Dont bother making an appointment because they will not get to it until whenever they feel like it. Took over a day to complete something that should have taken hours. I will find somewhere else to get repairs. Dont apologize just do better.

Horrible customer service!You know is something wrong when the store is empty, I was thinking the prices and no, the customer service, I use a cane to help me to walk and thia kid was not even know what kind of car I was driving with the user manual on my hand! Apparently appointments are meaningless when you go to this location. Was there at 8:00 a.m. and could not be promised at an oil change would be finished by 2:00 p.m.! The excuse was that they are short staffed.This is the third chance I have given this location, with them failing the two other times that Ive taken my vehicle to them. They are apparently too busy to do business.

Workers were very responsive to customers presence. Great pricing as well. Could improve on the repair time.

Just stoped in to get some Lucas oil. It does seem to take a bit of time to check out. I’m not going anywhere soon. Service wasnt bad it just took a long time to process my payment, I really dont have to be anywhere its on my morning walk.

Terrible aggressive customer service from Rick. Oil change took 3 hours and I was the earliest appointment at 9 A.m.. Glad I went outside to see if my car was ready after the 3 hour wait it was parked and nobody told me it was ready. Never going to this Pep Boys location again. Horrible experience.

Yesterday I had a flat tire and arrived at pep boys just minutes before closing, I have a toddler who was crying and Ricardo took care of me and fixed my tire while everyone else went home. He was a literal lifesaver and I seriously can’t thank him enough! It was well past closing before he was done but he did it with a smile and was very kind.

I was already parking and they said they ran out of mechanics make another apt for today well atleast they cancelled me early and not 5 min before anyways I’m at jiffy lube they did it quick and with no appointment last time I ever go to pep boys why even have appointments? Ive be en a customer at this location for years. Over the the last couple years Ive seen a decline in service. Before I could take my car in for an oil change without an appointment and I would be in and out in an hour. Now even with an appointment it usually takes a couple hours for a simple oil change. My one star review is for my last experience at this location. About a month ago I took my car in because my AC wasnt working. When I dropped my car off at 10 am (with an appointment) I asked about how long would it take for the diagnostic and I believe I with Rick. He said should be no more than a couple hours. 3 and a half hours later I called since I hadnt heard anything and when I called I spoke to Rick again and said they were still checking everything and that he would call back in about 20 minutes. An hour and a half later I called back asking the status and they said they were still working on it. After waiting all day it was now 5 pm and I decided to just go pick up my car since they close at 6 pm and When I came to pick up my car they told me there was an issue with the compressor and that it would be about $1500 to replace. I asked why it took all day when I had an appointment at 10 am and they told me even though I have an appointment theres no guarantee it will be seen at 10 but that it will be seen that day. I understand an hour or 2 behind but it still shouldnt take all day. I ended up taking my car yesterday to Highland Auto Repair in Rancho and the mechanic literally looked at my car with the AC on for no more than a minute and told me there was a tear in the hose. To replace the hose and labor it came out to just under $300 and took a couple hours to fix. This Pep Boys location has gone down hill and clearly theyre just scamming customers telling customers the issue is more serious than it really is just to make more money. Im never taking my car to a Pep Boys ever again.

Im certain that Ive said it before, but if I havent I will say it now...Samuel Lopez is needed to be trained or groomed to be a manager sometime! Customer Service is #1 in his mind and knowledge of his trait shows that Samuel is a very rare commodity for Pep Boys staff members. I compare Samuel to going to a buddys house to get the car fixed and youre going to leave there assured that the job was done correctly the first time. I understand that for great customer service in any automobile maintenance location there is more than one person whom does the job, but unfortunately for Samuel he happens to be the first line of defense / connection. Congratulations Samuel for being such a great asset to your company!

A day agoMisleading advertising they have a very bad quality tires they said the tires are good for 75k miles and I used them for 26k and they went bad, they even tell you they have a warranty but you go to fix them, they didnt honor it... I do NOT recommend them to get tires there... I try to talk to them and for second time they want me to pay for another new tires. They give me an excuse that this tires went bad fast cause I didnt rotate them on time but I do the service with them, also they said cause I drive to much... 26K miles vs 75K is a big difference in cost, not even the cheapest ones last that less.

