Love this place! It has everything for the crafter and the planner

I found exactly what I needed and more. I plan on going back again this afternoon. There are sales throughout the store. There was one young lady with braids in her hair, so pleasant and patient with me. The Young med height dirty blonde who cut the fabric for me.... awesome personality. People like these two keep you coming back for more.

I was like a kid in a candy store...They have absolutely everything you need for decoration of any sort, art and crafts and sewing...Love this place

I never really liked going into Hobby Lobby before in the past. But i really enjoyed visiting the Hobby Lobby on Broad St. In Reynoldsburg, Ohio. They have stepped up their game over the years. They carry something for everyone now. The selection is incredible and the employees were really polite and helpful. The prices are reasonable and the products are of good quality. The only thing i wished they carried, is more model ships.. Either the ones you build or ones already built. I enjoyed the Native American selection but I think it could be a little better.. But overall, Im impressed with this company and its employees. I well definitely be a returning customer..

I had requested to have a couple pictures framed in early August. The lady I initially dealt with was very patient. She was upfront with about some of the things I asked for were somewhat backordered.I got a few calls over the course of the next few weeks. I picked up my one order and asked about the status of the other. The gentleman was nice and straight forward and said the other frame should be in the following week. He escorted me to the front to check out the one picture.A lady called me today and said the other picture was done and I went in there to pick it up. There was a little bit of a wait, but nothing compared to many other places I have dealt with.She was tending another customer, but quickly got my picture and took it up front and gave it to the checkout cashier. She was very polite and friendly, as well as the cashier who checked me out.I wish all other business have the associates that HL does. Professional, polite, and proper! All while dealing with the chaos of the pandemic.Please reward your employees! They are above and beyond what I have experience in many other businesses.

Employees are helpful and shoppers are nice. Last time there I left my purse in the cart and walked out. Before we even started the car, I realized I didnt have it. We walked back in, went to the cashier who remembered us. He called the store manager. The manager had just been handed my purse and hadnt even had time to put it in their safe.

I love me a Hobby Lobby! This store was no different. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. Made my shopping trip that much more enjoyable.I got lost in there for at least a good hour. (At least) So much to look at, great normal prices, but their sales! Those you dont want to miss!

Was so impressed with this store, hadnt been in a Hobby Lobby store for years. The merchandise is fantastic, love the discounted prices on things. Finished up Christmas Shopping. Bought a lot of cool stuff. I could have bought alot more...you gotta check it out. Heres a pix of a couple cool pictures I bought. Bought art supplies for grandkids. Bought an Easle so we could play pictionary. 5 Stars A++++

Have not been in for more than a year. So many new items. This is a great craft and arts store.

Called ahead to confirm the items needed were in stocks, and was told they were...30 plus Mikes away from home. Last minute must haves.....was not avaliable like told. Staff was very helpful and kind making sure I was looking in the proper spot, however, I had to make choices that werent ideal or what I wanted. I settled. Very upset that I went all that distance and was misinformed when I have a hobby lobby less than 10 miles from my home I could have got the same result.

I love Hobby Lobby!! Im disappointed that theyve done away with the 40% off online coupon, and the way their sales run; i.e., if I want Wall Decor, Table Decor is on sale so I have to wait a week till the sale changes. Kinda stupid. But I can usually find exactly what I want and get lots of decorating ideas. Thus particular store was clean and well stocked. Store employees were courteous and helpful.

Love this place, always a sale or a coupon available. Always able to find something if looking for craft, decorating or party items.

They had craft stuff. One of the few in town with a selection. It would be nice to see bigger signage in such a large store.

A lot of variety. I was hoping for higher quality Easter decorations, but I was happy to find Easter stickers. Micheals, Kroger, and Hallmark didnt have much of an Easter sticker collection.

Looking for selections in wood and leather for laser engraving substrates. They had a nice selection at reasonable prices. Staff was helpful in directing me to the correct aisle.

I have to limit my visits, so many great decor, gifts, diy, and more. It can be very expensive when they have a sale.

