I investigated several medical suppliers looking for the reputable medical supplier of C Pap equipment. I am extremely happy with my recently purchased a AirSense 10 with humid Air C pap from Monitor Medical in Reynoldsburg, Ohio and working with Rick Renick, Patient Care technician. He is very patient, knowledgeable and experienced with the equipment and insurance process to work with. My wife is having a not so good experience with other area supplier and is switching to Monitoring Medical. Rick patiently answers all your question and gives all the details upfront and works with you on issues you are having with the equipment.

I have had the good fortune of switching my medical supply company to Monitor Medical, Inc in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. I dealt with Rick Renick. I have had problems with my c-pap/bi-pap on a continuous basis. Either it didnt fit, it had air leakage or both. I switched to an RP-M Amara View cushion, on Ricks recommendation. I no longer have air leakage or an uncomfortable fit. I highly recommend Monitor Medical and Rick if you want to solve your mask problems.