Terrible service order tire this morning . Was told they would be in by 2pm. Got a call at 4 pm said the tires were there drove 6 miles to get there and find out they werent there yet and I should wait another 30 mins . When I asked if they were there I was told almost. Almost isnt there!!!

Waited 4 hours for 1 tire to be changed. As soon as I went up to ask for my keys to leave, they said i could be moved up next. When I went to ask an hour earlier they told me itd be a while. In total it only took them 10 minutes. Waste of time.

Went in to get my car inspected. Ricardo M. took care of me. Nice guy, very professional. In and out in less than 15 min.

It wasnt busy the day I went. And I knew exactly what I was looking for, however, I didnt know what isle it would be in. (Vehicle battery charger).Two employees walked past me as entered the store. One of them at least looked at me and gave me a broken smile.What Im saying is where is that customer service?. Thats it.

I had an appointment for an oil change nothing more nothing less. I work graveyard. My appointment was for 10 am. It took 4 hrs for my car to get done. 4 Hours and I brought in my own oil. They said I needed an oil filter witch would run me 5 dollars 20 for labor. Witch was fine. At the end they charged me$35 and change. It should have been $25 but I was so mad at how long it took I just paid and left. But trust me I wont go back there again for anything

Their customer service was awesome. The gentleman that helped me waited an extra 15 minutes to help me before taking his lunch. He also recommended a different auto glass business than the one I was going to go to. He also mentioned tire pricing and specials they were having.

I am greeted as soon as I walk in the store, and have been helped by Joe, many times! He is courteous, and knowledgeable.The manager has also been very professional! Overall my shopping experiences at this Pep Boys location has been great! The staff makes the store!

Thank you for saving us 10 minutes to close Richard in parts was able to give us great service. Never rushed us and walked us to register to make sure their was no miscommunication when cashing out. We could not ask for more. Nice clean store especially for a auto parts store. Pep boys really set the bar high for how auto parts store should be.

Do you like being lied to by half baked mechanics? I had a mechanic one week tell me the car was just fine despite white smoke coming out of the tail pipe severely. I brought it up and he gave me the equivalent of a Dont worry about it, its fine. Of course this wasnt the case. There was a motor knock. And they had the audacity to still claim the vehicle was fine. How many vehicles pumping out white smoke out of the tail pipe are fine? Thanks gents. Lack of integrity and character.

Tested my carry on battery and replaced with a new one all in 15 minutes. Tech guy Carlos was very courteous. Will take my car to Pep Boys again.

Took my car at 10:40am for an oil change and its already 6:17pm!! wheres my car? Usually good service but was told it would be a 3 hour wait. If i would have known that it was going to take this long i would have not gone through with it.

I always get what I expect when I come here; top of the line products, outstanding customer service, and a very welcoming atmosphere. Shelves are well stocked and organized, and items are easy to find. My favorite auto parts store of choice. Highly recommended.

Took my car in for an oil change because I was in the area running errands. Took my car in at 3 and was told it would be done in an hour and a half to two hours. Two and a half hours later I call to ask if it was done and it had not even been worked on. Absolutely ridiculous that I couldn’t even get a courtesy call saying it would take longer. Wasted half the day and not a single thing done to my car. Thanks for wasting my afternoon

I bought my windshield wiper blades inside the store, walked out to the service department and they were installed for free! Total time spent about 20 minutes. I even got a Senior Citizen discount!

They fixed my AC quick. Had my truck back same day. Communication about when it was ready to be picked up was a little off, but otherwise they did a good job.

Fast friendly service. I came here for my yearly Lyft inspection. Lyft inspections are about $13. They will also do your Uber inspection if you need it. I think those were about $18. You also get a discount if youre a Lyft driver on merchandise and maintenance. I was in and out in about 15 minutes with an appointment.

This is an awesome Pep Boys to shop at. The parts manager at the time was a classic car buff and regular car buff as well... lol... This store isnt as big as the one in Fontana, but the customer service and especially the parts department is phenomenal!!!!! Its right next store to a Stater Bros so if youre looking to get some parts for the car or oil changed or tires changed there is a an awesome grocery store you can shop at while you wait to have your car serviced...