I have been to this store several times over the past several months and I havent had issues with them. They seemed to always be helpful in whatever you are looking for. They are always having deals on every type of stuff in the store so I would recommend them for all of your arts and crafting that you are going to do or want to do. They always seems to have the shelves stock too, and in this covid world right now, that is really nice to come across. I understand why alot of stores have this issue because of what is going in this world but it can be a bit of a strain when you just want to go out to only one store, you know. Its ok though, things happen that you cant control so dont sweat the small stuff. Just move on and try to find out another way to get the items that you need. No need to take it out on the staff because its their fault, they are doing the best they can with what they got. Thanks for reading this peeps, stay safe and always stay humble and kind.

Hobby Lobby always has great stock and sales. The staff here is very helpful and kind. For those watching out during covid last I was there they have the door closer to Waggoner designated as the entrance and the other door as the exit, crowding has never been an issue and they get registers open quickly to keep lines moving

I dont shop at Hobby Lobby much as a disagree with some of their policies. However the store is well organized and the staff is delightful. If you need something Christmas and cant find it anywhere else. I recommend Hobby Lobby.

One of my favorite stores. I spend hours here and they always have what Im looking for whether its home decor or craft supplies.

Thinking about changing up my living room & bedroom decor, this place would be one place Id add to my list 🤔 to purchase some finished items, as well as items I can customize to my liking, too. But the cashiers... one who was called to her register...SMH...sorry 😞 Hobby Lobby... left a bad taste. While I was in line longer than any other customer, the line I was in, the cashier didnt say, Maam, Im doing a special order, you may want to step in another line or you can wait. The cashier called took a bit long getting to the front once called 😳, then takes the 1st person she sees 👀, didnt ask who was next. WHAT?!! Some customers 🙄 are just plain rude. What I experienced H.L. Reyn, OH was B.W. (Brown vs White) treatment, accidental, unaware, unintentional...R not reasons to do a poor job of checking out customers...3 cashiers (2 at their lines, 1 called to help), yet I was next to last to be checked out, 4 customers 😠 later. 😑

Went for flowers and wedding decorations. The selection of flowers were really great and the store was clean & organized.I was hoping for more of a selection of rhinestone jewels and baskets so didnt really get everything I was looking for.

For a big box store, they have a nice selection for yarn. Great floral and decor sections as Well. Typically always a 40% off coupon on the app.

The only craft store to carry those design scissors (the ones that can cut in the form of a squiggly line and such)! And the staff knew exactly what I was talking about when I asked if they carried it and where I might find it. The cashier even walked me back to the aisle! She was so polite! I was in and out in 3 minutes. Will go back for my other craft needs!

Eh, not impressed with the prices or customer service. The store is huge and the selections are great for some things. I wish they carried more fabric, there was a line for it so there is definitely the need for more choices.

A larger variety of items AVAILABLE.(Too bad many are made in China).This IS a Christian based business... WE LOVE.

Clean store, easy to find products, well priced. Cashiers were quick to open up other lanes and were very friendly. We ran into another not so friendly salesperson which is why the 4/5 star rating.

Quite literally could never say anything bad about Hobby Lobby! 😆 amazing items, candles ALWAYS smell amazing and last a while, and an ENDLESS supply of home decor that you will literally spend DAYS sifting through to decide what ones you want. Trust me - GO TO HOBBY LOBBY. Just dont tell your significant other.

This is the place to go for your photo framing needs for sure. I go here to have my photos dry mounted to foam board. They were quick and reasonably priced. Thanks for being there.

We enjoy this store & the beautiful displays that the staff stocks. Every holiday the shelves are transformed. Its a fun, clean and safe place to just stroll through, especially if you have a couple of hours to spare & relax. I appreciate the great music that they play as I shop!

I love being able to come here with an idea of what I want, and Im always being able to bring it to fruition. Hobby lobby really has it all. The wall decor is top notch both in quality and in affordability. You cannot beat the value! They also have a huge selection of crafting supplies. If you can dream up a project, hobby lobby will have to supplies to help you complete it!
