of workmanship provided at Fine Line. I got the car back two weeks ago and I have to go back one more time. Again, not my fault.

Everyone was extremely friendly from the time I walked in until the time I picked up my car. I had my 5 year old and both Nathan and Vanessa were very nice to her. I went to get an estimate for my car, and the manager, Nathan, started making fun of how I was speaking. Maybe I was more urban that he is used to, but I was beyond offended by what he stated was just joking, and that he isnt racist because his supposed family member is mixed. I would not recommend any person of color to take their vehicle to this shop for repairs.

Office staff was very friendly. They communicated with me a lot throughout the entire process. My vehicle was done in a timely matter and I was very satisfied with the work they done. I was surprised that they were able to match paints the way they did. I’ll definitely use them again if needed.

Very good shop to go to. Great service, great people, a little hard to get into the parking lot but that is not their fault. They are right off one of the busiest streets on the east side of Columbus. Its the staff there that made all the difference. Thanks guys!