This particular Pep Boys location has always gave me great customer service! I am at this store all the time spending my money. They always have a lot of the parts I need in stock and if they dont they always get it to me the same day if possible! John has an intense amount of knowledge on cars and parts that has always helped me with questions I might have for him. The staff is so friendly. From the moment I walk in the store and having Monica welcoming by name making me feel welcomed and valued. The service department has always helped me with things that I might not have the equipment for or the how to. Ariel, Thao, and JR have always gave me a very satisfactory customer service level. The store is always clean and to top it off youve got to love the smell of new tires! Overall I will be coming back just like Ive been doing so!

Upon my arrival to the service department, I had to wait approximately 30 minutes before being acknowledged by any employee as to why I was waiting. It was only after expressing my dissatisfaction that my vehicle was attended to by one of the stores employees. I do not entirely blame the employee on duty (Jeremie) but there were a lot of customers that had come in within the last hour of closing time. There was only one of him and several customers who needed attention at the same time. Pep Boys needs to make sure that there are enough employees to adequately provide customer service in their service department all the way to closing time of the store. Other than that, I did ultimately receive good service, and it was timely once they actually began. I would consider returning to this Pep Boys.

Do not believe these five star reviews!!!! This place takes forever and do not call back.The last time I will ever go there I was told my Service would take just a couple hours I called back near the end of the day and they said it would be ready the next morning before noon. I called the next morning and they they still haven’t gotten to it. I ended up having to take my car somewhere else, what a huge inconvenience.

I went in here expecting good service but they really dont have it. I was in to ask for an injector I needed but I was waiting 15 min and not even a Hello in the house. The guy in the parts counter was busy trying to up sell parts to a guy so he didnt even bother. I guess if u already have a fish in the line why look around. As I walked out the guy in the cashier stand was on his phone he didnt even look up either. Simple courtesy is out the door and so am I!

DO NOT GO HERE PLEASE DONT THEY RIP YOU OFF. They will not fix your car unless they get everything all done at a rediculous price. We asked to have our spark plugs changed and they wouldnt work on the car unless we did all the other stuff they recommended. (which doesnt interfere with the spark plugs) We knew better we can go to a place that knows what they are doing. also took it in to have our a.c. repaired...500 dollars later and it still doesnt work. Dont go there.

The whole on line process was easier than I thought it would be, I needed a fuel pump,fuel filter, it was easy to find, easy to order and pick up.

The manager is uneducated Rick can’t even read and schedule an appointment. Wouldn’t trust you with my car. This person contradicted themselves so many times it’s sad.

This store is located in Southern California and does great work on cars for I have my God son repair there as needed plus the prices are great for what they do.

I would have put zero stars if I could. I was 2 hours away from home and got a flat tire. I went in to this location at 7:40 (they close at 8) they told me they couldnt fix it. That it was too late and they would not have enough time. And said the techs and mechanics were too busy to get it done. We could see the mechanics in the back just sitting down. They refused to help us with an emergency flat repair. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend this location to anyone needing emergency services even remotely close to their closing time.

Had an appointment at 4 for an oil change. Left the shop at 6 because they took so long.... They didnt even take my car in till 5.. Very disappointing. They also used synthetic instead of High Mileage Synthetic like I asked.. I never write reviews but thats how dissatisfied I am

** LYFT DRIVERS BEWARE **A young kid, maybe with good intentions, but NO apparent practical experience, works there. He saw a couple imperfections from the 50K miles my tires traveled and determined that they were dry rotted and unsafe because they werent new!Visit another location ...not Acacia @ Foothill, Rialto

I had a great experience here they took care of all my concerns with my car. I made an appt. so they took my car in right away. I had to wait a while for my car to be done but they were busy that day. The customer service was excellent. Ariel is the very good at his job :). I would recommend this place and I will return for my cars needs. I do recommend making an appt. if u can I hear theyre always busy.

I had a oil change appointment today which included a tire rotation well the tire rotation was never done. I noticed when i got home. It was already to late in day to take my car back but at the same time making time to set an appointment and to be away from work is a disappointment of service from Pet Boys. They have lost my business
